This an heat is making it really difficult to keep the temps down in the box!! Running high 80s :/ 7/29 - it's a girl!! 8/1 - looks like I may have a deficiency. Gave her a good feeding today. The girls have basically exploded this week! They were drinking a ton and have responded really well to the steady increase in nutrients. With the room being basically self sustaining, it’s been a lot less work. Yesterday was the second round of defoliation and because this is my first time getting this far, I decided to be pretty moderate. There’s a few plants I took quite a bit off as an experiment and they seem to be doing great! The guy at my local hyrdo store recommended GH Floralicious Plus for flavor and smell, so I decided to try it out and this is some pretty potent stuff. After their first feeding of the Floralicious they are smelling delicious! The one plant furthest into flower is starting to show some fade in the lower leaves, she will certainly be done before the rest. She has a very sweet and sour aroma, especially if she gets rustled around a little bit. I’m stoked for the rest of flower and seeing their progress. Also I haven’t seen a fungus gnat in weeks so those yellow sticky traps are a must.

I had to bring her back inside this week. She was still growing in the greenhouse, but stuck in preflower. She was getting taller and taller with no budlets in sight. Hhmmm i wonder??? You guessed right, SHE IS A PHOTO PERIOD! FXCK! so i had to take my Zkittles that was in preflower outside earlier than i wanted, in order to make room for this huge lemonberry haze that i had to start 12-12 on. Three days of 12-12 is starting to give me pistols....so she IS NOT an auto. She is still GROWING, and the 2 main tops are getting close to the leds. I had to tie her down using pipe cleaners and the tent frame. I sure do hope she doesn't get to much taller. I don't want the leds to burn her up, as i cannot raise them anymore. The LEDS are zip tied directly to the tent support frame and the support lines have been double looped to half their original hanging length. There is not much more i can do but start tying her down to the tent poles. THIS GIRL IS GOING TO BE A MONSTER YALL! Stay tuned! Other than the inconvenience of it being a photo, if i can pull this off with the limited space i have, she should yield HEAVY.

Lollipopped and flipped them into flower! Fingers crossed still no sign of purple She is doing so well!

Oh girl oh girl, these ladies are having a good time. Switched the light schedule to 12/12 on 13 nov (21 days after germination) Steady growth on all plants still. I haven't switched the LED lights to flowering mode yet because there's no sign of flowering growth yet. By doing this the plants will stay nice and compact. Last watering was on 15 nov (5 days ago). I will water again tomorrow. This is my second indoor grow ever (and my first serious attempt), and I refuse to make the same overwatering mistake again ;) I removed 2 big fan leaves on the top of every plant. My theory is that the soon to become colas will get a bit more light and reach to the canopy quicker, let's see what happens over the next week. One of the cons of using seeds for a sea-of-green is the possible difference in growth. Luckily not too much difference in height between them so far (please note I corrected their height differences last week by raising some of the plants. I noticed a glassy, weird look on some of the leaves in the far left corner of the grow tent. After contemplating I realized that my fan was aimed in their direction and the issue might be wind burn, so adjusted the direction (see first photo) I noticed slightly higher humidity, around 60%. I will keep close attention and take action to lower it if needed.

A few of the autos have mostly milky trichomes but no amber yet. Maybe another two weeks.

Green Gelato develops as 100% sativa. The branches are long and very promising. Fairy tale. Everything is sticky and snow-white. Trichome paradise. Ph: 5.8 / 6.2, ppm: 900/1050.   t: 26/21 ^ C. Humidity: 60/50.
