End of day 35 flower Had an issue with cal/mag deficiency with the White Widow so I had to flush her and increase cal/mag to 5ml/gal. So she should be back on track to produce fatter buds. Royal Gorilla isn't fattening up so hopefully she will this coming week. Also gave her a good flush with some florakleen. Defloiated so the buds on the bottom can get more light. Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. Semana 8 acho que a planta teve. Um leve ouverfert e com isso caiu o Ph segurei um pouco na nutrição e aumentei o Ph da Rega

The left was shorter in the beginning, and it had a thinner stem. It was struggling for light, so we brought the lights closer to these babies. The method of watering still the same. Under the plastic cup som sort of tiny mushroom grew which we took them out instantly. The exhaust fan is used only for couple of hours a day since the humidity levels are low and the plastic cup is used. To check if we can raise the humidity we placed a small cap and a small plate with water placed on the floor by the pots. The small (wind) fan is kept on most of the time.

Hey everyone 👍. Unfortunately, a big mistake happened to me. I forgot to do the update weeks ago and have now lost the old pictures 😭, so unfortunately there will be harvest pictures of the leftovers on the whole grow 😥. I can report positives about the strain as far as growing is concerned, but unfortunately not my type of strain that I like. I will definitely try the variety again one day from another supplier :-).

Pequeno treino da semana passada fez bem, ela está esticar seus rebentos inferiores. Ver se começo dar slguma comida, para ficar forte na sua floração. Saudações até breve 🤜👍

~english below~ Beide Pflanzen entwickeln sich - trotz des nicht so guten Wetters - prächtig. Topf #2 ist nun 49 cm hoch und Topf #3 67 cm, der Größenunterschied bleibt stabil. Es entwickeln sich mehr und mehr Blüten, wie auf den Videos zu erkennen ist. Da es immer noch einigermaßen windig ist und ich nicht so recht weiß, was ich den beiden Pflanzen zumuten kann, hab ich beide mittlerweile mit Bambus Stäben abgestützt. Und durstiger sind sie geworden, mit einem Liter alle 3 Tage kommen die beiden aber aus. Der Duft wird auch etwas intensiver auf dem Balkon. Aber dank meiner Blumenkästen welche mit gut duftenden Blumen bepflanzt wurden, ist in der Umgebung nichts von meinen zwei Hübschen zu riechen. english Both plants are developing splendidly - despite the not so good weather. As it is still quite windy and I don't really know what I can expect from the two plants, I have now supported both with bamboo sticks. And they have become thirstier, but they can both get by with a liter every 3 days. The scent is also getting a little more intense on the balcony. But thanks to my flower boxes, which are planted with fragrant flowers, you can't smell anything of my two beauties in the area.

Flower Week 8: The plant is looking truly impressive now, with an above-average resin production and heavy frost across the buds. I flushed her this week, and she’s entering the final stretch with only a few days left. If everything stays on track, harvest is planned for this weekend.

I will be draining this reservoir and replacing nutes when I begin the flush for flower hydro system. I should be beginning the flower flush on Tuesday. So on Tuesday, I will update this reservoir.

One of the LCC and the RAK are little runtz, and the other LCC is growing almost twice as tall. They all look pretty healthy, and I am trying hard not to over do it with light intensity. I think in about a week or so they will go into flower.

Začínám 8 týden květu a už proběhlo první zalévání jen čistou Vodou s upraveným pH 6.0 Snad se neobjeví žádná plíseň pořád bojuji s vlhkostí 60%+ uvidím až proběhne sekiro snad nic nenajdu. Jinak 2 už hezky hnědnou akorát ten jeden muffin má pořád bílé chloupky. Dává si na čas 😂 nicméně tlačí mě termín dovolený tak bohužel holky mají poslední týden pak musím sklízet.

End of Week 4 of Flower for the Alien OG, growing wise it is a great, easy strain to grow, no issues whatsoever to this point from seedling stage..... My best grow so far! 👍🏾

Bilan & Analyse Finale (Mon constat) ​Je l'ai coupée aujourd'hui. Malgré mes erreurs de parcours, la plante m'a récompensé avec de très belles petites têtes. ​Auto-critique : Je suis conscient d'avoir fait des erreurs de manipulation qui ont empêché la plante d'atteindre son plein potentiel. Sans ces fautes de parcours, elle aurait sûrement été une plante exceptionnelle. ​ Je suis impatient de pouvoir la goûter car l'aspect et l'odeur sont vraiment prometteurs. ​Mot de la fin : Un grand merci à Anesia Seeds pour cette magnifique Wham Boom Auto. Merci également à tous ceux qui ont suivi ce journal. Je suis désolé de l'avoir un peu "loupée" techniquement, mais l'expérience acquise est énorme pour la suite.
