Funky and Garlicky!!

Week Three im happy with the random seed, I see not much of a difference yet, they all look indica or indica-dominant. one plant is most vigorous, all but one are all growing nice. I also popped one seed of fastbuds fast flowering seeds: gorilla cookies, orange sherbert and gg4 sherbert. Everything going nice in week three, seedlings coming along. they will need transplanting soon, but I'm still hoping to see some sex before that, so I can sort out male plants. I am also not sure if the random seed are autos or photoperiod. I still decided that I will top all plants to give the seedling a little time to catch up some more. this week was feeding time. I feed the plants with a biotabs alternative. im not 100% sure with this, but the biovin is used as the startrex, colonize as the bactrex and the bottled nutrients are the orgatrex. two tabs in 11l / 3 gal pots. these nutrients take some time to work. I use biobizz allmix and we transplanted around one week ago. maybe that's a little bit early, but I think it will be fine. in the End of Week 3 I can't see any burns. some nice fungus formed, so I think the nutrients doing its things. i plan to level up my LST-Skills with the random seed plants and probably don't do a lot on the fastbuds plants to even out the difference in lifetime, so that will mean I maybe get less harvest from the fastbuds plants, but that fine for me. we will see how it turns out. thx for checking out my grow, im a first time grower, but I feel like I have earned some knowledge In the last years by educating myself, so I hope the grow is interesting for all the nicely growers here. I don't aim to do everything perfectly, at least I don't monitor everything but I do my best to keep the plants happy and in a good place to grow and flower.

📆 Week 1, 6-12 May 2024 6 May - 3rd sprout appeared. Waiting for main root to appear before transferring. 8 May - Main root appeared on the 1st sprout, transferred to its permanent home (see pictures). 9-12 May - Observed and watched the seedling grow. 📑 Transferred seedling into permanent Deep Water Culture, 2 gallon system. I’ve always had the best response when the main tap root appears prior to this process, it helps to ensure success. This plant seems to be getting off to a slower start, but steady. All seeds germinated, sprouted and became seedlings. I’ll be finding homes for the other 2 as my grows are limited by space and number. Another reason I like to only germinate a single seed at a time and primarily why it needs be viable. “One good seed is all you need”. 🍶 8 May initial nutrient solution started 🍽️ 8 May initial feeding schedule started 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC 1.0 at 72 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 12-15 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Really happy to harvest this girl. Made sure I pushed her to the max. Just about 70 days. She was done around 65. 14hrs into pre fower and beyond. I find that with High ppf with less hrs. Makes for much better phenos. Really happy to say. This is SUCH A 100% TOP strain. And it'll be 500% a auto that I'll repeat Mind you I've hardly ever repeated any strains. Except mimosa X orange punch auto and super lemon haze. And a few CBDs. So, if anything that should speak volumes to me saying this is a tip top strain. Going to run her with one of their new autos, apple strudel is meant to have very high terps. All about the taste. And this Apricot Auto from Fastbuds has this in spades.

One more week to catch up on

This is a very interesting week! After mainlining, I transplanted the lady into a 3L AirPot, adding 3 spoons of Mykos by Xtreme Gardening, 45g of BioMagno Algae and 5g of BioMagno Neem Flour. I uploaded a time-lapse video that shows the process. Then I fed her with the nutes you see above this comment, in 1L of water (actually, 750ml would be better). I hope you liked this week content! Day 28 (May 7, 2019): 0.5L of tap water with Activator @ 0.5ml/L and Rizostimo @ 1ml/L.

So far nothing special, everything seems to be fine. She had some sunny days at the beginning, but weather got cloudy and relatively cold – this has slowed her growth for sure. But want her to adapt well to her conditions, so only put her inside in really cold nights. She got her endpoint directly on day 3, it's a 9L airpot. root was already at the bottom of the small starting pot. so maybe this stressed and slowed her too. Let's see how she will grow the next days. Video for this week will follow. Filming quality of my phone is not as good as would have liked it. But working on it.

Transplanted into 7 gal cloth pot with kis organics biochar soil amended with olly mountain fish compost, wow mycorrhizal, DTE insect frass, local worm castings, DTE seabird guano, DTE bat guano, and mother earth pumice. Top dressed with a tiny bit of DTE acidifier. Did a mojor defoliation, some minor pruning, and some LST. Let's watch those flowers grow!

Week 4 continue to spray every other day with foliar IPM (mix of RO water, Organishield, EM-1). Clones transplanted from 1 gallon plastics to 3 gallon fabric bags. Soil medium a mixture of Nature's Living Soil w/FF Ocean bottom third of bag. Remaining medium is a mixture of FF Happy Frog and Light Warrior, perlite, and Mykos Xtreme (mycorrhizal root inoculant). Watered with RO water, FF cal/mag, EM-1 microbial inoculant, drops of balance, and recharge. PPFD between 400-600 with SF-2000 light 12" above w/dimmer set at 50%. Additional Note: Transplanted a Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seeds) and French Macaron (TH Seeds) from dixie cups to 1 gallon plastic containers. Transplant medium consists of FF Happy Frog, Light Warrior, Perlite, and Mykos Xtreme mycorrhizal root inoculant. 1 gallon girls set 20" below lights. PPFD between 300-320. Plan is to eventually move 3 of the 3 gallons to a 3x3 AC Infinity tent with 4" AC fan w/carbon filter under a Mars-Hydro FC-E3000 300 watt LED. The remaining three will continue in current 2x4.

Major issues with calcium def for no reason and a weird re veg, and the utter lack of mould resistance. Plant was tall and buds are huge and dense, let's hope the taste is phenomenal.

420Fastbuds-Week9 Strain:FBT2309 What up grow fam. Weekly update for these gorgeous girls. They're definitely getting close to being done and getting the chop. I did a defoliation this week to allow the light down to the lower bud sites. All in all Happy Growing.

Plant A seems to be packing weight on now had to tie a few branches up, Plant B seems behind i think its because it just kept on stretching done abit more defoliation on it throughout this week, Plant C is A lot smaller than the other 2 and is looking a lot more closer to harvest its currently 5 days into a flush, the best pictures i could get of the trichomes i have added can anyone tell me what they think from my pics how much longer i think a few days but this is my first grow? Would appreciate anyone comments thanks

It was a fun week, started introducing Ripen, and the frost is stacking up! Next week I will start flushing and let them get bigger. Now it gets easier, water only.

Day 104 - Final harvest taken place after I noticed a sprinkling of amber trichomes over most of her flowers. I will update this diary in a week or so with dry weights. I did not bother to weigh it wet. Upper buds seem nice and dense.

I feel like the overall cycle length of this is a lot longer than stated. They have been growing for nearly 15 weeks. I believe they could have done with an extra week but we needed the space to add other clones that were ready.
