Whats Up from Down Under growmies?!! Another update- And its been a week thats for sure. I noticed a few spots of bud rot on some of the Zkittlez main colas- after that rain last week- so being week 7 in flower heading on into week 8, I decided to chop the affected buds and a few around them. After sniping out the mold, its hung up drying now. After speed drying a few nugs to see, it was obvious she wants a week more to put on a bit more weight, she dries out to weight next to nothing but damm is she clean as a whistle!! Very fresh and sweet smell, and taste with a racy head high thats on the short lived side. That also suggests she needs at least a week more if not 10 days. But what can ya do? Its a few Oz easy if it kept its weight. Quite enjoying the smoke though so cant complain. Id be annoyed if it was for sale as it weighs next to nothing, but its not. I ran it super light on nutes the whole way, and prob stopped bloom nutes a week too soon looking back, so light weight is to be expected in early bud. A dose of humiboosta this week was given to help release any remaining nutes in the soil and give the plant a boost in carb production for its last week or so. Hash plant is looking good considering its issues, its fought off mold on its own it seems, I snipped off a few buds that had issues, but all in all its doing well for a runt I fed even less than the others. Colas are looking very fox tailed but also filling in quite well despite that, will be interesting to see what the final buds look like. Gave a final dose of light Bloom nutes and Humaboosta for her last two weeks or so. Project Sour lemon D got a heavy dose of bloom nutes as she basically wasnt fed until I saw the buds were actually buds and not bananas. So second proper feeding since she started flower a few weeks back. And decided to do this weeks diary in the Twilight light, as I noticed the Zkittlez had a Visitor that was settling in for the night to do some hunting, so added a few pics and a vid of him/her also. Trimmed two fan leaves to encourage horizontal growth, watered today with fert. Gently bending leaves downward with hands. Everything seems ship shape.

She's finishing in stride. The tops are still foxtailing and just keep on growing. There's a beautiful red/purple fade becoming on the leaves. The nugs lower on the canopy are insanely frosty. This is the best smelling Superboof cross I've ever smelled, and I smell atleast 1000+ packs each year. Deep Deep Red Fruit Punch + Black Cherry Fruit Punch+ Beautiful Orange Citrus background from the Superboof + sum earthy hashiness from Pure Michigan. My best plant yet in my opinion and a lot has to do with the banging genetics from Homegrown Genetics. I am absolutely blown away and will be running more! Maybe another week? I'm gonna check trichomes today and see how she looks

The stretching was going all throughout Week 4 and into Week 5. One plant has reached 32" tall from where it sprouted and the other has reached 28" tall. Both plants are starting to show trichomes, the taller one more so. Feeding has been every other watering which I've found to be every 3-4 days. I'll be out of town starting on 02/03/2024 and coming back on 02/16/2024 and have asked my friend to stop in and water/feed when the plants need it. If everything goes well, I'm going to be excited to see how these girls have progressed in the 2 weeks I am gone.

A very nice week for this frost machine.. I will remove more pk from her diet this week and lower her feeds to a 1.6ec from Greenbuzz Nutrients Organic Bloom. Lights are at 60% giving 1100umols average. Super sweet smell from this chunky lady. She's gonna be a big producer...🤯😍 Thanks for passing. Grow well 🌿💚🌿🙏🏼

F29 beginning of 4th week of flowering SD3 - initially sweet orange then engine grease SD2 - initially sharp vaseline then engine grease mixed with kerosine.I personally like SD2 more. Even with the stunted growth. SD3 is getting yellow from the bottom and i dont know what to do. I had thrips so i sprinkled diatomaceus earth on top of the soil and rubbed some on the fan leaves and stems. Sorry for the reddish pics

crazy week found drain gnats which explains the green hue of some of my plants the larve are attacking the roots raising the p.h. and the diffecencies are showing in the leaves being lighter and or brown dots on the leaves. using mosquito dunks and spraying neem oil washing the roots to help these ladies out. also im doing things different with the soil vs dwc, i havent done much if any defoliating with potted plants just letting them grow only mainlined once and since in flower very light if any defoliating. any questions comments information feel free to ask or inform im open to critque

Day 21 veg: Her we are at the midway point of the setting up for flowering and theybare all playing nicely so far. All at their 5th nodes and needing a plan for training now. Herz.o.g has been f.i.m.m.e.d now andnhopefully will shoot her 4th and 3rd nodes up to become hopeful mains. She is the biggest of the 6 newer plants by a long shot and seems to be very energetic indeed. Monster mash is the smallest of the group but by no means slouching. she looks nice and healthy and will be trained lst as soon as she has enough growth. Strawberry Cola also on her 5th node and close to being trained , is slightly lighter in colour than her cousins so I am hoping the Megacrop adds some nice green to the leaves for photosynthesis. A steady progressive week for them all. lets see what another week can do. be safe and well
