Week 6

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. I am very excited to see how the new growroom will work and how this new secret CBD plant from @FAST_BUDS, will turn out. .............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................. Update 2017-08-16. I have mixed my own soil today. Its 40% sieved peat harrow H2-H4 0-30 mm, 45% sieved peat harrow H4-H6 0-30 mm. 5% sand and 10% of compost soil. The temp controlled fan is awesome, its easy to set what temp you like to have in the room. Right now its 28 celcius. KL 08.00. The girls woke up after their beauty sleep, the leaves are always a bit down after 6 h of darkness, but they will stretch now when the HPS lamp starts. Everything looks good and I keep trying to tuck the leaves so they get the maximum amount of light where needed. Added pics and video. KL 23.30. This is day 21 from sprouting. I have never tested PH in my grows, when growing organic in soil iv learned that it adapt PH by it self. But im curious by nature so i had to test. Was another easy week - lots of healthy growth. Simply watered when dry, did some daily LST and leaf tucking. The green crack is definitely the fastest growing out of all the plants, and the one runt LSD25 is a bit smaller but still chugging along.

Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

Ok, finally gave the chop on week 14, day 2. She was banished in the darkness for 36 hours and stopped watering 2 days ago. Did some wet trim, up until the smaller sugar leaves, which I have left for some refining and final polishing dry trim, before curing. Will update on smoke report and flavour. Ok, so final weight after drying is 50g of top shelf bud, and about 50g more of popcorn buds and trim I shall use later on for a dry ice shake.

Dia 95 de vida , hay dos fotos que son del dia 91 de vida antes de amarrar las plantas, las demás fotos son actuales. Hay una ola de calor esta haciendo mas de 35 grados celcius y hace mal tiempo de un momento a otro puede hacer alguna tormenta así que decidimos coger las plantas para ayudarlas a resistir en caso de temporal. Siguen creciendo y estan monstruosas aunque las indicas ya van marcando pistilo yo creo que aún tardarán en florecer por el momento todo va genial esperemos que no nos arruine el cultivo ninguna tempesta.

Началось самое интересное, цветочки начали набирать массу и пухнуть, появился слабый запах, мне напоминает зрелую дыню, очень приятный натуральный аромат. Поливаю сейчас каждый день по 2,5 литра воды, до дренажа, чередуя через каждые 2 дня с удобрениями, сейчас думаю поливать 3 дня чистой водой и на 4 день давать удобрение, так как дренаж выходит крепкий коричневый с ppm 700, с PH всё нормально, если залил 6.3 PH то 6.3 и выходит. Есть цветы под кроной, до которых не доходит свет, хотелось сделать дефолиацию, но боюсь что поймает стресс. Если есть рекомендации по растению, напишите, пожалуйста, свой комментарий.

The plants produced really well couldn't be happier, makes me wonder if mistakes weren't made and neglect didn't happen how they would of turned out but no point dwelling on what could of been. Can't be happier with the outcome and will be back with a dry weight and smoke report. Big shout out to my gromies you know who you are for all the support you have given. Not going to lie, with everything going on in the world right now, taking pictures of the plants was not high on my priority list. I basically snapped a couple of pics and took a couple of videos today and decided that will be it. This is not the place to get political, but I truly hope that against all odds by the time of my next post peace will have returned to Ukraine. In terms of the grow, plants seem to be doing great. Over the past couple of days, the buds have started to fatten up to the point where I think my yield will at least be on par with the last run. I'm still giving her another 3-4 weeks before I think they'll be finished up, but it honestly could be anywhere from 2-6 weeks, just have to wait and see. On a side note the plants are becoming more and more different, to the point where they don't even look like the same pheno. One plant has airy, larfy buds but has made some progress over past 24 hours towards tightening up a bit. The other plant has these fat, dense, stocky nugs that look very much like an indica strain, we will see how this affects the harvest. Today was "the day", I had to select some ot them for reason of space and discretion and the selected plants have been moved to bigger pots, as it follows: Do-Si-Dos (auto), clay pot about 15L = 10cm height (the other one showing already pre-flowering was discarded) Cookies Gelato, 9,5L pot = 10cm height White Widow, 9,5L pot = 11cm height 2x ICE, 9,5L pot + 12,5L pot for the second = 11-12cm height (I kept both because they were both amazing!) The choice of the pot volume was based on the expected height to be discrete, which should be max 80cm and ChatGPT helped me to calculate the pot volume (it suggested me 7,5 to 10L), but I was slightly more generous especially with the auto-flowering. Last year my Sticky Orange auto got the best yield with the same clay pot, so I tried the same :P

Se regaron las macetas con 6 litros de agua con un ph 6.3. Se retiraron hojas grandes que tapaban la luz. La floracion sigue sin novedades, no se ven plagas salvo alguna que otra mosca del sustrato. 27/8 Lamaceta de Jack Herer estaba mas liviana que las demas se rego con 1 litro mas o menos y se humedecio elsustrato de las demas. 30/8 se rego con 4 litros de agua ph 6.4. Las macetas se estan secando mas rapido que antes. El cultivo viene bien.

Day 29. Heavy work in progress, update will follow... Day 30. Job done, most lost almost all big fan leaves, all 3 Kushes where toped. In plans one more heavy training session in a week time, few days to recover and hopefully flower !!! Skunks overgrew Cheeses and start to smell, really to STINK ;)) And i love it !!! Next watering - full feed. Day 31. All Kushes have mini mag deficiency, but i get it with my lights often and know how to fight in early stages. All girls will get 3 feeds in a row. 1. CalMag only 2. Silica acid only 3. Full range of Biobizz feed. After installing new air fans, have to water girls almost every day. Try to feed them only once a week, but pot space taken in full by most of the girls and its time for first mini boost. Day 34. Girls got really heavy defoliation, HST , toping and LST session. First time in my life i trim toped plants so much, but they where reaching sky and stems too fragile for supercroping yet, i do it on branches, but not on mains. So i guess they will slow down a bit ;))) All girls got silica acid after. Happy Growing !
