3/6/2023 - Day 8 Flower: Not a lot to report. The girls are definitely stretching. Grew about 10 inches in the last week. Did a light foliar today with some Pure Protein Dry. Figured with the significant growth they could use a little extra nitrogen. Even with the recent stretch, I've been real pleased with the node spacing. Looking like they are going to stack real nice. They a drinking much faster now too. They will need to be watered again tomorrow, so they are drinking about 8 gallons a week. Other than some very minimal tip yellowing of a few leaves, thay look healthy as can be. 3/7/2023 - Day 9: watered with 4 gallons of 6.5 ph water. Added Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja as a wetting agent, then added Rootwise Enzyme Elixer, and Bio-Phos, BuildASoil Big 6, BuildABloom, Coconut Powder, Fermented Comfrey and Fermented Peach. I skipped the Pure Protein Dry this time, since I just foliar fed them with it yesterday. 3/9/2023 - Day 11: Added the second layer of trellis netting. I may need to lower it, but I want to wait and see how much more they stretch. Otherwise, everything else looks great. 3/10/2023 - Day 12: lowered the trellis net today and lolipopped the girls. Also watered 6 gallons today, mixing in Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja as a wetting agent, then added TeaCo Super Tea Blend, Recharge, Rootwise Enzyme Elixer, BuildASoil Big 6, BuildABloom, Coconut Powder, Yah-Whey Thrive, and Pure Protein Dry. Today was the first sign of some preflower. 3/12/2023 - Day 14 Flower: the plants did not like something about the last watering. The newest growth is having some severe curling and I discoloring. I'm thinking it has to be either the TeaCo or Recharge, but I've never had problems with either of those before. They were the only thing different about my last watering. They will need to be watered again tomorrow, so I plan to ease up on the nutrients, and definitely will not be adding anymore TeaCo or Recharge. Hopefully they can grow out of this and it doesn't get worse!

This week’s mantra: Don’t fix what isn’t broken. Watering Rhythm: Sticking to plain pH’d water (~6.3) only when the pots feel light. No overthinking, no overwatering. Started the flush last week, these ladies still need some time but contest ends in 18 days. One more week and chop them down.

Flower came in strong and fast! I blinked and she had shot up 4 inches and had started sprouting white hairs all over 😍 no deficiencies showing, I have upped her P and K and will start lowering the N . Did some slight defoliation, but started pulling and strapping her down. Here comes the good part! 🇨🇦❤️🌱😎💨

Looks a beast I minimise handling and hang whole mius a few larger fan leaves so no wet weight but she's got lovley big colas full of frost with a pungent cheesy aroma. Great plant all in all. An early tester I tried smoked great so looking forward to the slow dried version from my dry tent. Parameters are good in ther at 19°c with the humidity set to 55% for the first two days then I up to 60% for the remaining 10 days or so. Then we cure in jars, burping regularly till a stable 62% is reached and then into heat sealed grove bags. I'll check in with the final report after the cure. Almost exactly 11 weeks from seed. Also installed scrog on 4/23. She received her second dose of 4-4-4 on 5/23. Installed Marshydro tsw2000 on 5/31. She received a 15 tablespoon dose of Gaia green worm castings on 6/2. 6/30 gave her a mix of Gaia green all purpose and power bloom. 6/30 switched light to 12/12 cycle. 7/30 gave a full dose of power bloom. Donna Jo is still being watered; -Tuesday with full gp3 (green plant 3 part) plus Cali mag by General hydro PhD to 6.2 roughly 2 litres - Thursday get PhD Cali mag water and Only 1 litre at most. Try not to water Thursday unless she is to dry to make it to Friday -Friday full gp3/ Cali mag PhD 2-3 litres -Sunday full gp3/Cali mag PhD 2-3 litre -Monday/Wednesday/Saturday no water. This week had a pretty major change not just in flower production, but also decided to change tent set up as well. Changes to the tent included ditching the 600w led and the 2x 2000w garbage led lights (i call bs on manufacturer saying they are 2k) These 3 lights are now out and we have stepped up to cmh 315w. Should have bought this cmh 315 right off the hop and not spent the money on led. Now going to cmh the tent run way hotter and has required other upgrades to keep from overheating. The duct system was dual t4 cloudlines running one in and one out off the same control module has now been changed to a T6 cloudline exhausting with a t4 feeding cool/fresh air. Tent jumped 9 degrees with cmh 315 so had to also add the overheat back up plan. Put a 6” inline duct (can fan pushing extra 200 cfm) along the exhaust line closer to window exhaust point which is plugged into an ink bird plug and play thermostat set to 82. This just helps the T6 do a better job with less noise. With these changes I feel way more confident of yielding a higher gram/plant ratio. I believe if you look at last weeks pictures and compare to this weeks you will probably agree with me. You decide .......😀

14.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed grow #1 🌱 We're looking good, nice, strong, and healthy seedling. She started praying after the feeding today. I watered a couple of litres over the last week. I've been watering around the whole pot to encourage root stretching and kick-start the dry amendments and feed the Mycorrhizae. I left the first 2 inches around the seedling until today 🌱 Today, I watered with 500mls of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with: ♡ Black strap molasses ♡ Ecothrive Biosys 18.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed #1 is 15 days old today. She is 3 days ahead of my RQS Northern Lights, which I have topped or fimmed. I planned to do this one, too, but it's not quite ready yet. Otherwise, she's looking very good. We'll see how this week goes and hopefully get it done by the end of the week. 23.3.25: FastBuds Mystery seed #1 is ready to be topped today. I went ahead with alcohol sterilised scissors and cut the two tiny leaves from the centre of the plant. Everything went very well and a clean cut was made. The plant is looking great afterwards.
