More humidity trouble this week, same old story lately. Added more circulation to the grow area which has been helping alot! I stopped feeding calmag and have fed 1.5g of pkbooster per 4L, gonna ramp up a bit more this week. I had some white fuzz mold on top of the soil of 2 girls, I let them dry out, scratched the surface up and watered and it didn't return which was awesome. Made me worry. A suggestion I got and was gonna use if it came back was feeding 20% milk 80% water, hasn't come to that yet. Hopefully over the week I can continue to decrease my humidity as my buds start to form! An here we are. At the end of another cycle. The end of another year, and what a year it was. For Sunshine and me personally, it was a tough year, with our families sick on multiple occasions, life-threatening. We are very thankful for many things but most of all that all our parents are healthy again. We wish your families are as fortunate in the coming year. So we end this Gorilla's life with a swift cut of the scissors, after thanking her again for the companionship, the well-needed distraction, and all the love she has given me already. I sometimes read that people won't go near their plants when they are angry or sad. Please do go to your plants when you are sad or angry! They are millions of years old. They have been healers of animals and humans since they were around. Our emotions can not taint something so pure as the spirit of this plant. She will heal us, give her life for us, sacrifice herself for our healing. She is all-powerful and all-knowing, there is nothing we mere humans can do, except disrespect her powers. Bask in her glowing light, enjoy her soothing energy, her creative spark when you are in need of love, just don't smoke her at that time, for she will soothe you bit not give her treasures, she will seduce you. Merry Christmas growmies 🎄 I hope you are enjoying the holidays with friends, family and Cannabis ✨😁 The Purple Haze is entering the final stage of bloom. For me this is a great time as the plants are finally at their prime. As you can see in the pictures the buds have grown big and fat. The resin is also covering most of the sugar leafs and even though it's not snowing outside, thing sure look frosty in the GTools 😅 I inspected the trichromes today and most are cloudy, no amber just yet. Going from the strain description this could be the final week before harvest. It would be cool to close off this year with a Purple Haze harvest but as always I let the plant decide when she's ready to be harvested. The pistils are still mostly white, but my main indicator are the trichromes. The two plants in the back are both a bit bigger (and have fatter buds) than the plant in the front. So maybe this one will have to grow for a week longer to reach her full potential. The plan for this week will be just giving just water and no nutrients, lower the temperature and see if I can nudge the ladies in coloring the leafs to a nice purple hue. If they don't it's perfectly ok, I'm happy with how healthy and frosty they look anyway. Let's see what this week will bring us! I just harvested my first flush of shrooms today. These are the Hawaïan Cubensis from the Zamnesia webshop. Seeing pistols today on 28 so I had to get photos! These girls are looking great. I have cut back on watering and they're looking much better imo. A few burnt tips but I'm not too worried. My ph was almost 7 a week ago so I go a ph pen for my water and did some watering at 6ph and now going with 6.3 to slowly bring her down. These girls are looking super bushy, green, and hardy imo and they're more appealing to me than the Orginal Afghan Kush Auto from Fastbuds grown side by side. Both look so gorgeous that Im feeling truly blessed to garden my own medicine. Thanks for dropping by! Any tips and comments are always welcome 🙏
