Final weeks

🌱 🤓 Spent this week keeping up with hefty defoliation and canopy maintenance. Two separate rounds of defoliation occurred this week, the last round included the removal of any branches that were growing. In the underbrush who had not yet made it to the surface of the canopy. Branches that hang out in the underbrush contribute to poor air flow while simultaneously sucking energy from the plant. I don't want my plant wasting energy on poor producing branches, so they gotta go! I also made sure to try and remove the same branches on all new mains as to keep the plant as symmetrical as possible. ✌️💜🌱

This week has been pretty smooth sailing. Since all 4 of the testers are being watered at the same time splitting a gal of water ph to 6.1 with products listed. Started some LST on them this week and seems like all the babies are doing well. Tester 01/#1 by far grown the most at this point but time will only tell how they will all turn out. Enjoying this grow quite alot and am super excited to see how it goes.

Amazing plant to grow. By far my favorite out of the sweet seeds f1 fast line. Flower looks feels and smells like indoor. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend this enough especially to anyone growing with shorter flowering seasons.

7/14 girls are from 32" to 37" tall at 35 days old, looking good

Day 71 (August 26th): Watered the ladies again today, everything is still looking great. Pheno 1 is starting to get yellow leaves, still diagnosing the issue. Day 73: The soil is drying out super fast. The roots are coming up through the soil now. These girls are root bound for sure. Next grow will be 20 gallon pots for sure. Day 74: I’ve got a nitrogen deficiency on one of my phenos. Added a bit more Power Bloom 2-8-4. It’s a bit too early for these girls to be starving for nitrogen. A couple more weeks and I’ll let it fly. Day 77: That’s a wrap on week 5 of flower. 3-4 weeks until harvest!

Do-si-dos received a heavy defoliation, there were a ton of small inner branches starved for light, so they got cut. LSD, Green Crack and Mandarin dreams all received a light defo, yellowing leaves were removed. Lighting provided by Mars-Hydro TSW2000. First time using diaries just getting accustomed to everything as a new grower. Second crop grown these are all clones from that first grow from seeds. Faced a lot of issues in the first grow was a major learning curve. Produce some average buds. But I think I got a handle of things now. Feel free to leave a comment tell me what you think! First batch of clones done right. Still lost a lot due to humidity and moisture but 80/100%. Planted clones placed under 24/7 light to start the veg. Will replant soon.

Hello Diary. In the end, I have my own praise for this strain. Although they did not both emerge at the same time, they eventually had a harvest together. The outcome is in the end almost 140 g which is a great average. The dried flowers are hard and compact, reminiscent of velvet to the touch, really beautiful. They dried in a growbox for a total of 14 days along with their roommate Watermelon. My wife, although not a consumer, enjoys trimming which suits me great because I can take photos during that time. After trimming, we put the dry tops in jars where they matured for another 20 days. And now as I write this report, I’m enjoying the smoke of Purple Punch, drinking coffee, and trying to remember if I left something out in the report. If so, feel free to write and ask. I apologize for the delay with the reports, but a lot of photos and videos and other commitments have slowed me down in that. She stretched on me last time. But I was too heavy with the light right away. Gave her light burn. I raised the light and turned it down to 25%. I think she’ll be fine. I’m excited to see how she’s going to do in a 5 gallon!!

The flush begins , Using final flush with water at 21.oC And some defoliating to get light down . Managing to keep temps stable at 23-25 oC with both lights Also added in a mars hydro light Last week and seems to be working well and shown good response from the plants under it

Gorilla Jealousy F1 is growing great. She has loads if med sized frost colas developed. She is actively working on bulking now. Ever since she got hungry and started a early fade. I increased her feed to stop it. Looks like she took to it well. She did get a bit tall for my liking in this tent. So I am not running the light at 100 percent. It gets too warm when the tent is really full and it being Sumner. Everything is looking great. 16 day perfect slow dry. Starting cure. You can smell the purple in this strain. Will update after a short cure and smoke test and getting an accurate smell description. 40 grams total of dry weight nice sized buds and structure. Super natural and pretty looking.
