So, I started another Northern Lights auto grow, because it is very beneficial for my wife with Autism, where some strains make her a little anxious, Northern lights has a relaxing and calming effect on her. She has been put in soil on the end of day 3. The soil mix used is 5L of Plagron Promix (non-fertil.), 5L of Coco and 1L of perlite in a 11L Gronest pot. I kept 1L of the soil aside, and mixed the rest up with 7 tblsp of organic living soil fertilizer by Ecostyle. I made a potsized hole in the soil, and added the 1L unfertilised soil into the hole to accommodate the seedling through here first weeks of life. Day 4 & 5: No sign of her wanting to pop out just yet.

Shes having her last flush today on her day 75. Its a late journal im totally new here and at growing too since i started this new passion on late december 2019 so 6 months ago or already 2 harvest ago lol. Just to let everyone know that this is my first time ever growing automatics too and wont be the last cause ill go again in auto mode next run. 1st run was fem seeds from crop king too the blue cookie. No lst or defoliation on this run cause im too new to this and i tried in my first run and i made so many mistakes lol. Not this time oh no :D I gave myself a chance to learn about my plants and how to feed well this time.

This week was a busy one in the gardens! After a 7 day dry my harvest from last week was ready to come down! It did dry out a little quicker than I'd like, but still went in the jar around 57% and still smells really terpy and not like hay. I kept the humidity around 50-60% in the dry room however I didn't supplement humidity with a humidifier, i do have an ACI humidifier, but I didn't wanna run it in the summer and accidentally mold the crop! I just ran my dehumidifier at that setting so maybe it got a little dry in there! I trimmed all 5 plants in one day to prevent over drying in about 13 hours. I used a trim bin, trim brush by canna brush and a normal pair of springed shears. I'm curing in Mason jars now. I was able to move the plants in the tiny Mars Hydro Clone tent to my flowering tent. My Vivosun 4x8x6, under my HLG Blackbird at setting 1 to get adjusted. This week I'll get my par meter back from my grow bro and get a good reading. Im going to be transplanting these plants to their final containers as soon as I hit the local grow shop and grab a little more soil! After that I'll adjust the par for full veg and let them really rage! It feels good to finally get some space for them. My larger tent is way better equipped ventilation wise as well, I have 4 clip fans and my 8 inch exhaust fan in there. I currently have the tent sitting at 74-71°F and 56% Humidity. Ethos: Lilac Diesel #22 (x) Grandpa's Cookies #7- This Seedling has a decent internode spacing between it's branches and is keeping them mostly even with very little low stress training. I have been bending the top most branches to help the plant get a little bushier! It's leaves are very dark and doing a little clawing so I'm holding off on the Trinity by Roots Organic! It doesn't appear to bad! It's main stalk is very thick and reminds me of Raspberry Ripple #1! When it's in veg! I'm excited to see if this plant is one I'll keep around or not! I'm definitely hoping it's stretch in flower is containable in my shorter space! Raspberry Ripple Clones (#1 and #2)- The Number One Phenos are looking beefy already, one plant is starting to yellow just a little bit and looks like it could use a transplant here soon! Other than that these ladies are raging as usual. The higher ppfd has kept them really bushy and symmetrical. The Number 2s are still looking really healthy but are the smallest plants in the garden as usual! Finished Flowers (Raspberry Ripple #1 and #2)- This harvest definitely hits a lot harder than my last one! Having the microscope to really get a good look at my trichomes and pushing the plants and extra two weeks really made a big difference! Ripple #1- These buds are big and purple! Decently frosted! The leathery, black licorice smell Ripple #1 gives off, is really strong this round! The harvest weighed 7oz 25 grams, 6 oz and 16 grams of "A" Nugs, and 1 oz 9 grams of popcorn buds! Ripple #2- The Ripple #2 is a little less dense than the #1 but it is pretty frosty and smells like a mixture of yogurt and hazy weed. This harvest weighed 5 oz 20 g, 4 oz and 6 grams of decent sized nugs and 1 oz 13 grams of popcorn nugs. Giving me a total harvest of 13 oz and 17 grams, 10 oz and 20 grams of "A" nugs and 2 oz and 23 grams of popcorn nugs. In a 4 x 4. That pretty much sums up the harvest and this week! This fine lady is really starting to add some nice colours due to some cold temps in our neck of the woods. She has a ton of trichomes development now! I am really impressed with the look of the buds. They aren’t all full of leaves which should make trimming her a pleasure. 😎 She has really been fattening up this week. I am guessing she needs another week or so to finish up. Her colouring should be quite something once she is done. 🤩 I am still having the odd spot of powdery mildew pop up but nothing too serious. I have been treating it with greencure every 3-4 days and it’s keeping it under control. I haven’t found any affecting the buds yet which is a win! This is the reason a good effective regimen of treating plants for pest and mould/mildew is an outdoor growing must!! I have yet to lose a plant to mould or peat so I swear by it. I’ve seen a bunch of my associates with some powdery mildew beast. Such a shame to see😱 Stay tuned for the final week 😎🍿

Hello fellow growers, It's already week 6 and she's doing excellent as far I can tell. She is slowly developing her bud sites and my girlfriend says it's getting pretty stinky in there. I switched to bloom nutrients this week. The only thing I am still indecisive about is whether or not I should defoliate, tuck the leaves or leave her alone. Day 31 of flower Basically the girls are on autopilot, with the autopots and Gaia green there really isn't much to do, both methods are super user friendly and the basic needs that need to be meet are just ph water in the reservoir every couple days and then watch them stack buds on top of buds...Occasionally I move a branch over to another square in the net to make room but Basically after the last top feeding it's just watch and weight, pun intended....

I see astronomical plant grow -about 2-3 cm every day. ☀️ I water the plants every day in the morning: 2L to each plant tray, then I pump the water out. ☀️ The ladies drink about 1l each every day, eating good for vegetation. ☀️ Please check the pictures- amazing leaf size, the internode is small about few cm. ☀️ I topped the plants to make more bushy forest. ☀️ Also, I installed the screen to start the ScrOG training. ☀️ After topping - I want to wait for about 4 days to lower the stress and then I will do GOOD Defoliation. ☀️ I think from the next week I will switch to 12/12. It's sativa, so I need to hurry up flowering a little to save plant size. ☀️ Good luck to every one! ☀️

Week 15 started 7-03-2022 July 4th Update Cleaned our rez and made water at 6.3 Ph, cal-magged. Heavier defol. to reveal more bud sites and give more light. Upgraded flowering light higher output and more coverage. Temps are fine. She started yellowing and getting pretty defensive with the amount of light, so I backed it off to 18", way more light from this 400w COB. The UV is hurting her too so she is throwing more color into the flowers. I am flushing a bit right now and letting her just get used to the light. Added Gaia Green on top and top fed after a 12 hour pause and then flushed out the rez, so now just good water on roots, letting the media get used up, but I don't want deficiencies at the end of the grow, hence the gentle ferts. I don't want a chemical taste so flush with the natural stuff. I will top feed once more once she gets happier looking. So cal mag, like 3 ml of Hygrozyme for root health, and PHd - keeping it simple. (Don't over do the Hygrozyme) 07-06-2022 The upgrades continue. Moved the new light and new carbon filter, along with the A/C Infinity fan to a new Gorilla Growtent Lite 4x4, which is perfect for me for a good while. It barely fit in the space, modified the fan a little and its working like a champ with near identical environmentals. Moved the White Widow manifold into the 4x4 and adjusted the lights and she seems happy so far. I can tell the new light is adding growth and bulk just in a few days. Hopefully the new tent will encourage more ventilation and growth as well. Way less light leakage, almost none. So far I am happy.
