Another week of Veg gone and trying to understand feeding.... My last grow (the one on the balcony) i overwatered at the start so I made sure this time I would not make the same mistake. I dgave a bit more root booster and found some organic Molasses that i added to the 1st feeding. I know its now considered 'food' but more as an activator of microbes in the earth but I'm sure it can't hurt right? Quite some growth this week, so tried to LST it down a bit... Buuuuut I'm not happy with it, I can forsee spacing problems (should have maybe planted the seeds off-set to one side of the pot to get a better growth going....I'll probably undo the tie-down and just let it grow.

MID-WEEK UPDATE: Gave the twins their second last feeding today. A few nights of 14-16 Hour Dark periods as well due to plans/not having timers but as I said before I think the longer Dark periods have really sped up the flower development. PURPLE IS STARTING! Some very nice purple is starting to come into the cals and sugar leaves 😈 Going to push some lower temps in week 8 to get as much colour out of them as possible. Arnold still heavy fan leaf fading. Ran straight water through the medium before todays feeding incase any build up nute locked it. Never fully bounced back from the last feed but also getting near the end. I have a feeling I'll pull Arnold first in week 8 then maybe let Danny go for a more couch lock. Danny: GRAPE SMELL. Holy, I don't know if it's more of a Grand Daddy Purp pheno or what but holy is the grape smell off of Danny insane. Almost like a different strain compared to the smells off Arnold. WEEK 6! HOME STRETCH OF GLAZED GROW #1! The smell is insane. What started as a premature musk has slowly evolved into sticky ass chocolate goodness, fresh mint/herb, and even some grape/fresh fruit smell on the fingers after defol and mold checks. Noticing a hint of that GASSS too as we start to enter the final ripen. This will also mark the final week of Nute feeding. Fed today and probably two more Weds/Sun. Then will switch to Molasses/Water for Week 7 and plain water for first half of Week 8 before the dry out. As you can see, Big Arnold is showing cal/mag and PH problems. Always bounces back after PH perfect feedings and I've been defoliating the faders as we go to save bud energy. It's been rootbound since mid-flower and I'm sure the whole root zone is a mess. The extra work I've had to put into a soilless peat-based medium like ProMix with a photoperiod plant has been great practice and experience but I'm looking forward to a few round of autoflowers and soil grows to dial back the difficulty settings through the winter months. D8 - The start of the second week of vegetation. D10 - Today, the small tent was finally empty, and the girls could move in under the Kingbrite light. They are getting around 170-200 PPFD. I also watered them for the first time by giving each one a small splash of water @ pH 6.7. D11 - The girls were getting a bit cramped, so the humidity domes came off today. I set the Inkbird controller to an RH of 85% (+/- 2%) and hooked it up to my larger humidifier. Even without their domes, the environment in the tent should be nice and humid for the seedlings. D14 - The end of the second week of vegetation.

Cycling these girls outa the tent and into a dark tent lol! The time has come to harvest northern lights and banana purple punch 🥊 is not far behind. Definitely growing these in the future!

I moved the led light away from the the plants around 35cm and the plants showed progress and growth. SD2 still has lighter color but she still grew. I will switch to flower once the jelly donutz seedlings( smaller plants that are fully in the pictures) have recovered. I thank everyone for their help.

well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

Well, I really didn't have to do much with this Gal. She is very low maintenance. Very fruity, smelly and is full bodied. She lost some of her hardness after a 48hr dark rest, it has made her really sticky, and I was expecting this to happen as the leaf to calyx ratio is high in this pheno. But she makes up for it in smell, let's hope it tastes as nice. I'm not too worried About it not been, as the other 3 GFS I harvested were good, even if I marked 1 wrong. Have hung dry this gal whole, I let it dry out in the coco and took it apart (the pot) and broke away the substrate to leave the roots and let it dry as natural as I can with no stress. This my 1st time doing this, have done it on all 3, so let's hope wasn't a bad idea, will update on smoke report as soon as she's dry.

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. These plants are tremendous! they smell incredible, cheesy and fruity, very blueberry and purple kush like. These plants have packed on some good weight this week, they look great as we move closer to harvest time. This week we watered with fresh water and a molasses water mix. We are allowing these to munch up the last feed worth of nutrients, and slowly flushing them to prepare for harvest in a few weeks time. Very pleased with these three 🥊

23cm vertical growth this week. Over doubled her height and got a lot more bushy too. I think she's going to be a fab plant!

Unfortunately the very top buds look like they have got too hot and don’t seem to be fattening up as I would expect especially the main cola on each plant. Debating if to remove the main couple of inches of the main cola or to just hope reducing the temp will allow them to develop as normal. Any advice welcome.
