No serious harm done but this is how you become a better grower and getting to know how different phenotypes react to environmental changes and adaptation. Luckily for me the ruderalis genes in the blue dream matic from fastbuds makes her pretty resistant to stress and traumatic “mistakes “ cause you got real high one night and decided that defoliation would be great right now 👍🏻

I am now flushing her with plain Brita filtered water PH'd with lime juice to lower her PH. I initially first flushed her with 42L of water and now I am flushing her once a day for 8 days and then I will put her in for darkness for 3 days and then I will harvest her and dry her for 9 days and then cure her for 28-48 days.

Welcome to the first week! All is going as expected, just watering as needed and watching for any stress signs. I’m finishing up flowering in the grow room so the conditions are still not perfect for the seedling stage, but it will be okay 🤣

Uma flor de Industrial Plant x Girl Scout Cookies F2 que fiz em 2014, sementes germinam muito bem. Ótima flor com perfil aromático old school, Kush, bem terroso e com nota de coca cola. Leve picancia e nada doce.

7/15 (Day 28)- Everything seems to be going well and everything is staying in check. I’ve been adding around 1 gallon of nutes ppm to 550 and ph 5.8 to res around every 12 hours. Having to defoliate some every couple days to unblock light. These are very short bushy girls. I’ve been doing some light LST as well, mainly just lightly bending some as I defoliate. Roots look nice, big and healthy. My humidity during the night is starting to be a concern. It’s getting high and my little dehumidifier is not doing much. Will monitor and continue update daily. 7/16 (Day 29)- Started off the day with a gallon of nutes to top off res, then did some light LST, just trying to figure out the best way to do that. Trying to keep them all even. They continue to grow like crazy and each day I have to pluck a few leaves here and there to open up some light for the newer smaller growths. Everything is in check, water and bite change in the morning. 7/17 (Day 30)- They continue their short, rapid, bushy growth. Flushed and added fresh water and nutes. PM to 500 and PH 5.8. Everything stays in check. 7/18 (Day 31)- Progress continues, did some more light defoliation and added another gallon of nutes to res. 7/19 (Day 32)- Things continue along. Didn’t do much today, just monitored and added a gallon in the morning and a little before lights off. 7/20 (Day 33)- Pretty much same as yesterday. Probably going to take another stab at some LST and light defoliation on Saturday. 7/21 (Day 34)- Same as previous two days. Just monitored and made sure everything was good, they are drinking about 2 gallons a day now. I also added a dehumidifier to the room, humidity at night was getting really high so we will see how this helps. Tomorrow starts a new week and I'm excited to see the timelapse tomorrow. Cookies and Cream auto is looking good. She had a slight leaf deformity when she got solution on her roots too soon. It was a pinch strong for her. She has already grown into it, and roots are looking good. I was experimenting with putting the rock wool on one side to get the roots to the solution sooner. Day 1 of week 8 , about 3 weeks left until harvest. The buds have a higher percentage of amber pistils. The buds are getting a bit wider and their hairdo is a bit less spiked. Some minor issues with low humidity in the seedling stage. Once past the seedling stage this was a very easy grow. After my daily reservoir change I noticed after moving a few buds that yes i'm smelling licorice . It smells exactly like licorice sticks . I also get pine and some other spice, maybe cloves. My carbon filter still keeps the smell under control but opening the tent gives you a good slap. Buds look close to being ready . I will do a trichome check Sunday and a video. OK I took a few trichome pictures today at 8 complete weeks (Saturday ). This is my first photo period grow so I want to go close to the 10 week Cropking suggested flowering time.

Two of the three have been cut. The first one was just a stubby little lady that had just under an ounce of dried flower. The second one was taken last night and her main cola weight 5 wet and was just covered in oily terpenes. This last one while behind the others is by FAR the frostiest and I can’t wait for her to ripen. Therefore I am not calling it a harvest until the trichomes become perfect as the last one did.

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

Perfect tropical-like weather. No problems to report. Excellent growth. Still rearranging net tent as this bastard stretch a lot. The one that should have the fastest flowering is, on the other hand, terribly late compared to het sisters. But how long does this beast still want to grow? Royal Queen Seeds officially claims Pineapple Kush is better suited indoors than outdoors, for now RQS is wrong.
