7/30/23 - Day 48 - OK, so last I posted, I have been waiting to see how tall she grows. She does not seem to be stopping her growth I'm going to try some super cropping. I've never done this before, but it honestly does not seem like a bad thing. Hurt the plant a little, and the response should be more THC. The reason for hurting the plant is so that you can bend the plant as you need it. She's sleeping now, but when she wakes up, ill take a look and possibly start to super crop. Currently, I am working on implementing the auto water feature of the LEAF Grow system, which is quite convenient to set up. All it requires is to hook it up to a standard hose outlet, saving you time and effort. By using Reverse Osmosis (RO) water instead of tap water, I can ensure a controlled and optimal environment for my plants. Tap water contains various additives like copper, zinc, and chlorine, which can't be measured precisely and might affect plant growth. In a successful grow operation, every aspect needs careful control, and water is of utmost importance. RO water, with its near-zero ppm, ensures that there are no unwanted additives, offering the best conditions for plant development. Although RO water is not produced under pressure, I've found a suitable solution to address this concern. To achieve the required pressure for the LEAF unit, which is rated for 30 - 80 PSI, I've researched and discovered that a sump pump would work perfectly in this setup. This pump adds the necessary 30 PSI to the water line as it is drawn from the inlet, eliminating the need to pressurize a bottle or container, thus avoiding potential hazards associated with excessive pressure. I'll be documenting my progress with pictures as I set up this system, and I can't wait to witness the auto water feature in action, saving me from the hassle of manually adding water. Super Crop: I did about half of the plant in a Super Crop today. Meaning I damaged the branches enough to bend them. The plant will work overtime to fix them, but also, the Resin and THC will be surging through the plant in a rush to be more defensive against what it more than likely a predator eating it. I did my best to make the branches pliable. I think I did a good job. I was so scared that I was going to snap them.... and I did; on a couple, they split up the side. So I grabbed my duct tape and added a bandaid. I have been worried sick about how she would handle all the destruction. After about 3 hrs, I saw that all the Super Cropped branches were already reaching back up. This is a great sign that the plant is doing well and that all the branches I was sure were to fall off are thriving. Again I think this box is magic. The topping didn't stunt any growth, trimming a 3-gallon bucket full of leaves 1st week into flower didn't stunt any growth, and Super Cropping 2 weeks into flowering seems to be thriving. I'm going to get to experiment with this LEAF box on all kinds of strains. The possibilities are endless. Just one theory I want to try, Purple. I want to grow a strain known for its purple, and I want to grow it a few times, each time growing it colder and colder to document and show how cold might affect the purple color like we have all read and heard about. These are the kinds of things that I think about and why I choose LEAF. Ill be back to update tomorrow morning. 8/1/23 - Day 50 - I updated some of the pictures. Flowering is going well. Every day the water is less, and the buds are bigger! I scoped out some of the buds already. Now we just wait. i have a water change coming up in a few days. Aumento su consumo de agua y riego cada 3 o 4 días, intercalando riego de pura agua estacionada con ph 6,4 y 1er riego con fertilizante de vegetación. La niña crece frondosa con un gran tallo principal fuerte y grueso, y con poca altura. Realizo la primer defoliación y aplico un lst muy suave para permitir un mejor flujo de aire entre las ramas nuevas y mayor apertura de luz. Welcome to week 6 of my Tiny Pot Contest journal! Not much going on this week, just been watering everyday. Herbie continues to chill in the tent watching over all the beautiful ladies. It looks like stretch has been kept to a minimum. Going for one fat bud here! Buds are starting to get frosty by the weeks end.

Are the hairs on the top of the buds a result of the bananas i pulled out? I'm not sure what stage i'm at, should I start flushing now or should I wait one more week? If Super Lemon Haze takes 11 weeks to flower properly should I wait the extra week?

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Welcome to the 2nd week of my gorilla cookies courtesy of fastbuds! Looks a tiny bit pale compared to my purple punch from sssc but it might not be a problem. The purple punch is older aswell by a week. Ive added dr greenthumbs mycos into her last watering so im expecting a massive rootball when i harvest this plant cant wait to see if it gets as big as my gorilla punch. So here we are at the end of week 4 bloom! Check these girls out, they are doing so friggin well with this 3.0 soil mix. I cannot complain or ask for a better grow so far, just amazing. We have lots of flower sights and a good strong structure to hold all those flowers come harvest. The girls have been growing at a very fast pace. I was out of town from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening. When I came back and opened the tent I was blown away by the progress. Today I am going to go and buy some (22/06/2020) garden wire and start Low Stress Training, I'm a bit nervous but it seems like the best thing to do for the girls. Its exciting times... They are growing at a very fast pace but at the same time it feels like time is not moving along fast enough :) LST started... hopefully its done correctly :)

hello we are in the second week of growth I have just planted them in new cups which are a little less than 1 l. I started using root growth fertilizers and a little microbial. For the moment they seem to like it so we will continue to fatten them once a week and in the meantime we will use the silicate from T.A. Hello grow 🌎! Finally seeing signs of flowering beginning. (Branches alternating, calxes, pistils, etc.) I cut the girls' dose of gro pro which is full of N, way down amd introduced monster bloom and a small dose of nirvana. Was going to tie down branches but realized that it would make draining their buckets near impossible. So I decided to use bamboo sticks to "position" branches in spots of light and out of tge way of others.

This strain is an interesting skunk cross, she is growing fast, strong and big 💪🏻💚

Amazing experience with the Mix Pack, I will try it again next summer for sure. Love the variety.

Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed

The plant is doin very well, the colas are all getting bigger and the resin production is huge. I'm near the harvest so within few days I'll give her the last nutrients ans the next week I'm gonna flush her. I'm very happy about this plant, she takes nutes very well and give zero problem.

Great! - [19:39]: Checked the humidifiers. --- Tanks are still full and no leaks found. --- Another grow week done! --- Need to still decide which clones to transplant. --- Currently between the 4 phenos, plan to transplant Gorilla Goat #1 and the original Garlic Budder #2, but this may change. --- The Gorilla Goat #1 (currently at ~5 month cure) is by far the loudest pheno of the lot and has a lemon chem gas profile when has made her a keeper! --- The one I’m still deciding on are the Garlic Budder phenos (also at ~5 month cure). Both are unique in their own dank way. The #1 pheno has a smooth sweet ‘purple’ terpene profile with a hint of fuel while the #2 is more earthy and gassy. --- Anyways! --- Onwards to next week Ensign! [END OF WEEK 20]
