At cruising altitude now. Moved the nutrients to full bloom mix and just keeping the PH even. Defoliated only a bit to keep as many buds exposed to direct light as I can. Around mid-week everyone’s crystals showed up to finally catch up to Pinex1. Pinex 1 is much further in bud development and I can tell she is going to be a fat one. Pinex 2 is a vigorous grower. I happened to take 2 clones from her and both are rooted and happy. She had the fattest stems and I can never seem to give her enough nutrients. Her leaves are a lighter green and clearly want the light. I’m interested to see if I want to make another grow from the clones or not. Pineapple Skunk is a very attractive plant. The leaves are dark green and the buds are bright white. Now that the crystals are coming in there is even more white and they just look awesome. The buds are starting to fill in more. I hope they get really fat by the end of flower but hard to imagine anything catching up to Pinex1.

All is developing nicely, introduced cannazym and boost to the mix. Finally I have access to a better camera which you will see on the later pics. The cuttings I took seem to survive for now, with some outrooting their cubes already.

Tag 28 - Ende der 4. Woche. In dieser Woche an Tag 22 habe ich das Licht auf 12/12 umgestellt und es sind schon die ersten einzelnen Stigmen ersichtlich. Die Pflanze entwickelt sich sehr gut und hat den vegetativen Wachstum fast komplett eingestellt. In der kommenden Woche, werde ich den Dünger auf die Blüte umstellen und wahrscheinlich die Pflanze davor noch etwas entlauben. An Tag 22 wurde die Pflanze zum letzten Mal mit vegetativen Dünger gedüngt. Nährstofflösung: 2 ml/l - B-52 Advanced Nutrients. 3 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part A 3 ml/l - pH Perfect Sensi Grow Part B Davon hat die Pflanze 500ml an Tag 22 erhalten.

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. The plant continues to synthesize terpenes, but a lack of red light to trigger the Pr-Pfr shift results in a lack of terpene emission by the plant, thus causing the terpenes to accumulate in the maturing flowers. It has been found that sound waves were at different frequencies, sound pressure levels (SPLs), exposure periods, and distances from the source of sound influence plant growth. Experiments have been conducted in the open field and under greenhouse growing conditions with different levels of audible sound frequencies and sound pressure levels. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. It has been proved that spider mite, aphids, gray mold, late blight and virus disease of tomatoes in the greenhouses decreased by 6.0, 8.0, 9.0, 11.0, and 8.0%, respectively, and the sheath blight of rice was reduced by 50%. I used overdrive fertilizer again this week. My God, girls get more beautiful like this. All done and dusted on this bad boy. Nice big bushy auto that did its job from the beginning. It was always harder work than the Do Si Dos and with what I’ve hung up to dry I don’t think it’ll have a larger harvest either. The smell is super strong and very fruity and will give an updated the final smoke and weight. 🙌🏼

WEEK 2 DAY 14 Since last week the babies have taken off! They didn’t have much light until yesterday when I added another 100w led and since then I’ve seen a huge difference ! They are looking super healthy the roots said fuck the pot and grew right through it I’m actually super interested in seeing how these grow up.. The 3 clones that were separate last week are now moved into one single pot to further develop the experiment. They are on the same feed as the mother with flora grow/micro/bloom and cal-mag . And In the last picture you can see my ghettos man way of cloning .. going to see which 2 out of 4 are better rooted and I will move those to a pot in about a week or so. First sights of trichomes on leafs (sugar leafs)! No issues she’s growing good just a few yellow leaves on gc2. Looked like she needed cal mag, chopped the yellowed leaves and put cal mag 6 ml. Usually give cal mag every other watering but ima give them more often since I’m using dechlorinated tap water.

Hey Growers. These plants are killing it. They’re stacking nicely and starting to fill in. I’m going to need another layer of trellis net for these beasts. Other than that just top dressing with Gaia Green every 2 weeks and watering with cal mag water. Happy Growing 🌱

Aggiornamento 15/ 2 /21. Quarta settimana tutto procede bene senza carenze ed eccessi stanno bevendo di più e promettono bene !!! Aggiornamento 16/2/21 ho notato che una bimba ha delle foglie un po bruciacchiate le altre 2 crescono benissimo. Ho dato 1 l solo acqua a ciascuna oggi. Aggiornamento 19/2/21 ho riscontrato una deficienza da calcio così ho somministrato cal-mag bio bizz con un po di rhino skin su due bimbe (già sono diventate 2 le bimbe infette) mentre all altra che cresce bene ho dato il biglietto bud rimpiazzandolo al long flowering greenhose.

Divine indica has sprouted on the second seed. She stretched a lot due to the seed husk was giving her trouble. She got that off with a pinch of help and has opened up. So far she is looking good. Already on a journey. She will get moved to another area in a few weeks if not sooner. She will be really fighting for light with the stretching autoflowers she Is in with now.
