Week 1 of flower!!! im excited and nervous at the same time. I was going to Veg for another week but there were a couple factors that made me want to flip. Last week I did a final transplant into my 7gal pots, 2 days later I start to see pistils. I am a new grower and was like oh crap did I just force her into flowering and gonna herm them since im still on 18-6 light schedule??? I am in a couple discords that are growing communities so i posted some pics and confirmed they are in fact pistils. This is my first grow and not only was I excited to start flowering but also scared im going to ruin them if I dont flip so I did. From more research this is called pre flower and I could have stayed in veg from what I have found but flipped anyways and please correct me if im wrong as Im still learning. The pics you see are day 3 wk1 of flower, I flipped the lights to 12-12 on night 2-29. The girls are already starting to stretch. IM really hoping that my little sour diesel dwarf stretches to meet the Purp and northern lights canopy or else I am going to need to find something to prop her up to meet them. As you can see in the pics I added my trellis netting. My plan was to hopefully get these girls to stretch enough and start filling in the squares. My goal is to fill every square with a flower site. It might be a bit ambitious but still gonna try. This is 2 fold, 1 allow spacing to open up the inner canopy and allow light into the depths of these girls to encourage those lower sites to reach the top. 2 support for the flowers as they mature. Yea they looking alittle bushy and I know I should defoliate but my thought was to wait until the stretch is done then do my full lollipop and remove alot of those fan leaves blocking bud sites and also get better air flow in there. My plan for nutrients is to top dress with my gaia green 4-4-4. power bloom 2-8-4 and worm castings every 2-3 weeks depending on how they take to it. I just hope this is enough. Buds should be dried in the dark at 20 degrees in 50% humidity 👌

March 15- 22nd: Weather was sunny and overcast throughout the week causing minor stress to 3BOG. Overall she stood strong and next watering cycle I plan to use Atami Bloombastic to produce her bigger yields and more aroma/ terpenes. No special techniques. Still windowsill grown.

Sorry again for the poor media content. The project was coming to an end and I was starting with another one, my first hydro grow. Pollen was kept fertile and used after with great results too. Sadly I don't think I have the notes where I counted how many seeds came from this plant, but well see, I'll keep digging.

I cut them down the night before the open houses started. The White Widow looks really good. I put them in darkness for 72 hrs, then cut and hung the whole plant, then wet trimmed hung for 18 hrs/day and put in paper bags for about 6 hrs/day for 4 days with a fan oscillating close by. Then in bags for one day, now they've been dry trimmed and put in jars. 50g for the White Widow and it looks great. I can't wait to smoke some.

My oldest girl had her flush this week and its about time for her to finish up. I will continue the journal for my 2nd oldest so stay tuned!

End of Week 5 Brewed a nice veg-specific compost tea and the ladies loved it. Trying to make sure the soil stays nice and moist to keep the microbes happy and letting the top 3 cm of the topsoil dry before each watering. The ladies have gained some momentum and they're growing at a rapid pace . I also performed some HST by defoliating a few fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Didn't have much issues up until now... I noticed about 5-10 tiny little thrips on some of the leaves and I applied an organic microbial insecticide (Agro Organics Bio-Insek, Google it!) that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

They r looking fantastic so far. I cant stop looking at the flowers and the deep green of the leaves. Just so perfect! Weed is such a cool plant to grow! The weather has started to get rainy and colder. So i dont have to water so often anymore. The hot period on which i jave to water every day is over haha. I m really happy, how good they turned out. The work has paid off so far! Beside from watering, not doing anything special at the moment... Now i m very excited as everyone who grows frisian dew i guess, if i will be lucky enough to get one of the purple phenos. 1 of 2 purple with the 50/50 chance would just be fair haha. We will see... The next weeks are gonna be crazy!

Her flowers are forming nicely now. Pistils JUST starting to change colour. A few weeks left yet!

Plant 1 is starting to fatten up nicely , if I had to guess its got about 3-4 weeks left yippee... Plant 2 is basically almost ready she is eating herself slowly , I'd give her about a week or two will see , all trics are milky so I don't know if I want to do amber as I have never tried a full milky sativa before .. Also plant 2 went much faster than I expected 10 to 12 weeks but now seems like its done... Obviously more of a hybrid pheno then ..the white pistols you see are just new ones that poped up the past couple of days.. Plant 3 is dying off unfortunately have no idea why..

day 42 images are in last week, I can not count XD. bridal is stacking a lot of weight and is constantly shifting/leaning every morning, good things. I would chop any day but I will wait it out. water, tiny bit of humic and folvic to reduce chloromine, chlorine- air stones day 45 took a few nugs off on day 42, dried for 3 days. Tried bridal and blackberry. As a heavy recreational, thc is up there! bridal felt like having a blindfold over your eyes somewhat sativa uplift but heavy weight feelings. Very good. Lasted as good as 30%'s. Dr. Thunder was also very nice, nug was smaller so mixed with blackberry to have a small j. Also feels very good indica. Both trials were chopped on week 6 day 1. Very pleased with the results. I was worried bridal was more sativa; which charasteristica I am not looking for. So I believe this is a very good heavy hitter run with 4 plants. I can chop any day, but I am waiting for pink paradise to finish seeds. day45 took top nugs from bridal party, blackberry oreo bigstuff and dr. thunder. No touching pink paradise!! day 46 can chop anytime just waiting on pink paradise seeds to finish, bridal party leaning more day 47 bridal leaning hard from weight. day 48 stacking, day 48 video

. FIRST DAYS ------------- This week marks the end of flowering; one of my girls is even already ready, with big, compact, fragrant, and frosty buds! She seems to have focused on her buds more quickly, which explains her smaller size; the others still need about two more weeks. She was flushed today (see video); I’m letting her dry out under the light for 4–5 days, and I’ll harvest her at the end of the week. The injured plant is also ahead, but still has about a week to go before the flush. She suffered from a slight nutrient lockout until the end, but her buds don’t seem too affected; they’re nice and dense and still swelling up. MIDWEEK ----------- coming soon

After flushing multiple times, and checking the ppm of the removed water, I realized how much nutrient build up I was subjecting the plant to. Big lesson learned that I need to add ph’d water without nutrients more often and check the ppm after I mix it back in. Leaves are starting to lighten up from dark green and I noticed very slight deficiency on one or two leaves. Now I’m at 25% nutrient strength and it is starting to grow noticeably faster.

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

Deceded to cut! Perhaps a little prematurely but I was seeing cloudy and some amber so decided to pull the trigger. First grow and all so hopefully only up from here! Not much to note apart from the buds fattening up and further fading in the leaves as expected. I dropped the temp a bit and they spent their final 48 hours in darkness. Literally just going off what I have read and I will have nothing to compare this to as this is my first grow! Very happy with what i see and I am now hanging the plants whole. I am expecting some nice clean smoke as these were flushed for their final 3 weeks. Hoping for a 7-10 day dry and then into jars for curing after trimming over screens Will update harvest for all 3 plants once this stage is complete with dry weights.
