Flowering day 59 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) The lady is slowly coming to an end 😍. The buds start to swell extremely . The trichomes are 80 % milky and 20 % amber :-) . This week she was given a very light flush with Clean Fruits so that she can use up her remaining nutrients in the coming days 👍. It will be harvested in the next 6-10 days 😍. Week 4 Flower (11/24 - 11/30): Well, well, well... This was the week of thanksgiving and both of the kids parents were out of the state! We had to call in uncle Marcus to come and tend to them. We set him up with the second batch of tea on 11/18 (I'm sure I've given them like at least 4-7 batches of tea so far even though the feeding instructions said start during week 3...) but honestly, I feel like it was a good decision. The canopy isn't as leveled as I would like it to be, butttt there are ton's of bud sites coming up. I did a healthy defoliation (that honestly scared me).. but I think it was for the better removing any overlapping leaves, lower branches that were not receiving much light, and new branches below the top three nodes that were stretching to get light. The new branches were the hardest to remove, as it was hard to tell whether they could live on as new bud sites... but remembering that most of those were beneath the top of the canopy and that all energy is transferred energy.. guided our defoliation. We were home for exactly 24 hours between 11/17 and 12/1 and that is when we prepared another tea for the plants to get 11/27 from there they got one more watering of plain water before another tea to kick off week 5. The stretch is in full effect and they might get a little taller, but we can clearly see where the buds will be packing on weight soon.

Not much to do at this point but sit and wait. Rocking and average ppfd of like 1000 at the moment and plants haven’t shown any signs of stress, even though some of the higher cola are only like 4 inches from the 300w led panel

This is an amazing week! Wordless...

Día 08 Entramos en la segunda semana de flora. Hice la mudanza y tuve que cortar un poquito de raíces ya que se habían ido por los caños hasta el depósito. Las raices estan tan crecidas que no puedo ni levantar las plantas con su canasta. Así que no pude enrollarlas para meterlas en el caño otra vez. Incluso me encontré con que las raíces se metían por los tubos negros de goma que las riegan. Tuve que sacarlos y destaparlos. En definitiva ayer hice un lavado preventivo con agua oxigenada para limpiar toda posibilidad de hongos en el sistema. Por ahora se las vé sanas y avanzando. Estoy esperando a que termine el estirón para hacer una poda de hojas. De todos modos voy a usar un tipo de poda que ya he hecho antes y me ha resultado muy bien. En lugar de cortar lad hojas de abajo, corto las hojas grandes de arriba, y de esa forma dejo una base de hojas en el medio de la planta, que alimentan a todas las ramas. Y así no tengo nada que tape la liz a las flores que quiera dejar. De esa mitad de planta para abajo, no qieda ninguna rama. Ya fui cortando algunas. Pero la semana que viene voy a hacer la poda más real. Me asusta un poco el tamaño de las raíces. No sé donde puede terminar esto. Dia 12 Hoy hice una defoliación fuerte. Corté muchas hojas y ramas. Pero el corte que hice es un tipo de corte que ya he hecho antes con muy buenos resultados. Elijo una altura que suele ser entre el 2do y 3er nudo, y corto todas las hojas grandes de arriba, dejando sólo las hojas grandes del medio y abajo. Todos los ápices que dejo, estan por encima de ese nivel de hojas que dejo. Por debajo de eso nada. De esa forma la planta sigue recibiendo luz en todas las flores, y en las hojas abajo de ellas. Solamente me preocupa que se han juntado mucho las ramas principales de cada planta. Así que voy a tener que aplicar un LST intensivo cuando empiecen a engordar. Seguramente ahora empiecen a tomar menos agua, dado que con la cantidad de hojas que había antes, transpiraban mucho. Ahora será cuestión de ir vigilando el engorde y no fallar al momento de splicar nutrientes. Para la 3ra semana pienso empezar a sumar big bud a la mezcla que uso. Y mantener el bud blood, pero a mitad de dosis. Al final se volvieron tan tupidas, que no pude dejar una sin cortar hojas, dado que ya estábamos hablando de hojas abanico que atravezaban casi todo el indoor a lo ancho. Espero que pronto empiece la floración propiamente dicha

Explosión de resina!!! Una genética que no me deja de sorprender un olor brutal a cítricos y su olor a Haze un gustazo pra la vista y el paladar sin duda esperamos impacientemente el dia de degustar este manjar!! Espero que os guste Salut y força al canut Farmers!🍁

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. Day 169. Visited my friends garden and his Royal Cookies + RQS RC looks amazing, stil packing , despite cold air in UK. My forest Hermie project goes to the end, hopefully next Wednesday and Thursday I will chop them down. Happy Growing !

She moved into flowering just fine and is now moving forward in that stage! She just recently was defoliated so pics are before and after!

Day 76 - The ladies are getting weight, everything's good. No signs of whiteflies at all. Some days ago I covered the SP with a shading net because the top buds were beginning to burn and the light is not dimmable. I'm going to buy the SP1000 for the next run to have a better final result. Updating in a few days 🙏

These girls are getting close to harvest. Calyx closed & swelling up, most of the pistills turned orange/brown & are starting to curl in. Waiting on delivery of a new 60× microscope to check the trichomes , buds are very frosty. Have stopped feeding nutrients & have started flushing with plain ph'd water. Then reduced watering to twice a day so there not taking in as much moisture before harvest. Probably starve them of water completely for a couple of days to bring out more moisture, & apparently THC. A lot of smell about them. Very sticky!

This time I've decided to keep the scrog just a bit higher than the other times. The plants are growing fast and happy! 😀

Hi Growmies, I feel I had a root issue, may have even been root rod. So as I saw a few of the very deeply submerged roots turning brownish and decay, I decided to generously cut away the affected areas and cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide as good as I could and then properly rinsed the whole system. It seems, however, like she has started a whole new set of roots that started to submerge after I started feeding the orca from plant success (can be seen in the video below). Can highly recommend this product! She has also not show any signs of stress due the suspected root issues. Other than that she is a super pretty indica lady :) almost crazy how symmetrical she is. I have trained all main colas horizontally until the canopy had evenly opened up. Now I will let her grow towards the scrog and depending on her stretch, I will flip her at some point towards the middle or end of next week. Alright guys, I'm back First I thought she wasn't going to make it but then she started developing even better so we've got her already blooming guys! We started adding floranova bloom but we keep adding floranova grow for the veggie stage, we will increase bloom nutes soon We continue applying LST plus some watering every so often to keep her moist and wet but never super wet just chill Depending on your lights wattage you could need more or less water you will have to figure it out yourself but for me is 600ml per 24 hrs morning and night time usually I keep the very well hydrated and they have been showing off for good!!!
