Noticed i had light leaking from bedroom right next to plant at night. blacked out windows in my room (sacrifices for the babies!) Now i have a little light from the building next door going to put cardboard up. To try and block most of the light

The plant stretched a bit and the weather was quite bad for the month of May. But in general, the first week of growth went well!

Had to move her to a smaller space with a weaker light. But she has the entire light to herself. I ended up giving her one more dose of cannacoco A and B and the pk 12/14 also by cannacoco. Will be flushing her with ph’s water at 6ish going forward. I may harvest her top buds first and give the lower buds some time to catch up.

Quick update on Fractal..Proceeding well overall but showing more signs of light stress compared to her tent mates. Reduced lamp intensity to 60% to help her finish strong. We’re almost there now! Thanks to everyone for checking in! 🙏 Appreciate you taking a look!

These are faster than expected. The smell is wonderful too. Pineapple and candy, the second pheno although it has less trichomes is bigger and has an added creaminess to its aroma. Truly great stuff even if they really don’t match the NTF description. Added some PK supplement too. Should be another week or two for these.

Starting to stretch and show signs of flowering

Another great week of just giving rain water every 2 days. Noticed from others grows, she stays in veg/pre flower a bit longer than most. Just starting to show pistols and early bidsites now. Later this week will probably add some potash to keep up with bud production. Still loving watching these girls grow. The space has gotten quite tight and the girls are fighting for the light. Chose to do no training or topping this grow, only leaf tucking. Girls still steady growing in height and width daily. Curious to see how full the tent gets.

Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Here’s the current nutrient mix: • System Clean: 0.5 ml/L • Regulator: 0.15 ml/L • RO Water Conditioner: 0.8 ml/L • All-in-One Liquid: 2.1 ml/L I’m keeping the pH at 6.1 and TDS at 556 ppm, and so far, the plants are thriving. This week also included a thorough system clean, ensuring everything runs smoothly as we enter the final flowering stages. 🌿 Bud Development: Pure Magic! The bud formation across all the genetics is nothing short of incredible. Every plant is thriving, and the canopy is lush, vibrant, and full of potential. I’ve raised the PPFD to 750 for this stage, with temps steady at 25°C and RH at 63%—keeping the VPD dialed in at 1.11. Week 18, the stretch should almost come to an end. Added flavuh and UVA this week.

Day 49 - Clearly she's starting to get to the end of the life-cycle. The nutrient reserves are being used up in the leaves, although I also suspect a bit of nutrient lockout as well. Today only gave PH'ed water. After taking another look at the trichomes today, I'm starting to wonder if she really is ready for harvest yet or not 😅 I guess I'll take another video in a few days and see how they look then. The pistils are curling in though now, so that's one sign that harvest is getting closer. Day 53 - Watered again today; she was a little droopy 😳 PH was about 6.05 And took another video of the trichomes...a good one this time. And what do you know...plenty of the trichomes still look clear AF, although I do notice some amber ones. Going to wait until at least next week for sure now to harvest.
