Day 68, nothing to say in particular, I'm gonna harvest a plant in few days I think, trichomes are milky. I'm flushing most of them (even if I use organic nutes, I prefer to flush) but still give nutes to the ones without trichomes. Still thinking if I should do a water curing to remove the thrips ? It's my first harvest ever so I don't know if I'm wise enough for that ! I won't be able to harvest them all at the same time. One is almost ready, some other are just showing their first trichomes. But it's okay, I'll use another room to dry them, it should be fine ! They're not very smelly but when I approach my nose, they do smell weed ahah, I can even notice a little smell difference between the plants, must be because they're at a different stage or maybe because they had a hard time and some are healthier.

I sprayed the plants with an organic preparation against thrips and similar pests and if there was no need for it because this is growing outside and absolutely these little things can't do anything for them except something miserable to slow down their growth, but nothing terrible... and now, I didn't even want it to slow them down miserably, so I ordered a product called "SMC Spidermite Control" I sprayed the plants overnight, the next day when I came to the site, I had something to see... which is the worst I sprayed all the plants, instead of checking on one and only then spraying the others...autos I wanted to spray all the same, luckily I only sprayed 5 of them, as if God himself told me "wait until tomorrow to see how the plants will react" and continue...I come to the site and I have something to see...all the plants, but all, some more, some less, but the leaves were massacred blue, black, purple, there were all colors, everything was there, but the least healthy leaves, as if I had sprayed them with the biggest poison, I think that even in that case they would have passed better... was it the product itself or the sun that was strong during the day (I sprayed them at night and the nights were around 18 C in the coldest part of the night, so they had time to dry, it's not that they couldn't dry, but it all stuck to sheets, it was all shining, I think they could see how bright it was from the plane, but literally... I removed almost 50% of the leaf mass from some plants, from some smaller ones... the tips that were supposed to grow and be ready for a new topping just started, so they had stopped completely for a couple of days literally... the situation is now as you can see in the pictures, there are a few leaves that appeared after spraying with that product, and it is still appearing, but very little, just, just, and this there was no point in leaving the leaves that I plucked because they were completely destroyed, I have never seen them in my life... The site I bought it on said that the preparation was organic and completely safe, nowhere did it say that it can literally kill the plants, not even on the preparation itself... She stayed small, in the veg stage its a bit a challenge to get the branches going its important u give all heads light by bending the big leaves under them, dont defoliate the big leaves as long the branches havent reached out over the pot, once she flowers she gave a quick stretch and all head started bulcking in no time. 2/5/2024: She grew another 2 inches, so I'm not seeing the stretch I was hoping for. Think she is going to be small, but that's OK. Other than some slightly burnt tips, she is doing good. Just starting to smell a little and I can see the first signs of some tricomes. Mainly bottom watering, but I mist the top a couple times a week to keep the top soil moist. 2/7/2023: watered with about .6 gallons today. Mainly filled the tray to bottom water, but made sure the top soil was moist as well. Also, gave the cover crop a little haircut, but the clippings went right back into the 2/11/2024: a few of the pistols are starting to darken and she is starting to smell more and more each day. At this point I'm getting a sweet and floral smell. Don't mind the trellis net in the picture, it's for the other two photo period plants growing next to her.

Hello friends Still good with this plant, For the moment no problem with her, easy grow, she like be touched, and fertilizer. This week I've start pk 13-14. She have a really nice smeel and lot of pollen, I think bud will be not really big, because short vege, next time I'll put more plant. All continue to be good, I hope harvest for end of this month or start December. Next week I'll start to publish pic of trychromes. Had some slight problems with the seed shells not popping off of the Cheese and Hulkberry seedlings. The fat banana looks good so far, some slight yellow coloring on outer edges of the fan leaves. Any suggestions from the pix above would be helpful to identify what kind of trauma the plants are going through and how to address it. ***** Regarding all pictures from 6/17/19, any help would be truly appreciated!!

DAY 36 All right got some aggressive growth this week. Sorted out the mag and calcium issues for the most part. Few plants are still showing minor deficiency symptoms. Punch Line #1 is a male. Identified at day 31 or so which is crazy to me that it showed signs that quickly. Put him outside - will initiate reproductive phase and I will harvest pollen in 3-4 weeks hopefully. So I used these LST clips I’ve used on dozens and dozens of plants now and they went on fine. But when I came back 12-24 hours later they had snapped the fuckin plant stem on the branch it was on. WTF. So one plant - #5 - has only one node left cuz it snapped its own branches!! So crazy man. I’m debating when to initiate flower on these babies. They’re gonna be beasts if I go much longer in veg. Probably won’t be able to do all these in this 4x4 realistically These are easily the best looking plants I’ve seen at 30 days in. Stalks on these are massive for their age. Nodes are huge and tight. Fan leaves bigger than my hands. Big ups to ETHOS on these. Day 63 - 24/11/19 Everything is going great, Colas are looking amazing and producing lots of trichomes. Im going to start adding Calmag and PK13/14 tomorrow. and i ordered my harvest gear also. should be here for next week in time for my other plants harvest. nothing much else for the next couple of weeks. more flowering nute requirements, less veg nutes and more calcium and magnesium to boost flowering :) Happy Growing folks!
