The buds are growing and the pistils started to turn brown. Watering as usual, see report in the pictures for more info. Now that I add more Bio-Bloom, the leaves seem quite well so I will continue and see what happens. I continued to remove some leaves here and there and will probably do that until the end. Plants have now reach their final heights, it's buds time :) This week, I made the daily pictures under the "VEG" light instead of the "BLOOM" light (see weeks 3 and 9 for more info about that). I think it's better and that's where the colour difference compared to the previous week comes from.

This strain is very heterozygous. 4 seeds were started. The 4 phenos were very different. I saved 2 of those phenos for my arsenal, which is quite exceptionnal. I ususally save just one pheno from a strain. The Pheno #1 was mainly sativa (75%). Long branches. Lots of fluffy buds. The more resistant to mold, but it has to be with the fluffiness. The taste was cheesy and spicy, which has nothing to see with the 3 other phenos. Not a single ressemblance with ak-47 parents as well. It shares the musky undertones of the strain, but nothing else. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. Terpene profile was deceiving, just as the cannabinoid content. The Pheno #2 has more indica in it (45% indica). robust and tall plant with dense heavy buds. No mold resistance at all. Biggest producer. The taste was earthy and musky with hints of wood. That pheno is gone. Not enough potential. The Pheno #3 is my favorite one. It reminded me of the good old Ak-47, with her flowery/sweet/skunky smell and taste. Pure nostalgia! Tall and quite robust plant with huge fluffy buds coated with trichomes. She grows pretty similar to Lemon Skunk if you know the reference. Great producer of top quality buds. So sticky! In my top 3 sativa for 2 years. The aroma is very close to the old school Ak-47: sweet, flowery and skunky. It tastes like sweet lemon on the inhale, with a sharp touch of spicy lavender and earth on the exhale. IMO, that is the pheno we want to save from that heterozygous strain. Backcrossing this one would be a very good idea. The Pheno #4 is just as interesting as my favorite #3. The only issue with this one is about mold resistance. Crazy compact and heavy budst! One of the most productive I’ve ever seen too. More traits of the Ak-47 in the aromatic profile, but nothing like the #3. On the structure side, we can immediately recognize the sturdy and bushy structure of Ak-47. THC content is very high too. I suspect the CBD content to be high as well. The effect is a mood elevation, with good focus and a deep body relaxation; a bit similar to what White widow does. The aroma is earthy and pungent. Very skunky and musky. It tastes very sweet and earthy on the inhale, with hints of skunk on the exhale. That pheno #4 expresses the best traits of the Ak-47 in its structure, while pheno #3 kept the aromatic profile.

Well she has been growing very nicely and has put on some weight , the smell and density of the buds is nice to see. I've been a fan of dinafem since day 1 and she has been the best producing girl since the get go ...when other plants showed signs of stress she just pushed through happy to be growing this beauty can't wait for the next few weeks to get here ...cheers canna fam

12/17/23 - Day 41 - It flipped to flower today. I didn't document it via video because it's just like all the other videos. Except this change uses different level of the nutes for Flowering. Alot of the bud sites have tons of pistles on them. The plant itself is so round and bushy. The plants branches are very close together. There is a video up there of me using the software to change from veg. to flower. I'll update you tomorrow once the lights come on. Now I only get 12 hrs of light instead of 18. 12/18/23 - Day 42 - FLOWER POWER! Look at those flowers starting to form! It looks amazing!!!!! I think starting from a good seed is better than a clone. If this ends up better than the last grow..... it's already off to a better start. The leaves looks super healthy. 12/23/23 - Day 47 - What a WEEK! The whole family got sick and I was the lone ranger on the battlefield taking care of all the units! So posting had to take a back seat! I did manage to grab some pictures during those days. I posted them up top. This week is the first week of Flower, and its going great! As you can see in the pictures that the buds are starting to take off from the bushy part of the plant. I installed a second Scrogg net, the buds are already starting to launch upwards and I can tell they are going to need some support as they get bigger. The Leaf box has been taking great care of the nutes, humidity, temp, and lighting. There is only one thing that I have had to do manually. Toward the last day of the week, the day before the water change the PH seems to dip down to 5.5. It's not a bad thing to be there for a couple of hours, but it is the lowest range I would ever let PH go in a hydroponic (DWC) setup. I have been adding 2 cap fulls of PH+ to get the PH in check. To be honest, adding 2 caps full of PH+ once a week is NOTHING. I feel like it's the least I could do. The box is creating the perfect environment. It's the perfect Cannabis Oasis, I treat my girls to the finest of living before the end. :) Happy growing and I'll post again after the water change tomorrow! 09/21/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Both these girls got the lollipop 🍭. All the winners stayed 🏆 😂. They got a bump up in the PPM, and we also increased the TPS Signal for the 3gallon dunk to now 3ml. 100% Bloom juice now. Runoffs are in the 6.3-6 4. So they thriving. 09/24/24 - Purple Punch 👊 & Green Crack 💚 Both these girls are drinking heavy, and already starting to see frost on the PP. We have them a top feed of just pH 7.2 water, to hit the 6.4 runoff.

Not a verry good grow at all. I will try to use a scrog net in the Future…:/

Topped Gelato #1 on day 30. Upped to 2ml/1ml FP/PT on the last water, will be repotting to final 5 gal pots over the next weekend.

Dosido is dancing her way to new heights. She is 14 inches which means she grew 6 inches this week. @RoyalQueenSeeds says, "In the garden, Do-Si-Dos Auto seeds grow into slightly taller plants of around 140cm"--which is 55 inches. Time will tell but we are well on our way to reaching new heights. Miss Dosido is also dancing her way to a lot of undergrowth. Lots of growth is taking place. Flowering time is said to be between 7-8 weeks. So we are right on target. Because it has been so hot in this area, Miss Dosido is getting 1 gallon of nutrients per day. I have a pool umbrella up to protect her from the direct sunlight, but the heat is real here. Dancing is described as good for the soul so dance on Miss Dodido! This one is entering flower beautifully. Just reeks of lemons. and oh boy just like a sativa it likes to stretch. But i also think that stretch has to do with malted barley and aloe vera juice. cant wait to start the pot patch this year.

she's about ready to enter the flowering phase. pistils are coming out and I'm quite happy with the canopy so far. Might improve it this week.
