First experience, low budget set up, poor product as expected i wanted to try and flavor profile was nice, produce a sleepy effect as i intended but buds are not hard or dense, as i expected…

Easy harvest

Defoliation week. Cleaned up under the canopy, and clipped the subpar Bud sites under the canopy. Foliar spray in use until end of week 4. Started to drop the temp to simulate changing of the seasons. 70*f during lights on, about 63*f lights out. Start of the week had an issue with the tent. After watering, the tent humidity went up to 90%. I have my Humidifier set to keep VPD between .8 and 1.2 and the system was trying to balance out between temp and humidity. Got cold one night. 3 days into this week and I haven't watered since last week. Soil still has plenty of water in it.

This is my first ever grow and thought I'd document and also seek advice. Neurodivergent grower here, seem to have gone overboard for a first timer. Running a drain to waste system through coco/perlite (70/30). Using 1.2 gallon pots from The Bucket Company. Hooked to a water bubbler irrigation feed from reservoir. The reservoir is a makeshift mobile chiller aha. Seemed a good a idea but could only hold 3-5 gallons at a time. Will need to either fork out on a water chiller with bigger reservoir upgrade or think or something. Under the reservoir we have the EZrun-off pump by The Bucket Company. Essentially a catch tray with a pump inside that automatically pumps the waste out to the desired location when maximum storage capacity is close. Mine runs just over to my kitchen sink.....when I can be bothered to make some holes underneath....I could hide the pipes and make it more stealthy via routing it to the drain pipe works under the sink cupboard. Old drippers where replaced mid veg stage with Netbow halo drippers by Netafim. Achieved a much more uniformed saturation of the medium. My nutrient of choice will be MegaCrop by Greenleaf nutrients plus additionals such as Orca mycorizhae and Myco Chum for the extras... Popped seeds directly to riot cubes on 14/06/24. 3 days later we have sprouts. Purple Stardawg x2 Runtz x2 Strawberry Cough x2

Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? Constantly taking leaves off all these girls. Trying to make space for those buds! These are some leafy genetics overall but some are starting to change color nicely for week six of flower! I checked some of the trichomes but they aren't close to ready so I didn't snap any pictures of those. But some good trichomes production from them. Got the UVB 310 in full effect right now at 4 hours. Will be boosting up to six tomorrow and continue to push for the next two weeks.

Whats up again from down under growmies... Well its been a quiet week for me, plants are on auto pilot atm, nothing much to do aside from watering them with a light feeding mixed in. Starting to have to water more often now and the plants are making it obvious they are happier with more frequent watering's so thats what they are now getting. Caramelo has recovered even more from my mistake of over strength lime sulfur spray- lost a few bud sites that were totally burnt away and now there is a space on the stem where a popcorn bud should be but its not. But aside from that shes looking good. Hash plant is really getting going into bud now, for a near pure indica she has taken the longest to start flowering- hope thats not a sign she will be a light yielder...still if its old school hashy bud thats makes your eyes so red you look in the mirror and think "woah zombie!!" then I'll be pleased. And Zkittlez- what can I say. Just LOOK at her!! How the hell is this plant only 4 and a bit weeks into flower?? If you told me that plant was in week 6 id believe you. And smell is amazing. Sweet and sour just like candy. And can be smelt from 20 feet away easy...lols.

14-05-2021 (DAY 59) Se realizó el cambio de solución. Las plantas vienen espléndidas y con el Safe roots de Hydrotek ya no tuve mas problemas de raíces. Está entrando la flora mas potente y formándose los Buds.

Lamentablemente al principio del cultivo tuve algun problema en los transplantes y se estancaron un poco i no crecieron lo que me hubiese gustado, pero con una media de 35g por planta en seco me doy por satisfecho

Day 43 - She is streching! Did some very carefull LST. I think she wants more N, i´ll add 1ml/L of Fish-Mix to see how she responds. Day 45 - Fed her today, nutrient amount corresponds to the chart above. Day 47 - Explosive growth continues, i think she loved the extra fish-mix! See diference between days 44 and 47! Leaves have darken a bit, but due to GD image coding, i dont think you can tell so well. Day 49 - She´s pretty happy, did dome minor LST adjustments. I think she is finishing her stretch. Next week will arrive my Carboload and Big Bud by Advanced nutrients, which i will introduce :) Maybe with foliar

Peeking through the soil, my rainbow melon seedling is finally here! Its tiny leaves are a vibrant shade of green, and I can just imagine the colorful melons it'll produce. I'm excited to watch it grow and can't wait to share the sweet and juicy fruit with family and friends.

Ну вот и долгожданный репортаж от Раста ;) неделя прошла без изменений, как обычно всю неделю поправлял ветки от 707 показывал им как надо и в какую сторону им надо развиваться, в переди ещё 3-4 недели и я уже думаю чем мне закрепить ветки так как на этом этапе шишки уже очень тяжело. А ещё они только набирают вес и силы 😍😁
