Day 43 of flower and no issues so far. Pheno #2 is stacking beautifully and is actually getting decently fat and she’s caked in trichromes. Pheno #1 is behind on the stack, colas are half the size which might be due the fact that she was topped 7 times, who knows. Super happy with the results so far. It smells like berries in there. I definitely feel this strain needs longer than 8 weeks. I’m aiming for 65 days of flower. Let me know if you guys think I should run her longer. Update at Day 45: White pistils have started reversing a bit and starting to grow brown. They seem to be doing pretty well. Pheno #1 is suffering from calcium deficiency but it’s too late inflower for me to try to do anything to fix it and the plant is pretty happy so I’m not worried. I’m still aiming to harvest at day 65. Did a squeeze test today just to get a feel of what the terpenes smell like. Pheno #1 is leaning more towards emerald headband as it just smells like gas and I love gas despite her being a finicky bitch to grow I’m excited lol. Pheno #2 is leaning towards blackberry kush as it just smells like fruity berries.

At a total of 79 days this Sangria is a beautiful one! A cross between The GOGO and Ogreberry she is super delightful, Dense resiny heavy covers trichome buds , with the smell of Gassy rotten fruit funk on the nose! She a stanky one ! Other then that she was a pretty easy grow , y’all don’t sleep on it an better get your hands on it , at @Twenty20Mendocino they got you covered

This week the flowers really started to bulk up. I was worried about having very loose buds as the development starts off very slow but eventually they really bulk up nicely!! The topped plant is about 2 weeks behind in flower but has way more main collas! Check the last video for both plants

The usual maturing of buds. Unfortunately, they're still a bit small but smell really good. Observation: The premature yellowing seems to have stopped after green sensation was introduced and the amount of water was reduced. So we could think that my previous hypothesis was not so wrong.

Week 4 for these girls. They've doubled in some since last week. I took a couple of the bigger fan leafs off this week, also raised my lights up allowing some stretch. Starting to see some preflowers and pistols. So next week will be off to the flower stage. Happy Growing

Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty from Zamnesia, a plant from the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents, the primette result is great, let's also try the Karen Kush. I was amazed by the perfect branding for this strain and so let it be Karen. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Hola amigos. Week has gone again and i had timelapse recording. Enjoy 🤣 girl looks better but not that good yet. I also have that og kush enough for couple months soon so this prob going to get couple months more time to grow those clones for me. LST done. 24.4 couple days timelapse added. She’s onto flower. Showing Pistols 48 hours after the flip to an 11 on 13 off light schedule. She is doing great and is the biggest of the three in the tent. As she’s a true Sativa I added the first layer of trellis netting in anticipation of her stretch. 8-9 weeks of flower ahead for this girl.

Merry Christmas y’all! Week 4 is behind Topped both Mimosa and Cookies, they took it like champs! They exploded immediately with side grow. Such a pleasure to watch them strive. Increased EC from under 1 to 1.5 and they are super happy with it. Probably will climb to 2 to see how they like it. Getting closer to preflower would completely flush till runout is even with water poured in and would start adding flowering boosters. Starting to like coco for the full control and immediate reaction to my actions and the chance to fix my screwups. A bit of a hustle to water every day tho :) Best wishes to you and your close ones! In the end the resin appeared although not excessively, but it was compensated with large batons that, being not too tight, were more airy and did not rot as much as they could have done. My best harvest to date! 86 grams of peeled flower for which I am more than happy, and a good amount of sugar leaves with which I will make some kind of extract later. The taste of the cured herb is quite mild (I guess because of the lack of nutrients in the last phase of the crop), remember something fruity with strong touches of wood, nuts and some citrus. Es la planta que más tiempo he tenido en la terraza hasta la fecha, si miramos atrás, empecé con ella hace 5 meses y al final se les coge cariño😅...Desde el principió creció muy bien, con la ayuda de mi amigo @Vilahaze y las técnicas que he aprendido en estos años que llevo cultivando, la he ido domando poco a poco para conseguir esta forma definitiva de la que estoy muy orgulloso😋! Combiné el Mainlining con un poco de LST para ordenar las diferentes ramas para que no se tocaran ni hiciesen sombra unas a las otras, y más o menos lo conseguí. Al inicio de la floración, empezaron a aparecer manchas y quemaduras en las hojas que eran muy preocupantes, y a la vez noté que la planta no estaba produciendo casi nada de resina, al final, después de dejarla sin nutrientes en un par de riegos y regar un poco con fish mix, se solucioné el déficit, que siguiendo las indicaciones del libro de Jorge Cervantes, parecía déficit de Boro. Al final la resina apareció aunque no de forma excesiva, pero se compensó con unas grandes porras que al no estar muy prietas, estaban más aireadas y no se pudrieron tanto como podrían haberlo hecho. Mi mejor cosecha hasta la fecha! 86 gramos de flor pelada por los que estoy más que contento, y una buena cantidad de hojas de azúcar con las que más adelante haré algún tipo de extracto. El sabor de la hierba curada es bastante suave (supongo que por la falta de nutrientes en la ultima fase del cultivo), recuerda algo afrutado con fuertes toques de madera, frutos secos y algo cítrico. Gonna harvest one of the devils.. she is amazing looking... I love the fade on her and now she's in the dark. 2nd one is still stacking and looking FAT all over..gonna wait on her another week maybe. The smell, OUTTA THIS WORLD!!!

The pistils on all plants are getting more and more brown, its time to check the trichomes now. I check with a handheld microscope and they are getting milky, but not yet amber, which means they are ALMOST READY TO HARVEST, but not yet. The amount of crystals produced under the Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps from SANlight is astounding, the plants are coated in trichomes! This week I stopped giving any nutrients in order to FLUSH the plants, this is VERY IMPORTANT in order to get a smooth smoke of the dried end-product. The aroma of the plants is VERY STRONG NOW, they smell mouth-watering. The Shiva Skunk has a sweet, musky smell with a fresh citrus note to it, its a delight to smell those plants. The Serious Kush smells EXTREMELY fuely and gassy, like the OG-Kush, but with an amount of buds like the White Russian, its FLABBERGASTING. I cant wait to try those two strains...😎

Start Woche 10 Blüte Das werden die letzten Tage. Im laufe der Woche ist die gute dann soweit🥀 Ich hoffe der Geschmack ist ähnlich wie die gute riecht. Deutlich Heidelbeere/Brombeere leicht sauer und leichten Hazearomen. Kommt der Beschreibung jedenfalls sehr nah. Schön fruchtig mit etwas Haze dabei 👌👍👍 Die Chilled Cherry hatt gestern nen Hagelsturm abbekommen 😓😓😓 und ist leider komplett gespalten und ein Seitentriebe ist auch halb ab. Hab mal alles wieder zusammengebunden.. Mal schaun und hoffen😢😢 Ich mach bei Gelegenheit noch mal Fotos. Die Chilled Cherry hatt sich wieder gut erholt🍀🥀 Immer wieder faszinierend wie viel die guten Aushalten (Stamm war komplett in der Mitte gespalten) 🍀🍀🍀

Well I thought for sure I was going to harvest a few days ago. Looks like it’s going to be one more week. Only getting pH water at this point and no nutrients. Starting to get a little color shift in the leaves but nothing crazy. Bud is dense and smells absolutely amazing. Slight bit of a Fox trail going on but not bad at all. Turns out I was very lazy and never raised my light up for 3 weeks and they were getting 1,000+ PAR at the tops for 18hrs a day. A few more days till she gets cut.

End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often
