Week 11 complete. It’s been another week of just watering every other day. One of the girls is almost ready for a flush. The other two still have a couple weeks to go but they keep getting bigger and bigger buds. Can’t wait to chop one of these girls down I can almost feel it. Flowering day 49 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. In fact, now that I think about it, I didn't test it when I purchased it so it may have been off slightly the entire time 😱 Was off by +0.7% Also may have thrips, but I don't see any. Perhaps the white spots on the leaves are ph related? Funny story though, within 10 minutes of having had the white spots pointed out to me, a ladybug flew into the lung room. Caught it and released it into the tent 😈 If I find her corpse within a few days, we'll know there are no thrips! Removed the two affected leaves anyway. ------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Aug 10 Ordered nematodes and 30 ladybug larvae, just to be safe. Beginning of week.. I raised the lights a little.. They are at 50% power at 18" (roughly) from the plants. The ladies are getting from 420 to 500 PPFD. Went ahead and fed them some extra FloraMicro this week.. I'm guessing they are just very hungry girls.. And I'm thinking the pH in the rootzone issue is not clearing up at all.. BUT.. It seems like no matter what pH I water them with.. The runoff ALWAYS comes out at 5.8 or 5.9 with the Mandarin Cookies and 5.8 or 5.7 with the ETHOS Cookies.. So if you want to reuse your coco coir.. Make sure to remove ALL the roots. The girls dont look too bad at all.. And that's why I'm guessing they just needed more nutes in the mix.. We shall see how this week goes! Mid week.. They are looking alot better! Mandarin Cookies is exploding woth growth.. ETHOS Cookies is growing slow but she is growing for sure.. I think I may need to remove a node or 2 on the ETHOS Cookies.. I could just leave it.. But the very top 2 are covering alot of tops.. I could make some clones from it.. Hmm.. All-in-all.. I'm happy with how these girls are growing for now tho.. This rootzone issue isnt going away.. But I think I found a way to make it work out.. I've been watering a little differently.. Here is a bit of an example: Day 1: Feed at 6.5 Day 3: Water at 6.4 Day 5: Feed at 6.3 Day 7: Water at 6.2 Day 9: Feed at 6.5 Day 11: Water at 6.4 Day 13: Feed at 6.3 Day 15: Water at 6.2 Etc... The runoff is staying above 5.5 each time.. But as I lower the pH, the runoff pH lowers as well (obviously).. So I think watering this way has helped keep these gorgeous ladies happy.. And theyare also very hungry.. I may have to start watering one plant every other day.. Water plant 1 tomo.. Water plant 2 the next day.. Then plant 1 the next day and then plant 2 the next day etc... 1 reason I want to start doing it that way is because I think the ETHOS Cookies isn't needing as much nutes as the Mandarin Cookies.. But they are looking great. Very happy and so are they! The heat has been insane lately.. So at the hottest part of the day I try to just turn the light down to 25% for 4 hours or so.. I hate having to do that.. But it's all I can do for now.. Or maybe change the light/dark hours.. Blah.. Whatever, they are happy! End of week.. I supercropped 2 branches.. They pretty much healed up and are already back to normal.. Like it didnt bring them down any lower at all lol.. It straightened back up and its as if nothing happened.. Just a big ass (MOOSE) knuckle lol.. But I stopped using the Kushie Kush and was just using the normal Gen Hydro FloraBloom in the mix. Will be upping the FloraGro next week! Wow.. Such hungry ladies! It's been so long since I've grown a bigger photo period.. I forgot how much they can take!.. On to the next!...

Día 32. Esta semana corté los esquejes. El dia 30 de crecimiento. Saqué 8 y los puse a enraizar en lana de roca, dentro de media botella de 6lt tapada con otra mitad. Mantengo la solución de la semana anterior. Hasta ahora la planta se ve muy bien. Ya dentro de una semana espero tener raíces y pasarlas al indoor de arriba con la madre. La configuración del espacio va a ser un desafío dado que la madre tiene las ramas muy abiertas. A primera idea, supongo que haré que los costados sean ocupados por la madre y guiaré los 4 esquejes para que ocupen el centro del indoor. De todos modos seguro aplique tecnicas de guiado y/o cortes en los esquejes. Una vez arriba pienso darles una semana de crecimiento y ver, en base al tamaño que tengan, si ya los paso a floración. Quiero aprovechar el primer cultivo para tener una referencia de espacio y tamaño. El tiempo va pasando más rápido de lo que imaginé y ver los cambios tan rápidos ha ayudado. Debo admitir que soy un poco obsesivo y eso me hace más fanático de la hidroponia, ya que el cultivo es más limpio y mucho más rápido para crecer. Ahora tengo que esperar ver. Subo un video con la configuración terminada, y de esa forma, se puede entender la idea. Sorry for those who don't speak spanish, but I've made the video in spanish. Anyways you can see and understand the configuration. Estoy orgulloso de lo que pude armar usando maderas de palets y otras que también encontré en la calle. La mayoría de los artefactos los tenía de otros indoors que he tenido. Ya prontl habrá actualizaciones sobre el avance. Pero seguramente para cuando estén enraizados los esquejes, esté en la 6ta semana de crecimiento y llegaré a las 7 sumando lo que haga crecer las plantas arriba. Ya anticipo que el próximo cultivo será con la Black Jack de Sweet Seeds, aunque me queda sólo una, y espero poderla germinar con éxito. Sino habrá que salir a comprar otra variedad y en Argentina no hay variedad. No quisera volver a caer en BSF. Saludos!

Week 7 flower - buds are fattening this week and smell is very strong. Two distinct phenos. I suspect a bit of nutrient burn so dialed back ec to 2.1-2.2.

I've defoliated a little as I go. One of the watermelon candy has a flat stem (Fasciation) I've been trimming the leaves as they are growing in abundance on the affected branches. The black orchid smells so good it's very pungent and captivating, I'm really looking forward to trying it now.

Been away for 2 weeks working away. The first test for the autopots. Well what can I say. This grow is insane . I have 8 plants all are over 160cm. The 3 sweet seeds plants are over 240cm... It's insane. Supercropped the biggest but just chunking up. I'm out of height for lights now so I'm kinda stuffed in a good way. This is not the worse issue to have. I can't get individual pics of plants as there is no room in this jungle. The cheat code is Biotabs and Autopots. Just leave them alone and prepare to be amazed These have only ever had untreated tap water. And I'm talking Lolndon tap water so not the best. But the biotabs just seem to make it all good No sign of salt build up and no sign of any deficiency. I will give I feed of biopk in the coming week as a top feed but that will be that until harvest. Unless something happens if course..🤪

They are happy and healthy!! I cannot wait to get my timelapse camera going because I would have been able to catch these bolting this week! It is super cool how fast they doubled in size!

Day 39 Just some light lst and removing a few fan leaves. Did the fourth water change today and upped the ppm to 0.9

Hey folks, Late update this week due to a big rain store we had last Friday. It called for 5mm of rain which equated to about 3.6L of water for each plant! A bit much for young plants with a small root system, but the good news is that the smart fabric pots did thier job to help dry out the soil. Since our last update, I have topped and defoilaited the damaged leafs from my f$%# up last week. Girls are healthy and show no signs of slowing down. I also started some basic LST with 3D printed plastic clips! They work great and I will be modifying them a bit to provide me more angle selection. If you guys wanna know more about these clips please let me know. Other than rotating the pots and doing some regular maintenance, everything looks good, gnat traps are up and so far there are no signs of them which I credit keeping the topsoil dry. I have not water the plants and it is calling for rain tonight into Thursday, so it seems like mother nature is doing God's works of water my plants for me :). what can I say she is growing like a beast now! They plants are loving the weekly foliar sprays. The blood, bone and kelp meal are doing a great job. Will do another magnesium sulphate next week.

The plant is developing extremely well, was not impressed by the topping and is pushing well! It was topped after the 4th node and should fit so well in the tent.
