The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Girls doing well but have run into some calcium deficiency which will hopefully be fixed soon.

Overall, this is 9th week of flower for the entire F'22 grow season. With French Macaron beginning week 7 flower and Afgooey #1 and #2 in mid-week 5 of flower. The Afgooey #3 is just starting to form tiny budlets after an extensive defoliation as she's squatty with lots of foliage. Updates & Observations - a lot of maintenance this week from continual ph'ing and flushing as Afgooey #2 has joined the French Macaron with low ph runoff readings. Given I'm growing in a living soil mix with periodic top dressings and teas every 7-10 days, I'm stumped. So, no more feedings for the French Macaron until harvest. Decided that next watering I will flush both girls with fresh rain water captured/stored which I have stored outside in 30 gallon barrels. Rain water tested at 7.2 ph, which to me is good enough for the flushing. It's raining for 3-4 days next week, so this will exhaust existing supply and replace with fresh rain water. Perfect timing. Will update next week.

Day 15 start of week 3 plant is still flying along but have started noticing a few deformities on the new growth sites. I don't know if it's anything to worry about but will ask the community anyway so see what is said by more experienced growers. Not long completed the first lot of LST. Happy with how that went and think pre bending the plant was a good idea to get it ready for the LST. Will do some more every 3 to 4 days depending on growth and try and get as many bud sites as possible exposed to the light. Day 16 was being paranoid about the deformities as they've grown out healthy. Did a little bit more LST by tucking a few of the larger fan leaves down to expose more growth sites. Overall still really happy with how its coming along. Day 17 noticed the skewers I was using for LST were slightly restricting the stem from growing so I have removed them and replaced them with skewers topped with soft adjustable hooks made from wire coating and twisted vaping wire. I have also done a little more LST to expose some growth sites that have got bigger overnight. Day 18 done quite a bit more LST today and pinned down a few more branches to expose new growth sites. Hopefully I haven't stressed her too much. Day 19 noticed a little bit of nitrogen burn on the tips of the new leaves. Will keep an eye on it and just feed water for now. Still looking good though. Day 20 shes looking a lot less stressed today and I haven't seen any new nitrogen burn on the new growth so maybe I just caught it in time. Gave her a little plain water and have tucked a few fan leaves but nothing major. Hopefully she will start to gain a little height now and I won't do any more LST until it is necessary. Day 21 have spoken with people far more knowledgeable than myself and will make some changes over the next week. Mainly lowering temperatures and humidity but also lifting the light a little as the leaf curl hasn't stopped. Its no where near as bad as it was. Anyway there's still plenty of new growth and she doesn't seem stunted at all even if she is stressed.

So I had absolutely no ill effect on the plants at at all moving from the green buzz veg feed too the house & garden soil a&b feeds, I did not even given them a water only inbetween the two, I also went straight in with 50% the recommended dose stated on the house & Gardens bottles this switched happened the day before week 5 none showed any signed of defects or deficiency intact they exploded into life over night and then every day after that, I have been using the green buzz fast buds as a folar spry appied too the leaves of the early flower formation after lights out, They seemed too love that too and I also kept the note roots going in, I also started too apply C-RESULT at the fullbl dose stated on the bottle, The plants live this stuff if you have not tried it do it, I am not sponcered by c-result I was given this by my local grow store, It brings all the nutrients straight too the roots it states, All I know is this stuff triggers the plants too suck the pots dry in 24 hours, So make sure you have your feed bucket fully in order before adding this stuff as a mistake here could cost you, But get it right and in 24 hours these little autos doubled in size, It states too used week one of flower only and smells like a sewer lol I have today day one of week 6 Started too add house & garden Bud XL at half strength too increase next week and also I added there top shooter at 1ml per liter of water as 7 as I plan too removed all chemicals exactly as of day 1 of week 7 leaving me week 9 clean, I am training all the shooting tips too my scrog netting the best I can due too very limited space in the grow space, And am praying for some of the promised purple leaves on the fast buds Web site, I has on lemon pie this round that is 2 weeks behind the rest due too non germination but I am wondering if a staggered planting each plant exactly one week behind each other would give me a little more canapé space and the treat of harvesting a plant every week, Using the skyline 1000 only I did not too any of these autos 2 x strawberry cheese cake 2 x lemon pie 4 x fyah Sounds like a plan too me, Thanks for reading

Ok the problem was twofold. Soil was wet and my nutrient dose was too low. I was also a bit busy and my peat soil shop closed so I have yet to source it from somewhere I had some deficiencies in this week that are fixed now. Growth was stunted and some leaves yellowed a bit. The problem is I couldn't water them quickly because the soil stays moist for so damn long under this purple crap. Don't get one folks just build Citizen or whatever COBs if you want cheap good led. The pots are pretty thoroughly rooted so I started to feed 700 ppm dose when I could. All the pics are lazy and after spraying or watering cause these were some busy weeks I culled one plant with really thin stems, after practicing my abuse skills Anyway they are going under the CMH later

She has suffered some root damage due to lack of co2 at the root zone so I dried the cup out before I repotted her to give the roots some space. Good news is she seems to be bouncing back. She now stands at 7 cm

Started Germination in a glass of water (pH6,78, used 2 drops). After 24 hours transferd the seeds to a paper towel and moistend it with the water from the cup. After 24 hours you could see minor cracks and some had tiny tap roots. Let them be for another 24 hours after which they developed the tap roots you see in the last 3 video's/photo. Very happy that all the seeds came up. Choose this strain for the high yields and high thc levels.
