Week 2 went smooth... Started to see 5-finger leaves showing so I lowered the lights and turned them almost all the way up. Installed a Co2 Dispersal Canister that should finish out veg. Wish I knew the ppm for the Co2 but I don't. Finna start LST this upcoming week

Thiis time I wanted to make all same strain kind of grow. Put the seeds directly in the jiffy pellets in the pot to save some extra work. I always used Aptus nutrients but this time I switched to Biobizz since Aptus isn't imported anymore to my country. So we will see how Biobizz works.

Alright so last week is here, finally... After smelling this girl you literally want to bite the plant and eat it 🤗🍭🍬, this thing smells like candy and all kind of sweet fruit loops and things, its a world of happiness and unicorns in a plant! Basically she didn't get that big but this was expected as the plant only gets some hours of direct sunlight, maybe 6 or 7 + we had several weeks of rain and now we have an heatwave (this fuc*ing weather is amazing) the good news is that the worms learned their lesson and didn't appear again (they know this hood is mine now!) For the rest, cant wait to harvest and start another grow, as mentioned in my previous balcony grow i would like to put around 6 or something like that, even if i get only 10-15g per plant its still worth it, sunlight is free and its just a little balcony, they dont disturb nobody there

So I started seeing some ember with my microscope. So I thought it's TIME TO HARVEST. I prepared the place for it and put it in darkness for 2 days so my girl would feel that it's time for her to give it all she got. And today 17.06 I chopped her and hanged her upside down to dry. Im sooo happy and can't wait to try it. Now I'm facing a big problem... My country became super hot.. and I'm struggling to keep humidity and temperatures correct 😭🌡️ I'm still gonna try my best to give it a long drying process.. then I'll update you on the smells and everything. I havent even checked the wet weight coz I don't wanna disturb the buds. I'll just give it it's time.. and then better I check the weight when I separate every cola and it will be dry enough😊😊😊 The other girl is having the time of her life now.. all the tent is hers now. Update of the garden

week 6 seeing strong new growth in both plants, trying to contain vertical growth with low and high stress training before I add the double layer trellis netting next week. started roots by heavy 16 at 1 ml per gal, and i have foliar 2 times past week (once every 3 days) heavy 16 foliar at 40 ml /1 l (breaks down to 4 ml per 100 ml of water, mist about 50 mls on bottoms of plants then all over an hour after lights turn off. did some defoliation on lower fans to allow light penetration to potential mid level tops

Stretching lovely, look really healthy, added a new bigger rotating fan but other than that pretty much the same, just plodding along nicely, roll on next week 😀

They’re growing well, I’m fixing to feed today, (Epsom salts for Cal-Mag), Molasses and I Ph down with Ascorbic Acid and PH up with Baking Soda. I also used filtered water from fridge and let set out so the chlorine can evaporate before I use. And I water every 2-3 days. (Ps: I also started flower late so you might be further along than me.)

Well this week was really stressful, one of the girls started showing stress in the lower leaves right after I attempted some fimming on her, the nutrients I was waiting for haven't arrived except for some calmag which I think they are lacking... Topped the rest of them just today, hopefully they'll respond better than their sister... thanks to anyone reading this, happy gorw!

Well I believe I’m on the last stretch of the grow, next weekend might be cut down time.

I have checked the plants and one plant is now showing about 10% amber trichomes on old growth. New growth clear. Starting to see some nice colour changes across the canopy. Have fed them a weaker feed to start the week but included a microbe tea.

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. I like my grows to be simple, clean and efficient. I intentionally set 2 seeds at 3-4 intervals so I can rotate air space and have 2 harvested every 4 weeks. The organic Easy line of nutes is simple to use, clean, organic and delivers lush, healthy growth. No more mixing liquids. I feed sparingly but always give cal/mag with all waterings/feedings. I pH down water ONLY at the beginning (before feeding starts) or in between if pH runs high and I won't be feeding within 2-3 days. Feeding drops pH in coco and as nutes are consumed pH rises back to coco's neutral 7.0. Simple. I rarely water "till runoff". Lighter feedings mean less buildup. Clean.
