The buds smell a little like standard weed not so special but that doesn't surprise me as the plant looked in bad shape almost the whole grow. Exited to see some return on the hash, will be making fresh frozen so that should be cool.

This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My AK-47XL is short under 3 feet and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. The buds forming don’t have many hairs yet but the trichomes forming on the sugar leaves are visible. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are tight throughout. This may be a concern for bud rot if the rain and humidity return. I’ll keep a close watch, but so far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. End of week four and plants still look great to my eye. Stretch is finished and now the plant is really going to focus on flower development so the next few weeks should show a lot of growth of the flowers. The smell is starting to really become noticeable. It’s hard for me to pinpoint but it almost smells like sprite but extra lemon limey. I’m thinking around 5-6 more weeks until she’s ready to chop. We shall see.

Honestly, the difference from the end of week one to now being in the middle of week two is actually insane. I wasn’t even sure if this plant was going to make it or not because my other one did not. The 🌱 has definitely blown up and is responding well to basically everything. I did have one issue with watering her and leaving the lights on.. DUH 🙄 Otherwise she’s looking healthy at least to me. Correct me if I’m wrong. Haha. Big learning experience for me!

Hoping these girls start to bulk up soon. This is all organic- just being fed with water, glucose, and the Gaia Green soil bloom nutrient top dressings every other week. Goal is to see what I can do with bare minimum and then press the yields with nutrient feedings in the future. Anyone with organic growing experience - these look normal size for where we are at in flower? I know we have a month or so to go but the roots seem to be pretty compacted at this point in 5 gallons pots. I think I’d go to 3 - 10 gallon fabric pots for next grow. Let me know what works best for you.

Started training this week with bud clips, removed lowest branch and fan leaves on main stalk. Plant is performing well. I'll give it a final topping this week and transplant into 5 gallon pot.

Hi Growmies, This was her last week, as she was cut down at the end of the week;) I fed her Final Part another 3 days and then changed the reservoir to PH-ed tap water with Flash Clean for 5 days. Dimmed back the light to 50%. I took out her from the tent for an inspection and I saw more and more milky trichomes turning to amber. This is a clear sign of her maturing beautifully. After she went with another girl from for 48 hours of darkness before she was chopped.🌱⚔️ Her root ball was looking healthy and much better after the flushing process so next time, I'm sure I won't be using powder silicate because it only made the roots tangled. The total number of flowering days was 65 since we changed the light cycle to 12/12. I moved her to the drying tent with 55% RH. She is sharing it with the Dos-si-dos’33 girls. They will remain there as long as needed. Will come with a longer report next week as I have a lot of thoughts in my mind about this journey to Japan with her.💚🇯🇵 Have a lovely weekend fellow cultivators! Peace🏻

8/9/25 This is a gorgeous plant. Lavender purple buds with long thin bud structure and long spikey pistils shooting up everywhere. She started looking a little hungry so I tossed in some dr earth 396 8/14/25 Pistils are starting to change and she's producing a strong fruity stank too her with a back end funky smell. While working with the other plants I could smell her over and over again. Applied some cal mag in the form of uprising foundation. And will continue to add microbe charge Still tweaking the auto water set up. Trying to keep it between soaked and only partially watered. Maybe it's the drip heads
