Die orange fangen jetzt erst richtig an, Ich denke diese dauern noch 3 Wochen…. Ich gieße natürlich je nach Pflanze mit unterschiedlichen Düngemengen und so er Sorten. Klima sehr gut…. Easy t o trim buds, No budrot to be found even though it are big buds, but not the most compact compared to for example the NEW which i also grew side by side. Overall pleasant grow, but i need to find me a strawberry pheno if that even exist. Thepheno i g ot was just fruity, with slight fuel in the background.

Good days are coming

Week 4 of flower and it’s been a week for the books. The males gizzed all over the females and we spent the better part of a week harvesting the males for pollen, then defoliating and spraying the pollinated females, then going full sanitize on the entire tent… (that part always sucks). Either way, they’re off to the seed making and generally showing a brilliant, yet subtle pink across most phenos. Gonna be pretty cool seeing how the colours develop on these👌. The fact that the pinks are prevalent amongst all plants is very encouraging. Still early for sure - but… potential for something special👍. Terp. Profiles are becoming quite pronounced now too. So far, we’ve got one that smells of a very sweet sorta pine in female #3 and a definitive baked berrry scent in female #1. The hope was always to balance out the earthiness of the Kush which is classic to the strain in terms of taste, just not overly tasty. Again, still early but we might’ve achieved that here on crossing🤞👌. All told and as long as we keep ‘em alive to the finish - we should have tons of seed and a well defined set of partially drilled down traits. Counting 3 discernible potential phenos so far and can’t wait to see what the clones reveal🤟. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts. DAY 49 F: Hi Growmies. It seems that the girl scout cookies have thrown me a curveball by going for another pistil flush !!. I thought they were close to finish , especially #1 who looked ready to trot at the start of the week but as I watched , the pistils began popping up on the plants. With 2 weeks left this was a relief!. A quick finish is never my goal with flowering but not trying this strain before , I did think it may be the auto version finishes quicker. They are now on their dragon force finish feeds for the next week to power those converted nutes to good use. As there are now 3 Girl scouts and only 2 amnesia haze , they are all naturally fading with some beautiful colours among the leaves . The Amnesia are going strong on building the bud stacks and plenty of trichromes build up now too. They are starting to look quite potent and they smell so fruity sweet now. I am keeping the rh at around 55% so far but have plenty of airflow too. All the bud sets are really nicely compacted on these girls so far with the exception of the critical cheese but she is a sativa and only now hitting her true stride. Hopefully her long colas will be formed into long donkey appendages before harvest.!!. I will keep feeding as the Amnesia gets fed as they should finish around the same time too. The tent is filling up with varying strain smells now and when I opent the flap , a sweet , pungent weed and fruit aroma oozes out. Be safe and well

Harvest on Day 95

After 16 weeks, on day 108, it was time to chop her. Did a wet trim job and now she is hanging in a tent with a wet towel at a little to low humidity and a little to high temperature, but it's not possible to manage it better. This plant was really colorful. Love the look of the buds, her deep but also a little sweet smell. She is not super full of resin, but the buds grew very dense. looking forward to try the buds in a vaporizer and will update smoke review then.

I am sorry I haven't updated at all till now! I've been busy and the girls were stressing me out because they are the same strain, in the same tent and have the same light but my left plant is 2 feet shorter than my right and now I have 2 lights on them because of the height difference! But so far they are doing good, had some issues with deficiency, this strain is greedy but so far they aren't too bad! Still got a ways to go!
