The training is going well, I added some force here and there. Plant seems to be happy.
I decided to order some powder feeding fertilizer, since the plant is now starting week 4 and is still quite small.
Update:
1g greenhouse powder feeding in 1L of water used at the end of week 4.

Easing everything in. Letting everything get settled for another week or 2 before I start to do much of anything to them. Still gotta lay mulch and cut the one bed a little better.

FastBuds - Gelato Auto x 1
Dry Weight - 2 ounce and 20.73 gram
I can definitely see an increase in weight and yield from doing the mainlining technique I would normally get around 1.7 oz of an auto If I hadn't done any training and not lollypopped and defoilated the plant.
Highly recommend this method to avoid clutter , little popcorn nugs and messy plants.
I thought I lost a plant to herm but I could have been wrong as I seen a diary on here that looked very similar to the one I Isolated and it turned out OK.
Smoked that one already and didn't hear any popping or cracking of seeds so she could have gone longer but I didn't wanna risk other plants turning.
Nugs are rock solid!
Gassy lemony smell!
Tried one last night as a tester and it was niiiiiice! Will try and let the cure begin before I raid the jars lol

Hello. This is the end of week 7 and the beginning of week 8 of flowering.
Just plain forgot to report last week.
Things are looking good in here this year. I've seen some light thrips damage in here, but no spider mites yet. 🤞
They can blow in through the roof vents and cause problems some years.
Going to flush starting next week. Will try to get 4 good flushes in before the harvest at around 10 weeks.
I've got 5 plants of Mac and Crack to go in their places in a month's time to flower under natural light.
Smells great in here. Tropical Skunk with some citrus and mango hints. Yum.

Sep 7: nice lemony smell happening and the buds are forming. Not a particularly fast flowering plant but it’s going good.
Sep 8: got some time under the UV light this afternoon. Once the Blueberry Pie is done she’ll get more UV light hours but for now she has to wait her turn.
Sep 12: cool nights starting to cause some purple colour. Nice smell to her, but really leafy and seems a bit slow. Watered with potassium silicate and cal-mag today.

During this week, I have only occasionally defoliated to get better light on the inflorescences.
I don't know when to put it into flower yet, as the smallest bush (Fruit Diesel) is looking quite pitiful, having just turned a month old. Other bushes are a couple weeks ahead of Fruit Diesel.
What do you think, should I give it another week of vegetation or should I switch it to flowering at the end of the week?

Welcome to my Royal Gorilla Diary
This grow will join the RQS outdor grow contest at later time, I hope i get lucky and bugs won't eat it.
After receiving contest box, i asked about germinating indoors, after confirmation i popped a seed in the soil.
Germinated in pot indoors (gift pack was massive! see pics), after germination i put outdoor but i kinda forgot her.
This one is growing together with a small tobacco plant to keep some unwanted insects away, i want to add some dill and coriander soon.
So our royal gorilla is in her second week already, and she looks pretty healthy. Soil is reused soil with new fertilizers added to the soil.
I'using a mixture of dried cow poop pellets and chicken poop pellets to give the soil some renewed power.
Most of this is in the top layer of the soil (watering from above) so nutrients can be spread extra during watering.
This should be enough for the first 6-7 weeks, so when the buds start to take shape we can start with adding some mineral nutrients in addition to the organic feeding.

The weather is not easy for her. After a few days of intense heat, the temperature is now down to 8 degrees at night. But she is doing great. The first pre-flower signs are also visible.

Day 64 she’s so heavy that I have to have her on hangers. She didn’t get watered yesterday so she is throwing a hissy fit but she’s already perked back up. I’m excited to have her get chopped down and get her jarred up.

She grow bushy, and i think about small defoliation before week 4 of veg. I need to understand coco better because i was growing in soil.

Day 51, 4th of November 2020:
The 3rd day since the lamp switched to be 12/12.
I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant....
They look good and strech is on the way.....
Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)

Hoy día 20/4/26 hemos añadido el primer riego de monsterbloom.
Tengo que decir que e metido dos riegos desde la última vez hasta ahora muy suaves con calmag y purezym rebajando con esto la ec ya que tenía muchos puntos salinos y algunas plantas quemaron sus hojas
Después de este riego en dos días intercaló 20l de calmag más purezym y a los otros dos días vuelvo a meter abonos así iré intercalando para no subir más la salinidad y preparando el terreno para el lavado de raíces.. tengo que añadir que el último riego con power roots y silick se acabó hoy.
