Hello friends! Here’s the skinny on my grow “First Mainline Attempt!”. I’m going to split this up a bit so it’s easier to follow, this will be a long one :) ~ Progress Day 56 ~ There’s been a lot of growth happening since I got this new light from KINGLED, genuinely surprised. I could notice the difference within hours that my little ones where love’n the light! Compared to last week the difference is huge (to me). I was using a Bestva LED light for my grows up to this point. I read reviews and thought that would be the best light (Bestva) within my current budget. But my plants didn’t seem happy, or growing at an expected rate, I thought I was doing something wrong. Well long story short the KINGLED has made a impact on my plants, I can’t believe all I needed was more light. I will post the light specs below if you’re interested. Now i’m gonna jump right into this weeks growth. I’ll separate each plant below and provide details on height and structure. ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD Blueberry] Height: 6.0" Tops: 8 Notes: Smallest of the mothers, and she has a weird asymmetrical growth pattern, the nodes don’t match evenly, not sure what mutation this is. It could be that this strain doesn’t like being mainlined.. If this negatively impacts the overall yield and quality I will kill off this mother plant and clones. I have 2 more seeds to germ so it’s not a total loss. [Mazar] Height: 8.0" Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is responding the best to the mainline experiment, I’m excited to clone her off later. Nice symmetrical growth :) [White Widow] Height: 6.1" Tops: 8 Notes: I honestly thought she would be the runt, guess not! Though not the biggest she has the phatest leaves and thickest canopy. I can only wonder what the next few weeks will be like. Must clone! [Super Silver Haze] Height: 7.2" Tops: 8 Notes: Another that’s responding well to the treatment. I’d like to clone her of as well as soon as there is enough growth for me to collect samples. I’ve only had this strain once so I’m hoping this will be as good or better, who knows :) [Purple Urkle #1] Height: 8.0 Tops: 8 Notes: I lost the clone to this girl, I'll need a replacement(s) to test before I flower, more stretch than the others, hmm (both 1 & 2 need to be tested via clones) [Purple Urkle #2] Height: 9.0 Tops: 8 Notes: This girl is very stretchy and her clone is insane! Thickest stalk out of any of my girls? I don't know why but she is phat, love it. Check out my diary "A Few Clones" if you're interested in this possible monster of a plant :) ~ Concerns ~ My only real concern at this point is mite and insect control. This grow is in the garage so that’s not especially easy to avoid. Staying vigilant and nuke’n everything that moves (without harming my plants) is working so far. Those pesky mites and other fan favorite insects! I swear I’ll get my revenge >:( ~ Final Thoughts ~ Other than the local mite population making claims to my property, I’m very satisfied with this weeks progress. Installing the ducting and fans was the hardest chore I had to do, and now that’s taken care of. Before I finish up I want to apologize for not being as detailed and thorough these past few weeks. Now this is a bit personal but I’m willing to share it with ya’ll. My mother has stage 4 cancer, yeah… It hasn’t hit me like a train yet, but I’m still suffering. I’m trying to prepare myself in the event she doesn't make it through chemo and that’s a tough pill to swallow friends. Hopefully I can produce some cbd medicine for her to ease her pain, and help to improve her quality of life. This lil lady is officially flowering. Half way through the week she started growing pistils all over. Switched the lights to 12:12 half way through the week. She recovered from the LST of tying down her top. Room has averaged 85° F / 40% RH with a high of 89° F Ordered larger oscilating fan hoping to get the heat down a bit. Been dealing with fungus gnats in some other plants in the house so I sprinkled ceylon cinnamon on top of the soil, to act as an organic fungicide, and sprayed her down with neem oil as a pest prevention. 💧 Watered: Tuesday May 5, 2020 with 4:1 Water to Hydrogen Peroxide. Installed 6in oscilating fan blowing at the light. Heat is still too high. ~85° average Raised light to 18in above canopy. Shes responding well to the LST and several nodes below the top have now started showing noticible growth.

Hi all. This week has been a busy one with a bit of defol and lst on the 2 big ladies . FFT#8 is still a tiny shade on her cousins in this grow. She is getting better and now showing some vertical growth. Her colour is getting better too. She will hopefully be flower able within a couple of weeks. FFT#9 has raced ahead this week and shows real promise for a big girl finish. Her quad and 5th node fim are putting out some excellent mains. They have a lot of growth on each tip to help form some nice stacked colas. I thinned her out fair bit and have tied her out a little wider too. She is around 2.5 ft wide now and has plenty of space for lateral growth. She will be flowered with the sp250 and the tsl2000 so will have lots of lumens to exploit. FFT#10 is also a great grower and is beginning to look very kush and indica style. She wants to go vertical and keeping her lower is hard with her thick stems. A little thinning out has given a nice airflow around base now. Like her cousin she is around 2.5 ft at this point and looks like she will be another big lady. Some are swelling , one is smelling very different to the others . I seem to have 6 phenos from small to tall and rounded buds to thin spear shaped buds. I'm not sure which is my favourite yet but one has a very unique smell almost like pineapple and exodus cheese , it could be that one but I also like the bud formation on another,, we will see

2018-04-10 Day 1 I gave the girls water and nutrients yesterday so nothing to drink today. Turned them 90 degrees today, to give my girls as much lightexposure as possible. The flowers get bigger and bigger for each day, Overall the ladies look really good, the colors are very nice, they look healthy. Turned them 90 degrees, just like every other day, I believe the exposure of light from different directions will increase the yield in the end, so it's definetly worth the effort. This was her last week of extra light for an extended veg…she should flower by the end of week 10 just around full moon “Flower Moon” May 12th 2025.

Gorilla, gorilla, my problem child. The only one popping out of 5 but she is weaker than her roommates. She stays behind compared to them. But what can I do other than TLC, she has the best conditions, which are optimal in this grow room, also judging by the other two plants. Until I have a bigger operation, which in the current political climate, is not soon, where I can make mothers and clone them, breed my own strains, and root out runts like this, we do it like life. We play the hand as it is dealt to us and we love all our children the same... although this one is special. So not a genderfluid Silverback yet, but it ain't over till the voluptuous lady sings. We shall nurse this little runt until adulthood, who knows she might surprise us, she should have the mighty Gorilla Glue Number Fouh genes in there somewhere. Now come on out here and show daddy what you're made of... This week we spread out the leaves and branches, some leaf tucking and gentle LST, to prepare for some higher stress and super cropping today. Two days back we made the switch and set the lights to 12/12. Now the flowering stretch will begin, thus we bend the branches further outward in preparation for the canopy. When I do this I notice the branches are thick and sturdy, with no breakage at all unlike my previous grow, the gelato 33. I snapped some branches applying the super cropping and just normal bending with those. It seems like the fan (I didn't have a good option previous grow, hence the flimsier branches there) but also this lighting and soil regime are topnotch, asides from outdoor I haven't seen such lush bushiness yet, even on a more runt-like plant. This MarsHydro SP3000 is still performing great, such controlled temperatures, such an ocean of light. I only wish I started growing with this earlier. With this I'm going to simulate sunrise and sunset and try to prevent stress by easing the light in and out, like in nature. We are in flowering now, very excited to see what she will do here. What can she perform? Will she cover the net? Will she deliver gorgeous buds, like she is known to do?
