Update day 57 Pflanzengröße 1.70 von Topf Boden 💪

Habe mich hier gerade registriert, weswegen ich dieses Diary erst ab der 10. Woche anfange. Kurz zur Erklärung: Wir hatten eine Tangerine Dream Auto von Barney's Farm im 3L-Topf mit einer Habibi-LED-Lampe von Crescience. - Allerdings ohne Zelt, da wir uns das Leben einer Cannabispflanze als totale Newbees mal anschauen wollten. Sie wuchs zierlich (wurde aber auch schon über 50 cm groß) und brachte kleinere aber schöne Blüten. Allerdings war sie durch unsere Ahnungslosigkeit und meine Ernährungsfehler so gestresst, dass sie gezwittert ist und sich sogar selbst bestäubt hat. Die Pflanze, um die es in diesem Diary geht, ist ein Samen von ihr ( - also kein "echter" BF-Strain). Mittlerweile ist sie ab Erdboden 175 cm groß mit einer 35 cm langen Kola auf dem Haupttrieb. Eine echte Long Tall Sally. Das "Zelt" ist eine Improvisation aus einem Gitterregal mit nur noch einem Boden, an dem die Lampe hängt, und einem darüber geworfenem Grow-Zelt. Da das Prachtstück aber mit Topf knapp 2 m hoch ist, steht das Gitterregal zusätzlich noch auf vier gleich dicken Büchern. ;-) Am Anfang machte ich ihr gleich Stress, da ich sie zu spät umtopfte. Fette Ringwurzeln im kleinen Anzuchttopf waren die Konsequenz. Nachdem ich die etwas zerissen hatte, damit sie aus dem Teufelskreis wieder raus kommt, dauerte das Warten 3 lange Tage. Aber dann ging's los - als ob nichts passiert wäre. Ich füttere die Pflanze locker und etwas schwächer nach dem Feeding-Plan von Crazy Hills (aktuell WK 5 der Blüte). Die einzige Ausnahme ist, dass ich jedem Gießwasser der Pflanze - von der Wiege bis zur Bahre - als Prophylaxe CalMag hinzufüge. Ich habe zuviel gelesen und gehört, was Growen unter LED angeht. Sie scheint es zu mögen, zumindest sagen die Blätter nichts Gegenteiliges. :-)

06/12/23 - Day 0 Here we go again!! After a successful run of 3 strains, I've decided to pop a 3 pack of MilkyWay F1 from RQS. 3 seeds are in a wet paper towel, inside a plastic sandwich bag, into a dark warm cupboard. Im hoping they all germinate!! LET'S GROW!!! 08/12/23 - Day 2 from seed All 3 seeds have cracked and tap roots have come out, so i've put them in the peat pots. I mixed coco coir and perlite at 70/30. I've also decided to add a teaspoon of DYNOMYCO’s Mycorrhizae in each little pot too. 10/12/23 - Day 4 2 out of 3 have sprouted, the 3rd isn't too far behind. 11/12/23 3 out of 3 are out and thriving!! we're well within schedule and we're off to a very good start!! 12/12/23 - Day 6 I've decided to move all 3 into their final pots today! I'm using Plagron AllMix in 12L pots with a nice big drip dish. Into the tent they go!!!

She has developed perfectly up to now 👍. It will be harvested in the next 10-14 days. Until then, she still has enough time to use up all her nutrients. The trichomes are already 60% milky, 30% clear and 10% amber. This week it was poured 3 times with 1.2 l each. As always, the tent was cleaned and everything checked. Have fun with the update. It has now been 7 days since switching the light schedule to 12/12. The plants received a compost tea feeding, and the wick irrigation system is working exactly as intended. So far, it has been performing exceptionally well.

What a journey it has been from seed! I made a lot of mistakes in the first few weeks of this growing journey. I feel like I had a mini-crash after finishing the first year of grad school, and although I am growing cannabis as part of my research project, I haven't been the greatest at paying attention to it. This is not an excuse. It has actually been a learning opportunity. I realized that my body needs proper schedules to function and grow, just like a plant. The problems with the plant have really been my own problems. Let's just say that a plant may be the reflection of the grower. First, the light cycles were wrong and inconsistent. I thought that I could manually control the light schedule for the plants and be alright. However, I was wrong. My sleep schedule has been very inconsistent for the past few months. Mainly because we are living through a pandemic, and secondly because I am a graduate student 😂. How naive was it of me to think that a plant could follow my own rhythms? I guess it highlights my 'plant blindness.' Second, the light intensity was low and PH levels high. In the last five days, I have learned that plants are living organisms (I knew this, but my plant blindness is quick to dismiss it, I need to stop fighting these "plant voices" (signals)) that require a proper environment to grow, similar to humans. Of course, a plant is not human, but it is alive and living. It needs water, a regular schedule (light (active) /darkness (rest), oxygen, nutrients, and an overall good environment to grow. Concern about the size of my plant at five weeks, I decided to conduct a few experiments at home. Here are my notes: Friday, July 23, 2021, I took the plant out of the tent at 6:00 AM and placed it in front of my backyard window that faces the Eastside, perfect for sunrise. On that day, I had a few errands to run, and when I arrived home, it was 2:30 PM. The sun was now hitting the West side of my house, and I had to move the plant in front of my bedroom window. At around 7:00 PM, I went to look at the plant and noticed that its leaves were looking plumpy. So, I decided to take a timelapse to see what I would be able to record. During "magic hour" (sunset), I recorded and witnessed the plant moving with the rhythms of the sun. Plant, like humans, function at their best when they are synchronized with their circadian rhythm. The pandemic has definitely disoriented us to the point that it has disrupted all of our schedules. To this day, I feel tired from everything we have all been through; how could I possibly think that a plant would thrive with such a messed-up schedule? The time lapse made me realize that the plant needs some structure to thrive, and so do I. So, as much as I like to think that I can be disciplined and follow a plant's schedule, I cannot. So, I went to the store and bought the Globe Suite smart plug to automate and schedule the light cycle to 12hrs of light and 6 hours of darkness. Saturday, July 24, 2021, the plant woke up to the set schedule of the lights. I checked on the plant first thing in the morning, around 9:30 AM. The leaves look much greener and thicker than they did the day before. Sunday, July 25, 2021. I was away overnight and did not arrive home until 2 PM. The plant looks twice the size it was on Friday! Today, I will water the plant. I got a PH test kit and realized that the way that I measured the PH level, the first few weeks was wrong 🤦‍♀️🏽. I measured the PH correctly, to 5.9, and added some Reefertilizer grow nutrients to the water. I watered from the top, distributing the water evenly around the stem. My partner pointed to me that the lights seemed dim for the stage of the plant's life. So I had my lights set at 100 watts running at 20 % 😅. I realized that I had not increased the light intensity since the first few weeks of vegetation 🤦‍♀️🏽. So I increased the intensity to 100 watts running at 60%. Monday, July 26, 2021. First check-in 7:00 AM: The plant looks like it loves all of the new changes that I have made! It is finally growing 🤗 The sun is out, but it is not as intense as it should be because tiny particles of smoke are present in our air due to the wildfires, and they create a filter that makes the human eye see the sun blood red. It is quite apocalyptic. Regardless, I decided to take the plant out from the tent and record a time-lapse. It is fascinating how much movement plants have despite showing no noticeable signs of movement (to the human eye). Tuesday, July 27, 2021. It has been five days since I have made big changes to the plant's schedule and environment. The plant is finally showing good signs of growth, and its leaves colours have changed to a deep green. I am not watering the plant today, but I am spritzing it with water. I decided to take another time-lapse of the plant, but this time inside the tent. As I was setting up the tripod for my camera, I accidentally increased the humidifier 🤦‍♀️🏽. Luckily, I noticed within a reasonable timeframe and reduced the humidity and made the environment better. I increased the light intensity to 100 watts at 100%. The plant will stay in the tent all day today because it is raining ☔️.

@MephistoGenetics, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. 🌿 Week 10: The Final Countdown & The Autumn Fade 🍂 The Vibe: We’ve officially entered double digits! The tent is a jungle of smells, and the air is thick with a mix of sweet pineapple, heavy cream, and that funky cheese undertone. Most of the white pistils have now tucked in or turned orange/brown, and the plants are starting to pull mobile nutrients from the larger fan leaves the "autumn fade" is officially here! The Ladies: Pineapple Express F1: Still the undisputed Queen 👑. Her main colas are rock hard and coated in a sticky layer of resin. She’s starting to show some beautiful purple/yellow hues in her fan leaves as she nears the finish line. White Runtz: The "Chonk" of the tent! 🍩 Even though she the tallest girl is the tent, her bud density is incredible. The frost on the Runtz is next level it looks like she’s been dipped in sugar.(And she is now drying) Blue Cheese F1: My little rebel. 🧀 She stayed compact and "boujee" with her 3-fingered leaves until the end, but don't let her size fool you the smell coming off her is the most pungent in the tent. She’s finally stopped that weird side-branch stretching and is putting all her energy into ripening those dense little nuggets. Care & Nutrients: Feeding: This is the last week of full nutrients. I’m still using the Bio-Bloom and Top-Max combo, but I’ve started tapering down the Fish-Mix and TNT Complex to let the plants use up their stored nitrogen. Watering: They are thirsty! I’m still giving about 1L per plant every other day, ensuring the pH stays steady at 5.5-6.0 to avoid any late-stage lockouts. Environment: Keeping the humidity lower (around 45-50%) now to prevent any bud rot issues since the flowers are so dense. Temperatures are steady at 27°C lights on. Next Steps: It’s all about the jeweler's loupe now. I’m checking trichomes daily. We are looking for that perfect 10-20% amber ratio before we start the final flush. It won’t be long now! I'm really proud of this for a second grow! For the amount of space and the light that I'm using, i feel like my buds should stack better but at least I have real goals to meet for the next grow. I'm not looking to get lbs, but I do want great quality flowers that are visually stunning. I would DEFINITELY recommend Native Sun Genetics to anyone, beginner to advanced! This isn't a hi-yielder to start with anyway, but it's still one to look for!

Incroyable germination des grande gotti, 48h sortis de terre, c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive d’habitude elle racine en 48h et sorte en 5/7jours. Hâte de voir ce que ça va donné! Comme à mon habitude, mes amis les mouches de terreaux font un excellent travail de résistance, depuis que je cultive en intérieur, elle me montre un beau soutient en dévorant, culture après culture les racines de mes plants et à ralentir leur croissance. J’ai fini par m’y habituer après avoir tous essayé pour les éradiquer, je croix que je vais devoir être continuellement attentif face à cela, c’est comme ça! Malgré cela les plantes poussent, lentement mais elles résistent, je pense que c’est grâce à la qualité des graines, je n’ai jamais eu de perte avec Khalifa Genetic, leur variété sont incroyablement résistante à toute épreuve, taille, lst , hst, art bonsaï, ravageur, le froid et bien d’autre. Purple Freak et aladdin kush se porte bien. Une des deux graines inconnu devrais être soit une aladdin kush ou une Persian Prince Et la deuxième est une qui est tombé de mon ancienne session où j’ai fais une récolte de graine , vu l’emplacement je pense que ça devrais être un croisement entre putang (mass médical) et aloha blues x balkh (resurrection genetic)

Donutz Final Report - Harvest Week After just over 8 weeks of flowering, the Donutz have been harvested, marking the end of an incredible journey. The plants have gone from vibrant, healthy beings to dense, sticky buds that will soon be ready for consumption. Key Updates: Harvest Time: After monitoring the trichomes closely, it was time to harvest the Donutz plants. The buds had reached their peak maturity, with trichomes showing a perfect mix of cloudy and amber hues. Final Observations: The purple phenos added some amazing color to the grow, and the smell was out of this world, like a sweet bakery in full swing. The buds are looking promising, and now it’s time to cure and enjoy the fruits of this beautiful grow. Next Steps: Harvest & Cure: The buds are drying and will soon be placed into jars to cure. It’s now a waiting game to allow the flavors and potency to develop fully. Smoke & Harvest Review: The official harvest and smoke review will be coming in about 10 days, once the buds have been properly cured. I'm still feeling like a lazy grower with the Minigrow One doing all the LST 😅. The growlights make sure the plant stays naturally short and bushy. There's not much work to do but make sure she's hydrated. I may have to defoliate one of these days but that's about it. No buds showing just yet, let's see if they develop in the coming days!
