So, with these interesting times and what is becoming a fast evolving global catastrophe. I, myself, along with the rest of you ( I hope ) can take some solace in looking after our gardens, to have some peace away from the news, to give our ladies the best care we are able to provide 🌱 If you ever needed any vindication or validation as to why growing your own is best. More than half the world currently in lockdown, and with MJ in short supply, our actions speak for themselves! Anyway, back to this diary. I done a lot of work on the room, invested a lot and tried to make everything as automated as possible. Everything runs on smart plugs, the hydroponic system is DIY and is RDWC which is cooled with a Hailea 150a. 6 plants is what I am going for this time, with a shorter veg length compared to the last grow. I prefer to wait until they show their sex, but if they don’t by week 5, I plan on flipping anyway all being well. I am using 730nm LED’s that come on 15 mins before lights on, turn off during lights on, and then they come back on when lights go out, and stay on for 15 mins. This should enable me to run 13/11 during flower with little risk. I am also going to add a UVB fixture to my custom rig which will only be used during the final 2 weeks of flower. I have 3 Alibaba lights attached to a custom rig, they really are awesome lights. I tested the room out with an Apogee SQ-520 par meter (PAR map in pics). I have dimmed them down, so PAR is around 500 across the whole canopy, this will be increased to 1000 once they’re flipped. I vent from my house, to the room and then outside, this increases the CO2 in the room, which I think helped the yields on the last grow, generally CO2 hovers between 470 and 700 PPM. My ladies look a little sick, but tbh, I struggle starting out in Rockwool, and things usually correct themselves within a couple weeks. With the quarantine I have struggled to pick up a humidifier that is capable of maintaining that room, so it has been all over the place since the start. I have opted to go with Royal Gorilla this cycle, let’s see if it’s as potent as RQS says that it is! Good luck all and take care...

It was love at first grow lol but it was a fun grow it took way longer than expected but had some beautiful tasty flowers she did end up pollinating herself because I took forever to chop her down but it was still top shelf I would definitely recommend growing I will be growing again and also it will stink up your whole house

Very old-school, almost boring in flower form. Rosin: Sour and gassy, with fruity-sour overtones that are very nose-catching. Rosin texture: Cream-colored, relatively dry consistency. Pheno #2: Dry flower: Sweet and candy-like, reminiscent of Blue Cookies. Not too loud, but gassy undertones present.

Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. It's truly remarkable to witness her impressive moves as she gracefully and sexily fills up the space. Of course, proper nutrition remains crucial for our Tangie's ninja training. Instead of using Aptus Holland Veg Watering Mix and All-in-One Liquid separately, we have now transitioned to solely relying on the pellets. These convenient premixed pellets integrated into the soil eliminate the need for additional liquid NPK. This simplification allows us to focus on other essential aspects of her training. To ensure she remains pest-free, we have been diligently conducting leaf picking sessions, which also serve as an opportunity to check for any unwanted visitors. I started Flushing two plants as there nearing the end of there days. I'll start Flushing the others this week apart from the kalimist indica pheno as it started flowering 3 or so weeks after the others even though they were all forced together. (alkward bugger) Some of the plants are showing red /purple colours a little bit 👍

Now that all plants are in the ground we have started to train the plants by topping and lst, nearly all my autos are transitioning into flower, the semi autos are grow massive will get some close ups on the weekend

week 3 i defoliated and increase nutes to week 3 strength. Liking the growth I'm getting from these phenos especially #1. At the end of week 3 Pheno # 1 is deff growing the best but I will flower out other 2 as well. Stem rub giving same smell on all 3 phenos. I cant describe smell of it yet but it is different then anything else I have now or have run in the past.

Week 13! I have decided to stagnant harverst her in two parts as there is fresh growth in her lower half that the light cannot reach and the top buds are mature now and at the optimal cloudy trichomes I'm looking for are present. Look at all those trichomes heavy leaf and buds! She is heavy and smelling amazing with hints of fruit and cookies. I will also be flushing her next week! What an amazing journey, coming to an end!

Very strong week. Stopped Rhizotonic. Began LST. After feeding the gelato just pH water the paleness subsided and more colour came back to the plant. Gelato starting to grow bushy, strong growth from both plants.

15/2 So the plant it's growing much faster, i keep bend the top branch every 24H without any big sign of stress maybe also because she been trained since her first week, I've also start to bend on the side some sides branches trying to give a good canopy and space to the plant, from this week I've also start giving some green sensation from Plagron and i can already notice a good amount of pre flowers and sweet smelly tops
