Week 4 done and in the books. I tried to limit growth of the side shoots during the week by pinching & crushing the stems. I will monitor the effect this has. Last week with her as main focus as there are some photo seeds growing alongside. I will veg them at 20h light hoping this blackberry is done before I have to flip those girls to flower. If this blackberry has to do a week or two on 12/12 so be it I'm afraid.

On this week the aroma has started to get stronger, very beautiful flowers, amazing sour sweet smell very pungent, I just cannot wait to smoke this nuggets, I've removed some little flowers to gain a little more air flow and avoid any type of fungal infections that could appear in this stage, let's see how she keeps developing those buds, very interesting strain!! Left um 4 days over Christmas being a lazy bum and come back to half a tent off yellow a lot of fan leaves are looking sickly / fell off altogether most yellow leaves have been pulled off plants lost a lot of they fam leaves all in maybe abit too many , it’s hard because one person tells ya leave um all on and another person will tell ya take um all off so we just been seeing what works ourselfs and still ain’t got the foggiest , when ya rub the buds you get hints off lemon / pepper and fresh dog shit 🤣🤣 as I say we have um last feed of nutes this week and started to flush um they take about 6 litres of water through the pots untill any type of coloured run off and we only have 100l so 3 days at it we got through about 10 plants and we gave up 🤣🤣 so again intrested to see the finished prouduct if flushing does change the taste of the smoke , saying this the plants we have flushed seem to be looking alot more healthy than the ones we haven’t so deffo leaning towards a lockout or too high nutes for the girls , alot of rusting and alot of burnt frazzled tips one plant we chopped early and didn’t even get a gram of smoke able off it just alot of leaf n skinny buds , it being a first time go at this I’m not really too disappointed with the outcome but deffo kicking myself at how many I rammed in togther , some of the top Kolas are looking 10/10 but other than the top kolas the rest ain’t worth a wank to me , all in all learnt a lot though so excited to finish this one up and get cracking with number 2 I’m leaning towards bud Buddha seeds cheese puffs after smoking some zheez that’s going around the country at the minute cheese x zkittles , anyway happy growing people and don’t forget to drop a comment if you have anything to say or ask

On day 70 they both went down. The trichomes showed the were ready. The last week I kept the girls in the shade a bit during the day. We´ve had temperatures close to 40 degrees C. I didn´t want to expose them to too much heat.

Day 36 Moby Dick it's at 28inches in height and Blue amnesia is at 32. and because the smell has become too strong to contain in the tent I turn on the carbon filter fan 24/7 instead of intervals of every 2 hours on for 30 minutes so now my tent it's not so hot and my plans drink less water every 3-days. I will keep updating . day 38 the plants are stretching very fast I'm forced to raise the light everyday the blue amnesia is 39 in tall and the Moby Dick it at 32 inches tall I resumed regular feeding schedules on the plants and they seem to be growing even faster after each watering. Thank you for reading and have a happy grow. Day 42 They continue stretching pretty fast blue amnesia it's at 42 inches and Moby Dick it's at 33 3/4 inches. I only have noticed some lower fan leaves turning yellow and drying up I'm going to stop nutrients for the next one to watering sections because I think I've been pushing the plant too hard but it could be normal I just don't know. I posted two Fan leaf pictures to see if somebody has an idea what it could be but I think is probably too much nutrients I will continue updating thank you for reading happy growing. Day 44 definitely the issue is my fault pushing it too hard. They have nitrogen toxicity they have all the symptoms the claw leaf the weakness of the leave the yellowing and purple color of some branches the Deep shiny green on the leaf. the fact that I've been pushing that pretty hard I already have water them twice with clean water ph 6.0 hoping to use up all the extra in the pot and I will do it one more time from two days from now and then trying new nutrients at 1/3 full strength. .they seem to be responding well but if they start losing to many leafs i well flosh them in the shawer. Day 46 because I saw my plans going downhill pretty quick I decide to test Runner run-off it was incredibly High / 4000 + PPM so yeah to the showers they went until runoff was 1000 or below PH was at 6.2 and for the next watering in 3 days from now approximately depending on temperature and thirst of the plans I will resume flowering nutrients only and maybe only at 600 PPM the plant took a beating as well since I have to remove the scrog net and they were being support only buy it but I had no choice it was to see then die and then start over again or giving a flush so they can recuperate and take it slow for a few days until they can handle more nutrients. My hands end up being very sticky handling the buds even though I did it as gently as humanly possible so they were packed with sticki Racine even though they were stressed out what incredibly robust genetics. I will continue updating thank you for reading and have a happy grow. Day 48 the plants seems to be bouncing back they lost a lot of fan leaf at the bottom and some of the ones that were turning yellow at the top develop marks . One off the blue amnesia was more affected than the other three plants I will probably hold nutrients for it only for this plant. They stop stretching as much the blue amnesia are measures 44 inches and the Moby Dick is at 40 inch after the flush the buds are getting fatter and bigger every day . thank you for reading and have a happy growing

The buds are nice and dense and are now in the herb dryer. Didn't wait for many amber trichomes to appear before the harvest. The trim jail was only just over an hour which isn't to bad. Will update with some more pictures etc when its dried and cured. Until then enjoy your grows.

Good week. One Mimosa cake is huge others nice .lots of buds sites .strong delicious smell. Plants are slower than the other strains I'm growing but might turn out big .

The Apple Betty babies are doing great 😊 I’m very pleased with the results so far, I just wished I would have known they would have such a large stretch, they D almost doubled in size in 14 days. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so, much more than my other strain that I have going as well. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. A quick snip here and there will really help the end result. At day 13 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, she flourished just as the girls in my big tent did as well. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing and large tops. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. I will be doing a defoliation next week. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
