Water intake also remains the same 200ml per day. Humidity approx 35 percent. Day 74: BlackBerry Kush and LSD-25 have to be harvested this week Friday so no more water. Colorado Cookies and Northern Light next week so started flushing them. Glueberry OG needs a bit more time.

Blue Cheese F1 automatic Week 5 2/2-2-8 The Cheese gals are in full flower and are stretching like crazy. At the beginning of the week, they were 7 inches tall, Wed 10 and today 2/7 they are 14 & 15 inches tall. They have doubled in height. I’ve moved the pins out to the edge of the pot. For future training, I must add some wires thru the pot holes to keep the branches lower as the outer rim is taller than the center. I reduced nutrients in the feed solution since Runtz and Pink Rozay are showing some purples/blues in the leaves. These gals are vigorous and don’t seem to mind the full strength feedings. Hopefully they won’t start showing deficiencies. I added Green Sensation this week then read the instructions said add in 4th week flower. Blue Cheese is supposed to be a 10 week flower from seed to harvest. If I wait till the 4th week, it will only be used for 2 maybe 3 weeks. Would that actually benefit the plant. So I think I will add some each time but a 25% strength. Calls for 4ml/g I will use 1ml. They are autos and I should be lowering the nutes anyway. Pinned more branches. I add 2 gallons of water to the T700 humidifier daily to keep the VPD in line. 2/5 4 gal fed 2 liter each nutrients added at ½ of recommended amount. Making 4 gallons since I have 2 pots of carrots and Dill in the back. Good morning! Today is day 8 of flower, a couple weeks after light switch since I dont start counting until I see pistils! Im super happy with the way these ladies are looking, perfect green and praying to the gods! Last week they got a couple gallon waterings and as always rotate fish shit and silica! First day with nutrients since Monday i wasn't feeling great on feeding this week.😕 😪 exhausted is the better word im pumping the lady up real nice next feed I will give a little calmag to protect it in the harsh weather no bud development yet hopefully in the next weeks before the harvest date that's frosty

Week 1 and the first round of testing for this recent new cross. The F1 generation of Northern Spice. Germination was a full 100% with varying degrees of development across 3 days in the towel. Oddly however, about half of the beans cracked the shell head first with their cotelydons. Stability is always suspect with F1s anyway, but this kind of sampling, this early is concerning somewhat. We’ll see where it goes. On another topic, we also made some big changes to the grow method this cycle. We’ve moved over to a grow system by the bucket company. Fairly similar to the Dutch bucket design, just without the small reservoir in each bucket that acts as an additional insurance policy. So far, she’s purr’n like a kitten👌. Strain details She’s a mix of a particularly strong Northern Lights, mixed with a Spicy Bitch sativa hybrid. The hope is that we’ll be able to combine the overtly narcotic effects in the NL and mellow it out somewhat with the quality daytime sativa effects found in the SB. Both strains feature numerous grower qualities. Both parents possessed vigour and resiliency, the SB particularly colourful in late flower.

As week 5 came to a close and we move into week 6 of flowering, I am having really high hopes for the end result. The buds started to get some light orange hairs which is really nice and they are really starting to thicken up! Towards the end of week 5 the plants started to show early signs of burn on their leaf tips, so I started the week 6 feeding a little early. In week 6 we bring the EC down quite a bit as we get into the late stages of flower. I also recently switch to measuring with EC vs PPM for ease and accuracy. Also at the end of week 5 I did a calibration on my coco for each plant as week 6 nutrients are much lighter. Coco Calibration Method 1. Mix up nutrients. 2. Water plants as normal and measure runoff. 3. If runoff EC is not at or close to the inflow EC a. Water more and keep measuring runoff until the runoff is at or close to the inflow EC 4. Do steps 1-3 for all plants (One at a time) Tips: - I use a shop vacuum that I stick the end in the bottom of the pot saucers and leave it on while I water so it sucks the runoff as soon as it drains out the pots. Then I measure, empty and water again until I hit my targets) For this calibration, I ended up using around 6 gallons of nutrient solution. Watering technique used is to measure runoff at every watering and make sure we are staying as close as possible to the inflow EC. It does not matter how much water you need to put through the pots to get to the desired EC on runoff as that is a benefit of Coco. My main goal is to keep my runoff in check and the plants seem to do better than I have ever grown before! The smell off these ladies are amazing and strong. I don't have a carbon filter and enjoy her smells and aromas all day long as my desk is right next to my tent. There were no issues in Week 5. Plants continue to look amazing and the buds are continuing to bud up and structure very nice! I'm excited to see the end result after the ripening and flush stages. Also the colors that are soon to come! Stay tuned! ______________ We are 5 days into week 6 and the buds continue to grow fatter and fatter on a daily basis. I'm really dialing in my EC and making sure to mix it at 1.1 EC and making sure my runoff is from 1.1-1.4. I started playing with the mix as I am getting used to the grow schedule and how the base nutrients effect the EC. I have found that doing 50% of the low strength calendar hits me right at my target EC and I don't have to dilute my mixture after. The smells continue to be strong and fill my house up. The weight is starting to make the colas lean over which is nice because it's opening up the canopy to get more light in. I'm very excited to see what the buds look like in week 7 and then we are on to ripening stage, flush, and then finally harvest!!

Hello everyone, we are therefore at 67 days of flowering, the booster is having an effect, the buds have grown well, the plants will now remain in water only. Regarding the trichomes, it begins to be mostly opaque. I hope that the senescence will now advance. the lamp went from 470w to 360w. I'll tell you next week. bye

Finishing off the first week of flowering and watching the buds grow :) All strains seem to be happy with with 1L water with 12ml nutes 25/75 veg/bloom each, every other day. Missed the defoliating deadline in veg mode but have done some very light defoliation this week, I should do more I know and will once flowering is a bit more established. A bit more LST, again on the careful side. The next grow will get the full treatment :) Of course things were going too well, a couple of hours ago while I was working on climate stabilization contra running costs (I got my first power bill since grow start) I noticed 100's of very small ants all carrying eggs exiting the base of my Gorilla Glue's airpot. I had been trying to work out why she in general seemed a bit laggy. Now I might have the reason, grabbed the Neem as 1st defense and gave what I could see a good spray. For those that I couldn't see and were probably munching on the root system and tunneling through the medium I added 4 tablespoons of fresh coffee grounds and 6ml of Wood Vinegar (pyroligneous acid) to 1L water and gave the Glue a soaking. This all happened just before lights out so now hopefully by lights on the ants will be gone and the Glue will start to perk up. Yesterday I flipped the switches on the LEDS to include deep and IR light to the spectrum. All in all a good week I think, any tips and advice always welcome :) *Update Gorilla Glue is looking much better 12h after the treatment for the ant infestation. Coffee grounds and wood vinegar, natural, safe, effective and cheap as well. I have Cinnamon as well now, so I'm well prepared for any future ant invasions :)

Super relieved to see flower signs from 2 of my hermie seeds. A big shout to the master MOUSE for giving a positive explanation about self pollination, upon hearing his feedbacks i waited and tadaa, both of my hermie seeds flowered which means MOUSE was 100% right, my previous AK47 did self pollinate and they became autoflowers thanks to mother nature. All my grows are in AC ran environment and i only grew autoflowers so the confidence of waiting patiently was worth it while some would say it is a waste of time to grow seeds from hermie. 3 of the Autoflowers are also preflowering and super thriving under 80% light intensity from the darling sf2000. Not giving any more scrogging to avoid stress to the plants coz all of them are in preflower stage. Day 36 from seed. As for the SF2000 performance, i am able to plant 5 seeds in 2x4tent in 5 gallon pots. I plan to get 4 gallon pots and maybe squeeze 6 to 8 pots would love to see the sf2k experience. This current tent i am using is shitty in terms of tent height, you need to really train the plants short, looking at tent suggestions for a taller tent.

Marker didn't take well to the mainlining process; as a result, one cola was almost entirely consumed by mold. However, overall, things are looking good. I ended up with a small, resilient plant with a nice aroma of pineapple and Skittles, with hints of gas towards the end. 🍍🌿 Towards drying and curing now! 🌬️🎊

Northern lights has been doing great. She has started to show maturity signs in last few days. I did the video on it for the week. She was moved into the small Spider Farmer tent I have under the SE3000. I will veg her for about a week, and let her get use to any spectrum changes. I will likely flip her to flowering next update if she has little to no issues. I feed her about once a week. She get water almost daily as she has been drinking a lot. I still have not had run off during watering. I have fed super light as more of a supplement to the soil when I have given feed. On her next feed I will aim for run off. As I wish to test it for ph and the tds. I already know I have a little salt build up, but it has not become a major issue yet with light feeds. Everything is looking great and hopefully continues. This week was good, stopped feeding nutes, ro water only, the buds are so solid, nice and thick. Didn’t think this was going to be so big, the 16”x16” fits the growbed perfect, it the plant is a little cramped, a 24”x24” would be perfect, as the branches would be able to droop more and allow more light to some lower growth. However after this I’m using these tents to do smaller scrog plants, which are photos. And I’ll do the auto-flowers in a more open environment.
