The flowers are beautifully colored.💐💚 The scent is extremely sweet and reminiscent of strawberries..🍓😛 The weather is not good, it's summer and it's still raining. The worst summer in the last 10 years.. Temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius during the day, dropping below 15 at night.. Despite the weather, the flowers still look very good, the humidity outside is high and I'm afraid of mold. The air in the greenhouse is maximally circulated.. After a thorough inspection, no mold was found, I'm very happy that it's not raining on my beautiful flowers. I add Plagron to the maximum, the flowers love it..

1/5/2020 - Finally! Changed her over to the "Early Bloom" nutes. Reduced FloraGro and increased FloraMicro and FloraBloom as well as added Liquid KoolBloom. As you can see she is unbelievably happy and those two pictures of the leaf issues are the only places she has shown any issues. I was only able to see these as a result of removing her from the tent. Had I not done so, I wouldn't have known about them until harvest day. Anyways, buds are starting to form and she has started slowing down, nearing the end of stretch. Hopefully she will peak out about here so her buds will stay in the optimal 30-40cm distance from the light. This should place most of her primary buds in the 600-700umol range, which is about as optimal as I can get in such a space currently. 11 days from when I switched to 12/12 ladies got there final lst and lollipoped today I will probably defoliate one more time at day 21 of 12/12 and that's all the training She's getting

Well its another update from down under.. and things are getting better with the Caramelo. She got badly burnt from my mistake of using too strong lime sulfur spray to treat spider mites and mold issues before they could take hold. And its kinda worked. lols...the mites are still there but reduced alot in number but I was almost ready to chop her after I saw how badly burnt all her new shoots were. But Im glad I decided to wait a bit as she has recovered faster than expected and while im sure she still has issue at the root level from the rain drenching her for near on a week- she basically stunted after that and never showed much stretch at all when switching to flower-she grew maybe 15cms in height total after that so Im assuming some kind of root rot has her and any harvest will be a bonus. In saying that Im still not going to be suprised if she suddenly dies or gets badly infected with bud rot out of the blue as Im nursing her hard just to get her to this stage and in my experience a nursed plant may produce a yield but it will be weaker than its meant to be and reduced by around 50% of the yield you should have got. if she was indoor id have ripped her out after the sighs she was stunted presented and started over with a new plant. But out doors I dont have that luxury so I will nurse her thru and hope for the best but expect less than average results. Zkittles though is loving life and just LOOK at her!! When you realize she was the same size as the Caramelo when the rain hit and now look at the difference- thats why i say when you see obvious signs of stunting-rip the plant if you can and start over, it may recover but if it was serious then the plant will never show its true potential and you may think those genetics are shit. Ive never grown the Caramelo before now so if i judge it on this result I will say the genetics are shit when the plant likely had root rot from 3 weeks before even switching to flower. And the BC buds hash plant is FINALLY flowering too now. For a 90% indica it sure is taking the longest to flower. I wonder if its the old school genetics at play here-This strain been around since the 70's while the ZkittleZ is a modern hybrid so maybe the newer genetics really are all they are cracked up to be. Thats why I love doing side by side grows out doors with diff genetics and see what they can really do. You should see my mates BC hashys- lmao, he said he wanted bigger plants than last year as he got "bonsai" plants from someone else. Now he has to tie down trees that are growing over his 6ft fence!! And they only just went into flower last week. But on that note- Will update more now as things progress towards harvest. Great week for these girlies, they’re 6 days into transition and started to give me some real good stretching! They’ve got so many sturdy branches I’m hoping when flower triggers they go crazy and I’m very sure they will! Weed seed express continue to astonish me! There strains are so stable! That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked.
