Day 36: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: I removed a few more leaves here and there and did one last round of LST (low stress training). 🌿 The plants are looking great, and I'm going to let them recover now before sending them into the flowering stage. I'm really excited to see them start blooming in 2-3 weeks! Also, a quick update on our temperature issue: today, the temperature stayed below 26.8°C, which is great news! However, we still need to find a solution to keep the humidity levels up. Our 360 m³/h exhaust system isn't able to maintain the required humidity level. I've calculated that we need a humidifier that can evaporate 1800ml/h to maintain 60-70% humidity, which would help manage the temperature better. Does anyone have tips for a good humidifier or other methods to control the humidity and temperature? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Day 37: Hey everyone! Tomorrow, we're planning to buy some Cal-Mag because we suspect the yellowing leaves might be due to a calcium-magnesium deficiency. We're also going to get a pH test kit to make sure everything is balanced properly. Do you think this is a good idea? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Day 38: Hey everyone! Quick update: it turns out the yellowing leaves were due to a nitrogen deficiency. We increased the fertilizer dosage today, so the plants should start looking better in 4 to 5 days. 🌿 Thanks for all the support and suggestions Day 39: Hey everyone! Another quick update: after increasing the fertilizer yesterday to address the nitrogen deficiency, it should take about 4 to 5 days for the yellow leaves to turn green again. 🌿 We're already seeing improvements! The plants have grown significantly and are developing a dense canopy once more. It's great to see them bouncing back so quickly! Day 41: "Hey everyone! Quick update: we've removed the bands we were using for LST (low stress training) and are now letting the plants grow freely. 🌿 We plan to keep them in the vegetative phase for about one more week before transitioning them to the flowering phase. Excited to see how they continue to develop!"

KKKK omg 986 g wet with branches, and trimmed only the parts that were very dry. The smell is moderately strong, very sweet and pleasant. I believe that once dried, trimmed, and cured it will yield around 160-200 g. For the flush I did the following: I used 15 L of water with Flawless Finish and left it for 12 hours. After that, I rinsed with 5-liter increments until the runoff PPM was below 250, which took 100 L of water. I let it dry for 72 hours and harvested today. ________________________________________________________ 15 days later.... 170g weight dry sweet+coffee smells 8/10 low high

This week I defoliated slightly for better air circulation and improved light penetration, mainly removing leaves blocking budsites that had purple petioles. They seemed to respond good. Also foliar sprayed with light potash solution, upped pk with guano and provided micros with seaweed extract. Feed EOD and water with silica in between feeds. RH now around 50-50% most of time. Improving air circulation is now top priority on to-do list

When I began the contest I had only grown Magic Melon once before (last winter), it grew in an 18 litre pot, became around 4 feet tall, and completely filled a 3'x3' tent. A friend of mine successfully grew a seed I gave them this summer in a container about 4 litres and the plant was considerably smaller. The fact that it can be successfully grown in less than 250mL is astonishing, I have buds from the one grown last winter that are bigger than the can I grew this one in. Harvested 91 days from sprout.

Whats up GD !!! ------------- GROWTH------------- Topped both plants, the bigger one, it is 3 days younger than the other, and seems to have faster development, more vigorous.. I think the reasons could be the pheno or the level of root development, i ll explain it : C#1 was in a yogurth as seen on photos and having all the sun. C#2 was in a wider recipient, lower in height, and in a room with poor light. I watered both plants at the same time, C#2 got curvy leaves when watered, i think maybe she likes near dry soil, or cant handle that level of humidity in the roots ... in my opinion she has less developed roots and the pot hadnt enought holes to let the air come in, the oposite of C#1, that seems to handle better humidity and is eating all she can, getting fluorescent green below sunlight. D1 is a bit more hybridy than D2 (and/or just stronger). No tiredness from D2 D1 tastes amazing in vape, better than D2 but something about D2’s smoke is nice - the geranium undertones. Bottom line D2 is perfect day smoke After curing 3 weeks: D1 lemony and sweet, really good flavor profile D2: earthy-floral (ocimene), woody-pine, def most unique odor profile Flavors: D1: lemon (w grinder), apple (top note), sweet (top note) D2: berry (?), flowers (geraniums), tropical (?), pine; spices (not sure which)

D43/V39 - 13/05/23 - Changed water , added nutes until EC=0.9 D44/V40 - 14/05/23 - Defolation - Added water EC= 1.1 pH 6.5 D45/F01 - 15/05/23 - Start flowering. Monitoring water from maximum to above, for the week out D46/F02 - 16/05/23 - Continuing LST. Sooooo impressed with the size & quality of the buds😳 Super dense & sticky✂️ The smell is sweet fruity mix berries🤤🍓

Week 7 and things are just bobbing along. The bud sites are starting to flesh out nice and it's getting a bit stinky in the tent. The buds are smelling very unripe, super green, but I can sense how it'll deepen and get sweet and pungent. The last watering was with the same ratio of fertilizer - which is now around 1/2 strength as recommended on the bottle. I think that went a little too fast on the smaller plants. There's some purpling on the higher up growth. On all of the plants, besides B#2 (which is doing the best, non-topped), they are dropping lower leaves very rapidly. It's probably normal, but the fact that the largest and most successful plant isn't makes me think there's something wrong. Perhaps it's a phenotype thing, or watering for the smaller plants is too much? Anyway, hoping to push this grow out for a few more weeks. Due to COVID-19 I have to move house which is right in the middle of the peak fo these plants blooming. Hopefully it ain't too stressful. Will see how it looks on the other side. Peace 😌

12-29 Taproot on all 5 seeds, so far 4 have popped up above coco. I probably overwatered them. 12-31 all 5 seeds germinated and are growing healthy. I haven't been watering any extra just spraying the seedling dome to keep humidity high. Currently at 81 degrees 80 humidity during the day and 70 at night.

Stopped fishmix and went with just grow. Starting bloom nutes and will build up from there. She is at her half way point. Strains in the tent: Alien sour diesel Easy ryder Blueberry Octopussy

Tento týden u OG Kushe šlo pár obřích plachet pryč a trochu sem je prokřupal. U Gelata proběhlo křupání a toping dvou vrchních větví. Dnes jsem přidal Top Dress páč se to musí dát týden před přepnutím na květ, aby se to dobře vstřebalo do půdy a aktivovali se další mikroorganismy v půdě. No a v den přepnutí proběhne ještě nějaká defoliace. Zalévám 3L každý třetí den zhruba. Tak uvidíme jak to půjde dál. Growu zdar. Jo a ještě sem zapomněl říct kolik toho Top Dress jsem dal. Dává se 4-6g na litr substrátu. Já dal 5g na litr substrátu. Takže Gelato dostalo 55g a každý OG Kush dostal 100g. Teď když nad tím tak přemýšlím, snad to bylo 100g co jsem tam dal. 😁 páč sem si před tím zakouřil. Jo a světlo mám zatím kolem 550-600 ppfd. Jak přepnu tak zvíším ppfd na můj max. Což je nějakých cca 850 ppfd. Tak dík za přečtení a ještě jednou Growu zdar.

Wow, what an amazing strain to grow and harvest! She grew so well and never caught PM from her roommates the entire grow! Her buds were fucking thick and fat, as well as tall. Smells wonderful and HIGHLY RECOMMEND growing this strain...you will be greatly rewarded! She grows easy, trains easy for LST/HST, and produces dense thick buds.
