Week 8 Apart from having some issues with a high run off I think she’s growing ok. Although she doesn’t look very healthy at the moment. I am not sure if it’s because I left my soil tester inside the soil. In which case I’ve taken it out now to see if there’s any difference. She has yellowing leaves Burt tips and and brown spotting. I presume something isn’t right but being so close to harvest I don’t wanna set her back 2 weeks. Tomorrow morning will be day 59 going into week 9. Shall I keep feeding or just ph water it? She has very nice smell already, I think his bloom will be very sticky and satisfying ,Already Its 5th week and she’s getting bigger and bigger.

There are good genetics and there are genetic masterpieces. The Great Jefa is part of the second case. Truly exceptional. It is a plant that has vegetated in a graceful and regular manner, the 16 bud topping seems tailor-made for it, all 16 have been successful, I would say excellent. All this happened in a short time, I don't know if it's the topping but it was practically ready in 6-7 weeks I took it to 8 because it was still very colored with leaves but it was ready for all the rest of the signs. Milky trichomes and lots of amber ones this time I don't think anyone can accuse me of being early. Also because the advance sometimes saves lives from mold. In this regard, I would like to give the advice NOT TO DO TOO MUCH FLUSH, if the plant is already very mature, washing the roots would risk spoiling the tops. So my advice is to flush at the very first red hairs, when the flower starts to take the color away with the flush, you clean it up and finish composing the flower. The flowers are really full of resin, a wonderful foliage gave us shades of colors from dark purple to light green and the tips of all the buds and violet. The trichomes and hashish pulled off the gloves are scary. so much. lots and lots of resin. The family is sweet-sour, I know Money Maker very much like us and is embellished with Attitude's Californian genetic Runtz. Greenhouse feeding gave us satisfaction from start to finish with a clever use of Enancher. The plant is still colored because I added some bloom. A few words must be said for Greenhouse Seeds who, with this declaration work in partnership with the strains, is doing a pretty good job of clarity. Many strains are children of an unknown mother and this exposes them to a thousand defects. Strain motherfuckers aren't tough they're problematic. Congratulations to Greenhouse always masterpieces. The coco hempy buckets continue to impress. The rate of growth is just insane compared to the conservative nature of hand watered soilless mix. The girls are getting 2 heavy feedings daily, once right before lights on, once at lights off. Responding tremendously. The largest daughter has broken 4 feet this week and hopefully the stretch is coming to a close. Good thing for my headroom. I am having difficulty with humidity this week due in part to the weather, but I feel mostly because of an underpowered ac and mucho transpiration coming from the leaves. Set for second round defoliation in three days and hopefully some break from the heat. Struggling to keep the room under 70 rh right now.

Im doing a bit of defoliation, moreover the leaves that covering the buds, i cut some small branches on the bot of the plants, to keep energy for the distal parts of the branches. Every 2 day approximately, to no stress a lot the plants, I pinch the apex of MD1, MD2 and BB1, that my secondary branches go up, until the height of the apex central. Nutriments : 2,0 mL/L of rhizotonic, 2,5 mL/L of cannazym every watering. 2,0 mL/L of terra vega every 2 or 3 watering in case of they need (N) until the final of the strecht (first 2 weeks of bloom). I will put 5L every watering (pots of 18L) and I will analysed the drain of every plants to check pH and the fertilizer amount. Im really proud of theses plants, they are strong, resistant (the trunks are huuuge, moreover the Moby dick from Dinafem) and so healthy !! The MD 3 has reacted really really good with the topping ! Im impressed and quite sure do topping next time ;) I hope they will give me the best of themselves !!!! Lets wait the final of the strecht 😉

Now into flowering the girls are growing many white hairs and slowly chunking up. Some look urhter along than others into the actual forming oi buds. Looking good.

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites. Week 8 summary - another busy first few days of LST and some light pruning. Continuing to spread her out as much as we can, trimming fans where needed to get as much light to as many growth tips as possible. It's been a process lately but it should pay off. Tried to get the best pics I could of the extreme bend in the main stem as per the video, The two lowest side branches are actually buried in the medium and we've been doing everything we can to keep the canopy even with the neighbour kush. Here's hoping @stinkfox has never seen an NL strain stretch as much as this 😉. If my man is right, we're gonna end up with a height issue but whatever 😎. At this point I've got two healthy plants that are primed to blow the F$&%K up! Now about the flip, I'm gonna run another week of veg. I think just for the hell of it. They’ll spend a first week or so under a cfl assembly while the last harvest dries out in the cabinet. This is our 2nd grow of an NL strain and this one should be typical of NL in terms of resilience. That said, she’s a former cup winner so we’re hopeful for supreme quality this time around. 👍 Gonna jack up the nute shed. and supplements heavy throughout the grow in the hopes of really testing the limits of my grow space (approx. 2sq/ft). This last week shit got really frosty !! The monkey berries is wicked the terps are creamy sour milk and cherry halls mmmmmmm I’m thinking about 7 to 10 days more then start flushing the monkey berries . Slurricane is putting on the weight like there’s no tomorrow and frosty too with 4 weeks to go she will be my best run by far, terps grapefruit and sweet skunk

Week 10 D70 coming along nicely, still has a ways to go. As she only started stigma 20 days ago, well in or around that. For 5 nodes in total she is doing really well you can see all the energy is focused on making nice dense close together buds that should all form into nice big long colas, well to me, that's the way it looks like it's growing. Only flowering 20days looks a lot longer than that right? What do you think? 19/3/22 As you can see I have the RH as best as I can get in my grow room, I've installed the smart fan and inserted the sensor giving me 57%RH/75F in the tent, with the light off, it's rather hot today, much hotter than normal, it's normally 21c in my room it's 24.5 today. RH is at 50% in room, hopefully by installing my old intake fan in the lowest part of my tent and suck out 80% While 100% gets blown in on top will bring the tents RH to the same as the room, that's the hope anyways. Of having my smart intake fan suck in 50RH and a bottom intake fan at the end sucking out older air at a lesser speed had it running for 8hrs, no change in humidity whatsoever just dropped the temp by 1.5c. I think the fact I have a 70x70 with so many plants has set the RH and thankfully it's not what it was which was touching on 80rh at some days. A bigger tent and I'll really be able to dial in my grows now I have all the tools to control RH/TEMP from S/H. For now 57%RH when it's low and 62% when the lights are on for a few hours. Stays around 57-60% atm for around 85% of the time. Temp is constant and doesn't change without my control within a range of 4-6c change difference, this number I have no problem in changing and I'll be making my tent a lot cooler after this wk ends. I'll be keeping her at 18c with lights off and 28 with lights on. As for this plant she is a little gem. For 5 nodes she has a lovely shape and in this plants case there really is nothing that should be done to it at this stage, just let her beauty unfold. gottagrowsometime

Hi all 🧑‍🌾 Welcome to my 🍌💜👊 week update. Hope everyone keeping well and having a great week😁 Thank you so much for so much support on this bananas ride 🙏💜💚💜💚 Everything still going pretty well. Girls are developing and stretching like crazy. Athena currently Dec 14 90cm and main stem of Xena is not far of this height either. Unfortunately noticed first signs of calcium deficiency(my opinion) on Athena. Thankfully started feeding both girls with calmag weeks back but the dosage wasn't not enough for Athena. Started small treatment very next day on Dec 11 (see description below) I belive got my baby back on right track. Week 9 Dec 11-17 Dec 11 Watering was planned for Tuesday but due to calcium deficiency decided for a little treatment. Watered both girls with mixture of reduced content of growth nutes by 50% calmag at 1.2 ml per ltr. Reduced solution PH to 6.2 as apperently it's ideal for calcium consumption. Over period 4h I have watered Athena with 5ltr with couple runoffs. Xena 3ltr. Total of 7-10 leaves affected mainly at top colas close to the light. Dec 12-13 Purely observation and all looking well. Of course all affected leaves will progres of showing signs but good news is that growth and development booming and don't see any new leaves with symptoms. Very nice trichomes development in recent days and more and more colours. Dec 14 Second watering for this week 6.5l Increased calmag to 1.4ml per ltr and if still things will be looking well reduce to 1 or 1.2 on next feeding. Dec 15 Very nice respond on yesterday feeding. They definitely fatten over night and getting more and more frosty. Will need to remove some foliage soon as getting extremely bushy again. Dec 17 Xenas main stem top cola almost touched the light today. Tied her to left side of the cabinet, applied selective defoliation on both girls, tied few branches to netting and on the end of this busy day a third watering for this week. 7 ltrs beetwen both. Runoffs Xena PH6.4 Athena 6.3. Very nice week have to say. I belive that calcium deficiency on Athena is no longer a case here and both girls developing very nicely. This plant has a solid stench of pure ripe lemons. So much aroma and color in every bud, purples, to dark green, to lime green, to solid frost. This one definitely a fun strain to watch grow and tend too for the last few months. She’s definitely a hungry girl, seemed to be the only strain out of the three that accepted and thrived with full feed nutrients. Would definitely recommend this Strain to someone For a nice uplifting day smoke, also seems to do me good for some pain and stress relief.
