A-Day 53 (into week 8) B&C-Day 49 (end of week 7) A - She is stacking well, and feeling greasy! The smell is coming on stronger everyday, frost is just starting to build up. There is a distinct transition as the leaves go through veg to early flower to late flower. Uniform all around, not very tall, but she is hardy and thiccc! B- Full flower now, so many tops! She has shown to be a slower flower developer than A, but the flowers she are developing are almost completely uniform all across the 🌱! I assume because there are so many they will be a little slower. I put her ties back on, and the middle shoots exploded with new stretch and growth, so she is still in that stretch/flower stage. C- what can I say, patience is a virtue. She is looking lush and vigorous. With this being a slightly longer to finish auto strain, she has had time to recover from a) being a runt, B) having slow growth, c) having almost no training and lighter nutrient feeds her whole existence. This is also my control for Topping, she was not, A and B were. This strain is clearly hardy and able to withstand multiple techniques, we’ll see what the end the result is compared to her sisters. All three plants received a full nutrient feed x2 this week. That was: 3 gallons dechlorinated water mixed with 12 ml Micro, 12 ml Bud, 20 ml Grow, and 6 ml Sensi Extra CalMag, PH’d to 6.2. And another very low feeding of 1/3 that mixture mixed into 3 gallons of water. Ive heard many growers who instead of just watering, they will do a much lower strength of nutrients included in their watering, and ultimately never not feed their plants nutrients until flush. Thoughts?

Day 22- Second defoliation into flower.

A diary dedicated to the rest of my special girls. Check out my profile to see the Gorilla Glue up close (she will still appear here from time to time). Germinated them directly in the soil with natural sunlight, achieving a 100% success rate. All came out the soil with remarkably thick stems already, excited to see how these old school genetics will behave. Lots of growth during their first week of life, reaching the end of it with 2 pairs of leaves each. We surely got some sturdy girls here. Sunset Sherbet had some damage from struggling to hatch and is now slowly recovering, I’m sure she’ll catch up with time. Nothing good nutrition and proper lighting won’t fix. Bruce Banner turned out to be incredibly big for her age, never grown a seedling like her! You can tell she’s already finding her germination vase too small. Making a statement with her presence. Biscotti Mintz also looking big and very healthy. Let’s watch them grow and see what they’ve got 🌱💪

Day 105. I do not have enough experience to tell if that is a long time to finish for an autoflower. 2 Days ago I added 8 liters of water pH'd at 5.9. I'm also curious of anyone knows if this strain produces amber colored thrichomes. I've read some stuff on the internet that certain strains produce almost none at all. I can't tell of people are telling the truth or I just should have more patience and wait for them to show up. The close-up pictures you see are from day 105. Almost all her sugar leafs are yellowish or completely yellow btw. I forgot to make recent pics of the cola's. I'll add some of day 103. On a sidenote, by the looks of it, the buds are still gaining some nice mass and density. The runoff had an us/cm of 4500... Like I said before, my meter must be broken, right? After 48 hours of flushing I'll just change the water for pH'd at 5.9. Does anyone know what kind of bugs are in the runoff? The video is of the water that came out of the bucket. I've seen them before for did not capture them. Quaze chegando ao seu fim. Tem sido uma experiencia unica estar me dedicando a essas meninas. Plantas revigorantes e com otimo crescimento. Cabeças bem duras e com bastante polem.

week 5 - 1/2-1/9 1/4 heavy defoliation

Switched to flowering this week (Nov. 1) and of course drained, cleaned and refilled the reservoir buckets with the flowering nutrient solution. Cleaning this week indicated more growth on the interior surfaces than normal so I also did a full H2O2 (3%) clean, with a good rinse afterwards. Also ran the air stone in a cleaning cycle for a few minutes. You can see that the discoloration from last week is gone, thankfully. Keeping the pH in check though I did let it slip with a few days in between readings there. Thankfully no substantial effect. I'm not sure I love the overall geometry of the plant... but it's healthy and has a decent number of colas forming so that's all that counts. Compared to the chilled and recirculated water system I used last time around, this is MUCH easier. My reservoir temps are a bit higher than I'd like but the Hydroguard is doing it's job and no issues so far. Fingers crossed it stays this way. Thanks for reading growmieverse.

She is getting more and more dense everyday, still only week 2 of flower and she is already looking amazing. A lil stretchy but that could turn into some desert colas. Started with some BioBizz top Max. Watering every 2 days now. really hope she continues to grow and put on some dense colas. will update with pics and a video towards the end of week 5 which is day 35. All days are from true leaves. add about 3 days from start of germ This is first grow and was wondering how she is looking/also look at the shorter and more dense skittles auto on the right in the video above. Im using my cupboard which has white walls thankfully. Also using a full spectrum LED quantum board 240W, is pumping at full power about 50 cm from top cola First grow going well Appreciate any tips with going into full flower and would like to dense up these babies. They both doing really great! feeding every 2 days, about 800/900ml of water (PH between 5.9-6.0) per watering Bud sights are getting more and more dense, still only about 16 days since first pistols showed. They both still have another 4/6 weeks left. Getting really excited to see how they turn out. Both starting to smell, very sweat yet pepper smell, can't really put a flavour to smell yet. Happy days

This week, Pablo Escobar is definitely going into flowering. She is only about just over a foot tall, and some of the leaves on the top of the plant have spots on them. I'm not sure what that's from. This is going to be the smallest plant so far. I'm really not sure what went on, but I think it is to do with the soil. Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!
