As the rain continues this girl is showing her potential…I clipped a few clones from her this week…she is recovering successfully. She has about four more weeks in veg before I let her flower bin the start of 2026 Jah Guide.

Week 2 and she is fast ! Flowers are developing super nice, she is growing a lot every single day, no slowing down. She is happy in all the ways and she is getting massive, super tall and great structure overall ! Amazing strain so far !

Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. While it’s a cosmetic detail that doesn’t affect quality, it’s a fascinating display of how genetics and environment interact. A Frost-Filled Wonderland The room is absolutely glistening with frost. Trichomes are piling up like snow, giving the entire garden a magical wintery appearance. I genuinely believe the ThinkGrow LEDs and TrolMaster spectrum control deserve a shoutout here. Still HOT and dry! Full sun almost every day, and she's loving it. Pistils are wildly long, and buds surprisingly fat for this early, maybe she will be a early October harvest? Hoping the weather holds out! Did another compost tea (Epsom, Kelp, Molases and Compost, aerrate 24hrs), wildly foamy this time, tons of microbes ready to get to work. Will squeeze in a final top dress of Gaia Green Power Bloom next week. All in all looking great, haven't done any more defoliating, buds are spaced nice, may snip a few fan leaves here and there covering bud sites, but it's hard to get to them being so tall, so hoping for the best. Getting some rain, maybe thundershowers over the next week, still spray link LCPT for PM, and BT for Caterpillars. Did find a ton of eggs on the underside of a fan leaf, so BT is necessary.

It's been a wonderful week despite a handful of deficiencies mainly affecting the UKBS varieties. UKBS 2 seems to be getting hit with a phosphorus deficiency; which fingers crossed will be solved next watering. UKBS 2 had some PH issues which led to multiple deficiencies, those seem to have been remedied at this time as no further symptoms are appearing. I really want the weather to get nice already, the tent is turning into an absolute jungle and I need to clear some space. I'm quite glad I've never tried to flower 4 plants in a 2x4. 4/3/2021- Did some bending and twisting, as well as a bit of defoliation with UKBS 2, to make it branch outwards slightly as well as lighten up on how much shade it's creating in the tent. 4/5/2021 - Some kind of cal/mag issues are cropping up on UKBS 1 and Carl 1, looking to resolve those ASAP.

The plants are starting to recover from the N excess 2 weeks ago, this delayed a bit the starting of flower from some plants but im sure that the rest of flowering will be ok, i gave only water this week and applied a small amount of guanokalong nutrients as these are slowly absorbed to ensure the plant continues to receive some nutrients until next 2 weeks when we will start to give some extra PK

This week I had to Lollipop again (I know is very late and I hope I didn’t stressed the plant to much). My canopy is so tick and so many overlapping leaves and buds in the center of the plant that don’t receive enough light or any at all , n combination with the RH swings that I got going on (45 and 63 RH), I’m very afraid of mold. I should have did a better job at Lollipoping from day 21. I’m inexperienced grower and I didn’t knew better. I decided is better to risk to shock the plant a little bit risking a reduction in yield then get mold or pests and lose it all. My 30 pin dehumidifier works great with the AC but sometimes when the AC( compressor) stops my RH jump at 62% -63%, witch I don’t like . I’m trying to keep the humidity around 50% but in such a small room between the AC and Dehumidifier I got big swings in temp ( 75-82) and RH ( 45%-63%) witch is not ideal but is nothing that I can do. I played with the AC and Dehumidifier setting a lot trying to keep humidity around 50% and temp around 80 degrees and that’s the best I can. My AC is set at 82 degrees and my Dehumidifier is set at 45% RH. Also during the lights off (day time) is very hard to keep the temperature In control when outside is 110-115 degrees with my portable AC (1400BTU) in the 4x 6 closet. Is crazy but I do my best to keep temp under control. This is another rocky mistake I made is trying growing weed DWC in the middle of summer where temps are 105-115 degrees constant in a closet without centralized AC port and at second level in the building. LOL Also I think I underfed her (630 PPM TDS, PH 5.8-5.9) ) and I got a Ca deficiency witch I think is the reason my flowers developed slower then I anticipated. Hopefully I’m wrong and everything will be good. P.S. I got a little bit of calcium deficiency caused by salt buildup (to much PK boost) despite my earlier belief that is underfed. I increased the PPM from week 4 (630-640TDS) to 680 TDS) on week 5 while I kept the PK booster at 3+ml l per gallon. Slightly my PPM’s was rising in my reservoir for few days until I decided that my plant can’t take that much nutrients (PK). 2-3 days after I increased the TDS I’ve noticed more spots on the lower leaves with tip burns on top ( first signs of PK toxicity). One day later found spots and yellowing of the leaves on top of the plant that indicates Ca deficiency caused by salt buildup ( PK toxicity) and reversed osmosis (hope I’m not wrong). Going into week 6 I lowered the PK boost at 1.5ml / gallon and total TDS to 640 PPM. Seems like leaves damage to stop and my PPM to stay stabile at 630-640. Trying to keep PH at 5.8 max 5.9. I will post pictures of my Ca deficiency/ PK toxicity. If you guys have any suggestions please leave me a comment.
