🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. Started low stress training this week. Kind of in the style of mainlining, but I didn’t really start early enough for that. Tied all branches down to try and give all inside flowers some equal light. White widow leaves turned yellow and she just stopped growing. Need to figure out what I keep doing to kill my seedlings. Root system looked pretty healthy, not sure what was the culprit. Also used farmer freeman to determine sex since I used regular seeds. One male one female. And then there was one.

El stretching fue una locura, de una planta de 70 cm (que use la mitad para hacer esquejes), en solo 15 días crecio arriba de 1.5 m. La primavera en buenos aires acompaño con un clima perfecto los últimos dos meses. La planta tuvo 70 días de vegetativo. 2 day blooming, the stretching was massive, the plant was 75cm and now it's more than the double of that size. Half of the plant was used for clons, so in 15 days of stretching, 35 cm of plant became this.

This was a lovely strain to grow out, never have I seen a more purple strain. She did not like the full strength N but once I pulled back to 75% she was happy again. Everything else was smooth sailing and she competed well for light and space with the others crammed in the tent. Harvested on day 77.

One of those pot I’m already doing the flush. Tomorrow I’m going to do the flush with cold water and leave for 2 day in the dark before to cut. After normal flush, 3 day before I did the flush with cold and ice. And I going to leave for 72 hours in the dark.remember that it’s one of 3 pot of speed + , another pots I’m leaving for one more week .

Welcome to week 10 day 58 transition has officially ended and Bloom is now starting we are on day one of flower my friends. Day 59 as it turns out upon closer inspection after my update I had to cut down the two back plants as they were both clearly male you can't mistake pollen sacs luckily I caught it very early on the risk of pollination is hopefully 0. This is extremely upsetting considering I purchased feminized seeds from 7 East genetics.

Skipped a week in my journal last week, as I was traveling. Had my neighbor water my plants. Came back and everything was looking great with the Lion Claw. I WAS having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants though... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. Also top dressed the Lion Claw and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. She's a big plant for being in a 5-gallon pot. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably once per week. Don't want to overdo it. 8/4 LIGHTLY sprayed with gravenstein apple FFJ and OHN. 8/6 LIGHTLY sprayed base soil area with neem oil / castile soap mixture.

Since day 12 they are growing much better, very satisfied. Day 21- first time LST

As I stated I wasnt that impressed early in the grow. However the wait was worth it. Didnt really smell until the last 2 weeks. Lots of crystals and very nice fruity taste. Nice strong body hit from this one.

// Didn't even have air filtration set up until about 4 days ago, the results have been amazing. Also realized that the water I was mixing my elite nutrients with initally was too high of dosage, so I watered all of them yesterday with the correct amount of nutes and now they're growing like crazy! Topped all of the plants yesterday as well. (11-21-17). // Switched my 600w topshelflight LED to flower mode and changed the light cycle from 18-12 to 12-12. Plan on flushing out all the plants with plain water phed at 6.8 soon but may not, we'll see. Either way plants looking way better then I ever expected them to be for my first time growing. Safe to say I'm hooked! (11-24-17) // Watered all of them yesterday (11-27); half with RO water & the rest with my nutes water. Starting to grow very quickly since I charged my LED to bloom setting! Tallest Black Domina is almost 17 in now. They seem to be adjusting nicely to the new 12-12 schedule.

09/02/22 started a Black Lemon auto for seedsman small pot competition. Fox Farm Happy Frog soil The growing container holds approximately 12 ounces of soil. 09/06/22 we have seedling.

3/18 to 3/24 Veg Days 28 to 34 Week 4 This week is primarily test training and recovery for that. I say test training because in past grows I noticed that some really bad early breaks are fully recoverable by flip.... but how bad is too bad. Thus the test So I plan to break every branch and try to control really bad to not so bad to see what the end results will be. (the worst break picture didnt come out so good, so It's just "after tape" pics.) Feed this week was 1 top feed of .5 gal at 150 ppm with 6.1ph. 4 days later I turned on the autopots and for the rest of the grow all feeds will be reservoir feeds that I change out weekly. I prepared 3gal of 6.1ph RO water. I used 200ppm of Veg Mix (recipe Week 2) then I added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0). Next week I plan to top cut the branches again and change out the feeds with 300ppm at 6.0ph

This week I have changed the 400w HPS lights for a 240w Leds, and I have seen great improvements for the rust burn that used to plague me for quite some times seems to have stopped and repair to the parts still viable started, now I know it was due to hight intensity and heat for 12h on those fan leaves that turned them dry and eventually burned them... I still have to watch out because those Leds are powerful and loaded with Deep red, IR and UV! They are at 45 cm the closest and 70cm the furthest no bleaching is seen so far, I am keeping a close eye on those leaves tip and if I see bleaching to those I higher up the lights for a while... I feel like I am dancing around those marvelous plants, sometimes pulling the lights or dimming them, tucking those fan leaves shadowing lower growth whenever I feel they need a break or a hand! Trying to be a cannabis whisperer lol Added 2 tablespoons of fish blood and bones to top layer with worm castings and bat guano a handful. Lots of spiky hair on one and the other those are curly. They look almost the same, lots of trichomes, at least 16% covered and smell kushy and flowery, very nice. Let's hope the leaves do not get worse and the repair continues, not to forget to offer a prayer to Marie Jane so all goes well! ☺️🌹❤️

and on it goes. i don't have much to report. due to some very hot days she got alg-a-mic and acti-vera from BIOBIZZ for a better nutrient uptake. she has grown another few centimetres, looks healthy and strong. i had applied LST to her again to get the side shoots more into the sun.
