21.09.Update – Day 54 • We’re now deep into flowering, and unfortunately the thrips problem has not improved. • On the contrary, the population has completely taken over and has had a strong negative influence on this run. ⸻ Pest Situation • Despite thorough cleaning before the run and multiple measures during the grow (Neem, Nematodes, Predatory Mites), the thrips kept spreading and finally took control. • The infestation has weakened the plants noticeably, reducing their potential and overall performance. • For the next cycle, I will need to take even stricter preventive steps to avoid a repeat of this issue. ⸻ Plant & Bud Development • Even though the plants were heavily affected, the buds themselves are still relatively solid: • They are compact, firm, and nicely structured. • The terpene profile is very appealing, with a rich and delicious aroma. • Yield will certainly be lower than expected, but there is still a chance for a satisfying end product. ⸻ Notes & Outlook • This run shows how devastating thrips pressure can be, even under careful preparation. • Nevertheless, the buds are giving hope for a decent harvest in terms of quality and flavor. • The plan now is to finish strong, harvest what can be saved, and then prepare carefully for a fresh, hopefully pest-free start. ⸻ 🌱 Day 54 – Thrips have dominated the run, but compact buds and great terps keep the outlook positive for harvest quality.

I gave her a 1g to keep her flush going and then turned her pot. Trichome status: 70% milky / 30% clear 10/13- I watered today with 0.75g of straight water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉ and gave her pot a turn. She's progressing in her fade and is still bulking up. Her trichomes aren't quite where I like them yet, so more than likely she'll be going in the dark by next weekend! She is one beautiful cultivar! 🤩💚 10/15- My routine of watering every other day continues. Yesterday I watered her with her usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5-6.7 @ 72℉ and gave her pot a turn. Today was just spent checking her over, turning her pot and doing a quick check of her trichomes which are close, but not quite ripe enough yet! 10/17- Wow!... Eight weeks of flower DONE! 😎👍 Now my sights are set on getting this girl finished up and on her way to 48 hours in the dark before she's hung to begin drying. I went ahead and watered her with her usual 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.7 @ 72℉ and checked her trichomes, which are looking just about right! This journey is coming to a close in the next couple of weeks with her harvest, drying and trimming up. So far so good. Plants are growing great. bright and healthy. Time to transfer to a bigger pot. So, out with the solo cup, in with the 5-gallon grow bags.

Day 17 of flowering I applied the last dose of Delta 9. They reacted beautifully. Hope to see big colas and healthy buds.

First time running an auto. This will be last plant of current perpetual grow, hence the lower than ideal soil level - I ran out and am shutting things down and going on vacation in April so will get more around that time. Looking forward to running early lemon berry (ethos) when I start back up. Will include plant and light height and distance details once I begin LST. Her sister, punch berry cookies, will be moving to flower tent tomorrow. The auto will finish alone and in this tent. Video/photos taken 7 days after breaking soil.

Well, so much for taking the hands-off approach. Winter is coming and the heater has been on, which is drying out the air more. Temperature is the same in the grow room, but humidity has plunged to 23%. Gave the plants a thorough watering with nutrients last week. Today and the rest of the week, I'm going to treat them to just plain water until next week. UPDATE: Humidity definitely the culprit. Placed a small humidifier by the plants on Wednesday, and they sprang right back. All is going well now. Seed description says flowering phase of 11 Weeks. Should expect to begin harvesting around Dec. 20th (4 weeks from now).

is in its exact point to be cut ... she grew healthy ... with cloudy days ... the substrate I did ... was fed every 15 days with guano and worm humus only ... amber tricomas 5% and mostly cloudy

02/23 - Week 3 Veg - Did some light defoliation on her inverted leaves mainly in the middle of the plant - She has definitely blown out some, will have to apply some LST on upper canopy sometime this week - Nute/Clean water feeds have become more frequent alternating once every 2 days. 02/27 - She blew out nicely - defolded the bottom portion of the plant to remove dead/decaying leaves and tied down her main tops (LST) to increase canopy coverage.
