I defoliated way to heavy and she got stressed

15th week for my 3 girls The buds are swelling day by day, the trichos are quite milky. The nute burn gave me a hard time... (see video) I managed to regulate the pH of the affected plant, before the flowers were also affected by the burn; I take care to decrease the humidity and to ventilate well to avoid the moulding of the burnt leaves. I was going to do a final watering with fertiliser before starting a 10-15 day flush; plant B will only get clear water ;) I'm too close to get rid of it; I'll keep a close eye on it, and if necessary I'll harvest it before the others. I'm still confident: it will produce maybe less than the others, but its power shouldn't be affected too much.

The germinated seeds were planted with the white tap-root pointing downwards into small pots (0,25 l) with light-mix from Goldlabel.nl. During week 1 almost all seeds came up and grew into small seedlings. Some late-comers like the MAC are just peaking out of the soil, while others are already small plants of 5-7 cm size. During this phase I only use one single S4W-LED lamp from SANlight in Austria. The fixture is appr. 50 cm above the babies and this is plenty of light for the small seedlings. They get a little bit of BIO NOVA roots with their water, because this enhances root growth a lot and helps the babies to stay healthy until they are tall enough to be repotted. Don't let the pics with the KANNABIA strain-markers in the small pots confuse you, the genetics are all different strains from different producers (see germination)! Three strains are from KANNABIA SEEDS (the Kritikal-K, the Pineapple Dream and the Skit Kandy Dream), but they came with a bunch of handy plastic strain markers, which I used for all my plants/pots.

Started traing rhis week and This little girl is stunted, i believe from the soil i re-used, I'm a bit late in training her but better late then never hey hehe. I'm a bit gutted thats she only going to be a little one as i was excited for Mexican Airlines, and definitely my smallest plant by far. This girls an absolute beast for her age, she's only 4 weeks old, going into 5th week, she's filled up my space nicely, ive defol'd and lst'd a little, nothing to heavy, ive also lollipoped her. I'm switching to half bloom and half veg nutrients from now until next fortnight, then straight bloom. Thanks for taking the time to read my diary. Happy Easter Everyone! Time for an update During week 10 NEW LIGHT installed!! ViparSpectra XS2000. So excited! I think the plants are a little shocked from the change in light but hopefully they recover just fine. This week 3 of the plants definitely started showing some issues I have never had before. I started noticing rust spots on the upper top leaves of the plants which I believe was the consequence of the following... A.Nutrient lockout B. Soil PH too low from over fertilization C. Soil PH being too low due to the peat moss in the growing medium. I have purchased dolomite lime as an organic alternative to properly balance soil PH for my next grow. I did do a light flush with PHd water at 6.5. Plan for week 11 Going to be adding some Calcium to the soil during next watering to see if that helps new growth on the plants (Tuesday) At this point I will be just keeping an eye on more rust spots forming on the leaves. I have backed off on adding more P & PK at this time because I think I over fertilized last time. I am learning a lot still with every week of this grow. I know now how to dial in the nutrients and better amending soil first. Since my soil has peat moss I think that had a lot to do with the acidity as it breaks down. Really hoping these girls continue to finish out okay! Thinking that they will take the full 14/15 weeks at this point.

Finally coming to an end this week, didn’t get to properly flush the nutrients out to see the leaves begin to fade but next grow i will pay more attention to this. Definitely needed to hold the plant up using chopsticks but hey it worked
