Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. Week 2 under the TS1000, another week to go and the girls will start flowering 😁 excited about all these yummy fastbud strains! The next week i will add another TS1000 to this girls as my other grow will finish!

9-9 Recharge 750 ml Removed first leaves, bud site not ready. 9-11 Day 17 She was getting kinda tall, so over she bends! She was stubborn, but resistance is futile! Bent the day before water. 9-12 Big water, around 2-2.5 liters. Brought soil to where it should be. Will try to maintain 45-55% on eco witt. 9-14 This thing is growing great! Little sad I had to remove a top leaf. Just no way around it. Pistols for 3-4 days. Starting flower tomorrow and top dressing! Lets go! Leafs up!

Cut the plant and let hanging upside-down for 1,5 weeks by 50-55% RH and 17-21°C. Was very easy to trim - wet as well as dry sugar leaves both goes smoothly and fun. Left dried and trimmed buds burp for another week. Made DME extracts. Tested both weed and extracts, strong pleasure :) It was handy and fun to grow on GD as always - thank you guys! Well, the drought stress in week 11 really fucked my plants up, but Twiggy recovered, while Zoey was hurt pretty bad. If I did nothing, I'm betting harvest would've been 25% more, and Zoey's buds wouldn't look so crappy, but overall, I was so happy with this grow! I was under a time crunch, so only did minimal veg for 4 weeks, topping once. Daily watering with 1.8EC mix that was pretty consistent. Kept pH between 5.5 and 5.8. Kept tight control on humidity and temperature up to mid flower, then kept air circulation on to keep room humidity around 55% Things I'd do differently: 1. Veg longer - I'd love to try a mainline 2. Canopy control - wish I had spent the time on a SCROG screen, or at least a couple of rings. 3. More light sooner into flower. Waited about 4 weeks into flower before maxing out the light. Probably could've bulked them up significantly if I started earlier 4. Drought stressing - For Fucks Sake, keep a close eye on your plants, and the minute they start to wilt, get the water back on 'em!!! 5. Measure your run-off more frequently for salt build-up. Didn't have any problems, but it's a good best practice. 6. Set up proper closed-loop environment to allow for CO2 enrichment. 7. Set up a clone environment before you get to flower. Oops. Things I was happy with: 1. VPD control system (heat, humidity) during veg and early flower worked flawlessly. Never any nute burn, and super healthy plants. 2. Sterilized soil and grow-room before starting - never had a single bug or any mold/mildew issues. Used a MERV 13 filter on the air intake, exhaust through carbon to crawlspace. 3. Coco/perlite mix - super drainage, low build-up, very healthy roots. 4. Power meter - neat way to measure what's really going into the grow, so when your wife complains about power usage, you can show her the real numbers. 5. Photone app on Android S20 - Knew where my PPFD was for optimal growth control. 6. REX-C100 PID controller for toaster oven - super tight temperature control comes in handy for decarbing as well as toasting oak for moonshine.

Week 6 (20/94 - 26/04) D36: - D37: 0.8 liter of tap water. D38: - D39: - D40: - D41: 0.5 ml of Calmag, 1.5 ml of Bio-grow, 2 ml of Bio-bloom into 1 liter of tap water @ pH 6.3. Out four days for vacation, during these days the plant stretched a lot and start showing some orange spots on lower leaves. Moreover, there are first signs of flower. D42: -

Very easy genetics did only topping at 21st day and just light feed throughout,she is very thirsty for cal-mag from early flowers ,not very much purple going on but i can see some pink going around ,produced very big colas ,now whole plant hanging to dry for about 7-10 days and will update soon 🌞🌞💚✂️😍 End result im pretty happy with love the purple colours too will defo run this again 💚💚💨🍑

Well I have cutting down the nutes that after this I will start to flush her. I think she still need like 12 to 14 days. But for now she is doing very fine. The smell is amazing and the Trichomes are showing so much! Well see ya next week again.😀

2/26 to 3/03 Veg Days 8 to 14 Week 2 Not much to talk about here. They took to the soil as expected with no issues. Feed this week was 2 cups of 6.3ph RO water twice with 4 days between and 4 days after the last feed. Feed plan next week will increase the amounts to 2.5 cups of plain-no-nute water with about 4 days between feeds. I still want to see the water run through, so if I need to use more than 2.5 cups I will. The idea is to water deep and through, but then make them search for more before the next feed, hopefuly spreading the roots out while doing it.

After 48 hours of darkness, the time had come and the Papaya Cookies were ready for harvest. I decided to dry it in a drying net, because it has grown very densely due to the not so successful training (to reduce the risk of mold). Dry weight and smoke report follow after curing. Stay tuned...
