Day 64 - Starting week 10 and didn’t do much with her today. Tucked as much as I can and removed some really yellow and dead lower leaves. The buds are coming along nicely and the smell is starting to get really strong. Day 65 - Took her out and removed some dying leaves from the bottom and cleaned out dead leaves that fell from the top of the soil. Checked the soil and not ready for any water yet so put her back into the tent and retucked a bunch of leaves. Day 66 - Nothing much happening today, still not ready for any water yet. Re-tucked the leaves again to keep the bud sites as open as possible. She’s fattening up nicely and can’t wait for this girl to get done cause I’m starting to run low on meds, though I know she’s still got some time left. Day 67 - Gave the girl about a gallon and a half of water today, she was pretty dry. She’s definitely getting fatter everyday and looking forward to the harvest. Checked the runoff and was a little high, 7.2 but not sure now if it’s my pH pen or if it’s really high. Noticed I’m out of calibration fluid so ordered some today so hopefully I’ll get a more accurate reading after recalibrating. Day 68 - Nothing new to report today, she’s good on water and should have the new pH solution tomorrow so I can make sure my pen is calibrated and reading properly. Did a little defoliating as well. Day 70 - End of week 10 today and nothing much happening except she’s still fattening up and getting a more bluish tint to the buds. Will probably be giving her a feed of nutes tomorrow. I do have a few off colored leaves but mostly at the bottom of the plant so thinking it’s because they’re not getting much light. Gonna keep an eye on her and let her go.

Well she’s in flush and I’m hoping for a great finish with some beautiful fades! She smells of sweet fruits and a deep smell of dank defiantly an OG dominating! Still going through flowering. She has stayed short and stocky throughout since week 3/4 actually. About that time I remember watering her with nutrients that must have been too acidic. I'm pretty sure I omitted add ph up. 😭 The damage was done, growth all but stopped. As she is an auto flower there is no time to 'save' her and grow a big plant, so we will go to the end with what we've got.

End of the first few days of the transition. They all got a significant defoliation to open up space in the canopy for branching and the plants responded incredibly well to it. Plants 1&2 started to show immediate deficiency signs after defoliation and I upped the nute ratios by about 50%/liter with the Berkana. Voracious feeder and growers these are for sure. That said, their growth rate is phenomenal and the side branching is especially impressive and responsive to training. Veg. Maturity on all of em for the last week so it’s a fast growing strain all around👌. Well throw down the scrog net in a couple of days after we hack out the lower portions of each plant and take clones for all of em but the runt (#8). The clones will be flowered fast in the aeroponic cloner and pollinated for F3 generation seed. Bud characteristics on this run will then determine which clones get tested first based on best characteristics of the lot. So far this run has been incredibly impressive but only the bud quality will tell the true tale. Here’s hoping for continued good progress. ***Grow notes: stretching at about 1/2” per day over the last 3 days of transition. Side branching reaching enough maturity to start taking cuts. Minor deficiency signs post-defol. So increasing nute ratios on a slightly accelerated basis continues to be the norm.

Day 127: nothing remarkable to report. Smells good. Day 128: preparing for harvest. New toy, the Trim Tray, arrived today. Decided to put off watering until tomorrow although I think it could use a gallon. Day 129: added one gallon pH6.5 water with 2 tablespoons Herculean Harvest. Day 130: no water added Day 131: no water added. I really want to harvest but I really feel like it needs one more week. Day 132: added one gallon pH6.5 water with two tablespoons Herculean Harvest Day 133: I really want to harvest today but suspect I need one more week. Thoughts?

This is the 8th week. Thursday will be 9 weeks of 12/12. Some trichs are amber. They just added a good bunch of girth over the past few days, but most of the pistils are red now. The rest of them have been dropping leaves consistenly but the canopy remains full so they must be putting out more leaves. I just flushed to 80% runoff and found out that I had 1200ppm. I just got an ec meter but my last reading said closer to 600 so idk what happened there. I flushed until I had runoff ppm of about 150. Now they're back in the grow tent. I don't want to keep assaulting them with my microscope. I think they're ready. Just gonna let them settle another day or two to dry out a bit. I took one small branch off the small Wedding Cake plant on Thursday and I've just been watching it dry on my counter. It's been 5 days and the stem snaps but still leaves a fiber connecting. I put it into a small jar with a 64RH thing. I just want to try it. It already smells amazing. The leaves on the big CBD Blue Shark plant are going really yellow and some other colours are starting to come out as well. The buds all fattened up and got more frosty again. I was worried they were foxtailing but they got more calyxes underneath the peaks and have been making more of a pyramid shape. They're really close to peak. Harvest day will be March 17 or 18. March 17 1023pm chopped and hung after lights off all day. RH was 65% before I chopped and 50% after I closed the window and cut the plants off the saturated pots. I did a wet trim to prevent mold. The buds are sticky af. Gonna hang them to dry for 7-9 days before curing in jars :) March 18 : checked the RH when I woke up and it's chilling at 45% 😎 March 19 : just checked to see how they were drying. There are seeds in every plant. RIP I'll update when I put them in jars and again a few weeks later for final review. Overall it was a good grow despite the rocky start and a good introduction to the mainline technique and my new grow space. Next grow I should have everything pretty well dialed in. March 23 They were hanging for 3 days. Rh was around 45, then spiked to 65 overnight when I forgot to turn the fans back on. Temp was high at around 26.they felt wet after 2 days, and bone dry after 4 days. The stems still didn't snap but I put them in jars anyway. A day later, jar RH was 50%. I burped all the jars and there was a smell from the new jars. I took all the weed out, washed out the jars, and did a dry trim on the weed. One of the Wedding Cake plants must have gone hermie. I didn't see any bananas and didn't even realize there were seeds until the very end. The seed pods looked just like calyxes while the plants were growing. Many of the nugs are unusable. Under the sugar leaves are just layers and layers of seeds. Some weren't hit that badly. The CBD Blue Shark is much better off but still has some seeds. I'm trying to stay positive. It's a bit of a shock though. I'm anxious to try the finished product. If the flowers at least taste good and have a good effect, all is not lost.

I love these last stages! The girls are still stretching but I decided to give them a defoliation a week early. If you look back on last week you can see how bushy they have gotten so there was a definite need to get some light to the lower bud sites. I can definitely start to smell the familiar gassy aroma coming through now so may be time to get the fan and carbon filter cranked up. I will be top amending the soil again at some point this coming week but as for now I have just been feeding with water and liquid seaweed. I've had a few compliments from friends on the good health of the plants this time round compared to previous grows when the Sour Diesels had nutrient issues, not helped by the Coco medium I was using. I'll be sticking to this choice of soil and organic nutrients with the results I'm getting so far! I mean, look at those pistils!! 😁 I love that I've had 93 views on this diary so far! Week 14 - August 13 Back from holidays. One week without carrying plants. Perfectly healthy, no pests, diseases or deficiency. Gook stretch last weeks, lot of ramifications and booming sites.130cm -Brake Pad Breath is the most advanced with a flowering stage engaged since 2 weeks. Day 129 since seed touched soil. Again troubles .... Came to check them and found tent dark. Normally theirs day was in the night, now one day we again had no electricity and everything moved 8 hours, so day is day now .... Himidity spikes as hell. I dont want to make wounds, so no defoliation ... just too big of a risk to damage or bring infection in .... Ground level 99% rh, canopy level - 85, lights level - 80 .... never grew in such hight, i did in 65-70 without problems, but this goes overboard ... Drinking slowed down, will reduce volume by 20% next watering. One more feed left. Kept sticky pads as prevention and it helped to catch 50 or so bugs and maybe prevent infestation. Gnats mostly ... 10 days till chop !!! Hope no bud rot !!! Happy Growing !!!

Hey now, this week went pretty good, I am still running a 19/5 light schedule, and feeding her every 6 hours. She actually grew about 7 inches this week, so she is now at 16 inches. I am thinking between 1 and 2 more weeks of Veg, then I will switch her to 12/12. I would like to get her to about 24 inches tall when I flip her. I made another quick time lapse this week, if anyone has any suggestions for songs hit me up. The canna sugar still has the tincture in it, but it is dissolving and should be ready later today. Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. Did a smell check of the resin and found that Plant #1 smells of Sweet Mandarin Orange. Plant #2 smells like a freshly washed Sweet Carrot right out of the garden. Plant #3 smells like a average Sweet Round Orange. I'm hoping plant #1 have big, dense, strong smoking, buds. FBT2403 is growing great. She is starting to do a lot of stretching. She just had a solution change yesterday to blooming nutrition from Agrogardens. There was a big ph jump in first 24 hours. I corrected it today. Everything is looking on track. Once again I was away the whole week. They are definitely starting to flower. My post next week they will be full flower. Got lucky all 4 are females. Some minor bug issues as some small holes on leaves. Going to have lots of buds sites. 1 more week of LST then its off. Going into week 5 and apparently 4 more to go. Happy growing

Just finishing week 4. Damn fungus gnats got me down. Laying some mosquito dunk water on them and expect / hope to have that eradicated soon. Going to do my second leaf stripping in first day or two and a second top dressing, which I do every two weeks up to week 5 or 6.
