There we go, now the diary is all sorted out and the weeks are accurate. Pistils still poppin'! Starting to get the first few brown pistils to show up on the low low plant buds. Tops are still filling out. I might as well raise the dimmer to 10. It's been on 9 about 11 inches from the tops of the plants. I dialed it back to perhaps reduce the stress from the hot dose of nutes. They burnt up pretty good but still rocking! Hopefully the next run i can keep them pretty for the full crop! haha The Nutrient mix i listed is not a feed chart regiment. I've had to dial it back a bit because of the high ppm of my tap water which caused me to give them a hot 2500ppm feed one day and they freaked out lol. So now i test my ppm and i try to keep it around 1000, to 1250ppm MAX Next crop I plan on doing some experimenting. I'm going to grow 3 strains. I want to do a diary for each strain and I'm going to experiment with some different nutrients (Remo Nutrients) and I'm going to do side by side comparisons with Hygrozyme and HygroBen, as well as Resin by Green Planet Nutrients. Next Strains will be; #1 Female Seeds "Lemon Kush" (2 plants) Clones #2 Barney's Farm "Biscotti Mintz" (3 plants) Clones #3 Expert Seeds "Oreoz" (3 plants) Clones 1 of each plant will be treated with Mykos Fungi, Hygrozyme Enzymatic root enhancer, and HygroBen which is beneficial bacteria. So we can draw a side by side comparison of each treated vs. non treated plant to see if Resin really does increase resin output, and if the plants health, vigour and growth are affected in a significant way. These plants on Oct 31, are 42 days into their flowering cycle. I expect them to finish near end of November. Nov 15 i will cut clones off my mother's and prepare for the mid winter run.

Day 37: The girls are growing fast and strong! They also seems to have turned into flowering state now. Everything seems good. Ive been recommended to just let the girls do their job from now, and I won't touch them for awhile, but I think I soon will give them some more nutrients as they are now in flowering state.

Week 8 Veg – Go Big or Go Home! 🌱💪 Hey, Grow Fam! 🌿 What an intense week it’s been in the grow room! This was one of those “go big or go home” moments, and I decided to take it to the extreme. I’m holding off on flipping to flower for just one more week because the plants are filling up the space beautifully—I can’t help but push things to their limits and see just how much these ladies can give! 😎✨ This week was all about maximizing growth and creating the best canopy I can. I did a light defoliation, just here and there to open things up a bit, and then came the bending—LOTS of bending. 🌱 I’m working hard to create an even canopy, though with all these different genetics, we’ll see how close I get! 🤞 Regardless, I’m giving it my all, and I’m super pumped to see how everything will respond in the next stage. The final touch this week? I ended it with a bold 36 hours of darkness to prepare for the big flip next week—flower mode, here we come! 🌸 What Went Down This Week: 1. Canopy Work – Bending and training all over the place to try and keep things even. It’s a real challenge with different genetics, but the payoff is going to be worth it! 2. Defoliation – Just a little bit of leaf removal here and there to help with airflow and light penetration, prepping them for that final veg stretch. 3. 36 Hours of Darkness – Closed out the week with a full day and a half of darkness. The 36 hours of darkness is a technique I like to use to help signal to the plants that it’s time to transition from veg to flower. 🌒 By giving them an extended dark period, I’m mimicking the natural shift from summer to fall, when daylight hours start to shorten. This kick-starts the plants’ flowering hormones (phytochrome), helping them shift into flower mode more smoothly and quickly. In my experience, this method helps speed up the flip, reduces early flowering stress, and often leads to a more uniform bloom across the canopy. It’s like giving the plants a little nudge to let them know, “Hey, it’s time to bloom!” 🌸 This technique is especially useful for growers like me who want to maximize the efficiency and performance of their plants. 😊 4. Wow things have been looking good so far, Really no problems.. Slow but I'm seeing the fruit the joy pop out of my ladies. So i gave Trina a cut after feeding very heavy as you can see in the pic. Ran out of Ph up and Gina ran Ph of smfh 5.6, that's all I'm going to say.. Cross my fingers also my Rh really been up and down. I'm going to fix that tomorrow.

Flush is on. A week or so I reckon. 90% of trichomes are already cloudy. The smell is so complex! The colors amazing! Can’t wait!

Decided to call it flower now, since the buds are forming.. i have never seen plants this big in real life before, so it will be exciting to see. Especially when the big bad buds appear. the plant that stands alone in a pot, first pic of this week, was actually stripped to the stem in it's early stage of life, as an experiment. you can see it in pic 3 of week 4. and again later in the diary, with the 2 bigger plants under the "scrOG fence"
