Start of week 5 - plants almost died from extreme heat, unfortunately I was away for a couple days and came home to this. Plant 3 has not recovered after feeding and I may have to harvest her... really not worth it though, buds are not any size yet. I have a new 185cfm exhaust fan coming, which will replace my current 100cfm exhaust fan. Hopefully this will get my temps back into the safe zone so I can salvage one of the plants.

The bag seed plant I kept that was yellowing bad last week made a full recovery. Turns out it was nitrogen deficiency, easy fix 😃. The mentos are doing lovely, chugging right along. Seems to be a few different phenos so far, #3 and #4 both seem to be similar (short bushy) and #2 is much taller than the rest and doesn’t have much lower growth at all, I feel like #1 is going to be the star of the grow. She’s looking perfect so far, good spacing on her and has some nice shoots growing in on all the lower leaf sets already at just 17 days! Enjoy the update fellas 🤙🏻😎

It’s just the first week of flower, and they’re all praying, stretching, and absolutely thriving—filling up every inch of the tent. This grow space is officially packed from wall to wall, with each plant competing for its share of light and showing off some of the biggest, healthiest leaves I’ve seen yet! 🌱 A few strategic plucks here and there have kept airflow smooth and light penetration balanced. Those big leaves? They’re a sign of happy, healthy growth. Large leaves help the plant capture maximum light energy, essential during this stage, especially as they start focusing on developing those flowers. When plants grow huge, vibrant leaves like these, it means they’re well-nourished and content in their environment—a true testament to the well-balanced conditions we’ve got going in the tent! Flowering Parameters 🌡️ Room Environment: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Humidity: 63.3% • CO2: 960 ppm • VPD: 1.29 kPa (prime zone for flowering health!) Recovering from 5 days of holidays, defoliated a bit. All good. A bit of struggle raising the temperature. Jan 9th: I finally watered again, It took 10 days the dirt to dry out PS: 12/12 scheduled but still recovering, not flowering yet,

Sunday, 28-08-2022 Stretching up and out and looking good. Top-dressed midweek with 60 ml Humic Acid flakes. Foliar sprayed yesterday with The Amazing Doctor Zymes Eliminator(TADZE). Plants continue to seem pest free since starting to use TADZE. Only one midweek feed due to pots being saturated with rain on previous weekend. Supplemented feed today with Beneficial Booster comprised of 50 ml molasses, 125 ml EMAS and 15+ ml~ Recharge in 12 litres stored rain water with the molasses diluted in 950 ml filtered tap water, rain water EC=0~, final EC 1.7.

Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!

Great strain to grow, had no problems. Quality is amazing. Best Autoflower taste and smell I've grown so far. Very strong and frosty. The stickiest Auto I've grown. Definitely recommend it

Hello. This is the end of week 6 and the beginning of week 7 of flowering. Things are going good in here. Plant #1 has it's brown spots back. The plants had both a watering and feeding this week. I think I will grow these plants to 9 weeks of flowering. I need to have these plants finished and harvested by the time the other tent is ready to cut down at week 10. So I like to flush before harvest. This is the last week of food for these beautiful girls. More about flushing next week. Chuck.
