Used hydrogen peroxide watered down to 1% to spray the top layer of soil as I had fungus gnats multiplying at a fair old rate. Since then the pH went up to 7 so I'm watering at pH 5.8 until the runoff returns to 6.2.

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Video quality is so so for closeups with GoPro. Both phenos are super fire 2 more watering and will be flushing for about two weeks should take me near harvest at week 9-10. Mars Hydro FC4800 dimmed at 300w, will help lower temps and bring out those colours.

11/17 removed nutrients from water, plant will be ready to harvest in a week or so, I'll be doing the flush until harvest. Buds did turn to a more noticeable purple, pistols are orange and shrinking. I have noticed a few trichomes starting to turn amber. I'm excited to see harvest dry weight, buds are very large.

She's definitely taking longer than expected, but i don't mind since the buds seem to still fatten up didn't have time to water again this week so she's a little dried up, I removed some fan leaves that were completely dry and brittle there's some beautiful purple coming through should be ready anytime soon now

last week

Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

Girls are in full bloom and staring to ripen .next week ill start just water flushing before harvsting after week 8 is over they are rock solid nugs makes it a long 2 weeks left lol

07/09/2024 Week 7 Update!!! Yooo what's good gang update!!! What's good gang, we pushing into week 7 now and the girls are doing great, chugging along trying to get them to even out at the canopy level nutso let's see!! 07/11/2024 Yoo gang what's brackin!?!?👹 Soo they girls are coming along, gotta do the water change Sunday and gunna hit the Rez with that CropSalt drop on em!!! I've missed my window of opportunity for major defoliating and lollipopping. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-defoliation-a-high-risk-way-to-increase-yield-n562 I don't wanna risk a hermie by stressing the plant with heavy removal of lower branches after I've gone into flowering. I'll have to wait until next grow to do a heavy defoliation and lollipop BEFORE I flip my lights...ideally 2-3 days before. I'll still be removing necrotic leaves as and when.

Drunken bitch slap has gotten pretty big. She is growing great under the Hortibloom Solux 350. I had to hst some of the taller colas. They were getting too close to the light. She got a solution change today that is more geared to flowering. Plus I added a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses. Everything is looking great. 🤞🏻she takes to the solution change well. I also changed the air stone out. She is ready for another week.
