It was a wonderful journey, I really had the honor of doing this girl many times, this time even close to the Monster Zkittlez with which they generated the Runtz who was also in the grow. Super modern family situation, I wanted to try to figure out which one I liked best, and I still haven't been able to. at least I'm still tasting Runtz's first flowers and it's heavenly but the freshly picked Gelato and the upcoming Zkittlez are scary just to see them. Super resin, it really looks fake, I also have some macro photos that will make you cry. The resin is everywhere the trichomes are even in the largest leaves the scent is of the garden of eden. wow. Show. Really nice. It was freshly cleaned I want to try to do the resin the first time and then I have freshly cleaned and hung the whole girl upside down under the crop data next week when I clean and can give the detail. Gorgeous. Before being collected, she did two music therapy days, one of which in the dark with frequencies for plants and together we listened: 1 - Paolo Conte - "Gelato" al Limon 2 - Raekwon - Ice Cream to stay on the "Geato" theme and then all the M83 discography to be collected with the very famous Outro of Interstellar really seems to pass to a better life listening to that stuff. We are coming close to harvest! I’m going to start flushing her starting today for about 4-5 days (possibly less depending on how fast she takes up plain water). Then chop her down beginning of next week! 12/28/20, she came down today! Trimmed up the fan leaves and hung her to dry. Will update with a harvest post once she finishes drying and I get ready to jar her!!! Stay tuned folks! She smells like sweet strawberries. Let’s hope I can keep those terps during the dry and cure!!!

Had some severe drooping on one side of the plant. It was kind of weird, but most likely nothing. I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 2.5 gal every other day now. Growing strong. Untied the LST ties to move them and rearrange the greenhouse. Going to leave them untied. I hate having to water around the ties 😭 Just did another spinosad treatment. Haven’t seen any more thrips since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

Those were the last ones. So I'm done with my second grow. I should have left out the two Hulk Berries here completely. I had this space problem anyway and, as I said, they were seeds from a hermaphrodite/crossed grow. They have the most seeds. I think I'll make oil out of this. Let's see. Nice dense buds. Pain to trim, but worth it. Seemed a bit nutrient sensitive. I am really impressed with the potent stativa-leaning buzz, will be growing this again, that’s for sure.

Flowering nicely now. Not drinking a ton of water but I attribute that to lower temps lately.

Growing Great

Very Happy plants, soaking up the rays. When you place your face near the buds you get an amazing sweet fruity aroma, the leaves smell like skunk and cheese. Each plant is getting 10 liters every 4 days. I water with 6.3ph tap water twice for every time I add nutrients. I use Alaska fish fertilizer when its been a few times since a nutrient feed but the plants are showing no deficiency's. They are Fed by a drip system which takes 16 hours to deliver the 10 liters to each plant, this works really well in the Fabric smart pots. I use metal racks to keep the plants off the ground then place a drip tray underneath each plant. When using the drip system very little run off occurs. I added a spider farmer sf-1000 to the room, it is full spectrum and ir, and is great for getting the corners of the room or the less dense areas of the canopy.

Went back through my calendar and found that today is first day of week 11 above the soil. Plant is doing really well, som3 of the large lower leaves are getting crispy-curly. Buds are very dense, mostly orange curled up hairs. Mostly cloudy with a lot of amber trics on sugar leaves. Hardly any amber on upper buds. Started flush a week ago but just couldnt bare the thought of stsrving this poor plant so I added a little cha-ching back. Shes super stinky, the most beautiful stinky Ive ever experienced. Ive found that its almost impossible to wash the smell off of my hands! Made a little slide show this morning while drinking my tea. Hope you like it!

August 10, 2019/Day 64/1 of Week 10: Last week, I watered minimal and had very little runoff. I have been watering every two days at a PH of 6.5. Day 65: Watered with 3L at a PH of 6.4. Runoff PH 7.01. At 9 PM, light moved to 15" and A/C regulating tent temps to 24.7/76.5F to 25.3C/77.5F. Day 68: Watered with about 2.5L at a PH of 6.43. Did not measure for runoff. Light still at 15" Day 69: Moved light to 17" above canopy End of Week 10 notes: Stop getting hair in my buds. lol Cheers to all the growers that wear hair nets, lab coats and gloves! I'm glad to see that she has very few amber trichome tips. She is mostly clear and starting to go cloudy. I want more time to beef up. Will be interesting to see how fast the trichomes continue to change and when her white pistil growth slows. 😁

Alright Then We just hit week 2 and all is well , have to admit she tricked me by perhaps topping herself which stunted her I think ,still good Growth in just 14 days😃 ....... Segunda semana de crecimiento de las red cookies gelato, hasta ahora va todo bien, humedad en 60/65 y temperatura de 22 a 27 de máximas. 9/9 una de ellas anda pocha de forma las hojas son algo raras , la voy a mantener pero podría hacer un reemplazo ya que germine 3 más por si hubiese problemas con alguna. Por lo demás todo perfecto , espero hacer un trasplante la próxima semana , e ir creciendo algo más en la maceta definitiva, seguramente caigan todas en 7l de maceta pero todavía no lo tengo del todo decidido. Tuesday Ok so the plants are doing really well. One of the kalini Asia plants is in the only regular pot I’m using now. It’s a little larger than the AutoPot XL’s so therefore the plant is slightly bigger but spread out because I topped it a while ago and today I took all the bottom leaves as well as quite a few of the lower lateral branches that well small and weak. Hopefully this will encourage the energy to where it want it - The main growth tips! I think it was the other kalini Asia that is in the AutoPot XL that I ended up ‘super cropping’? Do correct me if I used the wrong term. The main growth stems were quite a lot higher than the large lateral branches so I squeezed the stem with my finger and flopped the main colas over then taped them and tied them to support them. The canopy is MUCH more even across all plants now. They look a bit bent over at the moment but I bet when I look tomorrow they are all facing the light again. Magic! They are def in the stretch phase now. They are growing like crazy. I’m really glad I did the nasty job of pulling each plant out and tying it down and cutting off the shit that won’t grow anything good. Oh I also gave them a watering from the top using lots of microbes (ecothrive biosys) and molasses dissolved into warm water. The res was basically empty and honestly the AutoPot XL’s don’t even look wet at all on top even though they are getting all the water they need. They don’t react negatively when I occasionally water goodies in from the top so it’s all good!!
