July 20: smoke arrived this morning to go with our heat wave. Awesome. Starting force flowering this evening. Will put plant in dark garage for 12 h darkness for a couple of weeks to initiate flowering. Already started flowering, but I really want to force it along to improve bud quality by having the buds ripen under stronger sun. In dark garage by 9 pm followed by 730 nm far red light and then out at 7 am. The far red light is a bloom booster because it initiates dark mode 2 h faster and is like getting a 26 h day. So, 10 h in garage plus 2 h from far red light is 12 h darkness and 14 h of daylight. Rock on. July 21: obvious stretch from overnight in the hot garage. Recorded as 14 h daylight with overnight temp listed as 24 C but it was easily 30 C when going into garage. Hot and smoky. Anyway, lots of misting and watering and seems to be doing great. Addded bloom nutes in top dressing at end of last week. July 22: still too hot but she’s still managing to grow. Now up to 40”. July 25: now 44” so four inches in three days. July 26: notably large stretch overnight probably grew another inch. This Blueberry Pie was always neck and neck with my other photoperiod, but she is pulling ahead in height now that flowering is starting. So far so good. Windy today and the plant was catching too much. Defoliated fan leaves in the middle so it’s not so much of a sail. Don’t really want o be removing fan leaves, but was best option. In ground or a bigger bag are not options so gotta make it work. Worth it to be able to move around in pursuit of direct sun. #seedsman420growoff #seedsmanseeds

10/08: I decided to go ahead and remove the little one from the grow. I decided to do this because i had originally planned to only grow one plant in here so i had room for my clones from my other grow. And so i stuck to my original plan. This lady is the smallest plant i have ever grown. She is basically just growing 3 large colas. They are each already nearly the size of a soda can and id guess there is still 3-4 weeks left at least. And so i am slightly nervous that they are going to get too big and that mold will ultimately become a problem. Will see how it goes.

All things good this week! Did my weekly water change on Monday and kept nutrients the same as last week, so right around 3.2-3.3 EC (Gunna start lowering EC around week 6 of flower). Wish I had my reservoir set up since PH has been dropping a little, been using a good amount pf PH up to kept PH around 5.9. Did a lot of defoliation, lollipopping and turned up the lights the slightest amount. Got about another 5 inches of stretch this week and shouldn't see much more. Time for the buds to develop and fill in!!! Terps is coming in strong, like you're walking through an orange field.

Week 3 (30/03 - 05/04) D15: - D16: added a layer of light mix soil to fill the pot and to sustain the plant. 1ml of Root-juice in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 7 D17: - D18: glass of tap water D19: - D20: 1ml of Root-juice in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 7 D21: 1ml of Root-juice, 0.5ml of Bio-grow in 0.5 l of tap water @ pH 6.3 (corrected with 0.25ml of Terra Aquatica pH-)

Coming along nicely. Large number of bud sites, starting to grow but still far from mature. Nice aroma every time I open the tent. Starting to become a bit frosty.

Day 29, giving structure to ghe little baby, trying to multiply branches and giving some attention to the topped one. Day 30 fertisilisation today. Next time just water. LST is still in the middle Day 32 31/10 dinner at 100% now and pushing hard with grow, just watering without fertilisation this time and lamp higher for 2 cm. 09/24: Some training and defoliation today. They are all growing very differently. I heard somewhere that there is only a 1 and 4 chance of these being the level of purple that you see in the pictures on the website. Im really hoping that one of these are and that the fact that all 4 of these are so different is some small indicator of my chance being high. They are growing pretty well. They have access to all of the nutrients and water that they want. My favorite plant is PL2. She has been easy to train and i am loving her compact and consistent growth patters. Im really hoping she turns out to be a purple one. Each of the other 3 have been a challenge to train simply for my own error and them not being very resistant of it. I know, I know, I sound like a rookie blaming the pants for my poor training. But i definitely appreciate the plants that seem to respond to my aggression well. Speaking of my errors, the plant that I broke a large branch from has recovered. Well.. kinda. It healed up but not cleaning, and so i am not sure how well it will support itself during flower. But o am not going to mess with it and will see what happens with it.

На этой неделе произошло много событий: во-первых, когда гнул сломал основную магистраль "красной" растишки. Вроде и делал всё как обычно аккуратно, не поливал перед этим двое суток, и всё равно переломил, да еще и в проблемном месте, да еще и до хруста, ветка едва держалась на тоненькой кожице. Всё-таки склоняюсь к мысли, что гибкость и ломкость растения в том числе зависят от сорта, ведь это случилось не в первый раз в этом цикле. А вы как думаете? Я же смазал место перелома мёдом, и зафиксировал в нужном положении (как происходило восстановление см. на серии фото). Самое грустное, что я сломал её еще раз, уже когда ставил растение под ScrOG, и здесь мы переходим к еще одному событию конца этой недели(установку ScrOG см. на серии фото) После всех манипуляций установил световой режим 12/12🔆 (на 42-й день от каски). So as some may have read and seen, this plant have been growing weird and crazy. But I like it! Today is day 38 of flower for the top half of the plant. If you look close, due to the extreme stretching, the bottom half(circled in blue) didn't start flowering until one and a half to two and a half weeks after the top. So that's gonna have to wait and finish(maybe). I'd be surprised to see it all finish at the same time. But she's looking good!
