I kept tucking those branches pretty hard and mad a decent canopy. Though I may have over done It and now my forest is pretty bush. Day 10 of flower, Im gonna defoliate and maybe lollipop a bit in the next few days and then add next layer of trellis to use as support. Started adding Canna Boost. Other than that, I fixed my calmag issue by switching to tap water, but Im not feeding nutrients at full strength since I have pretty hard tap water.

We're beyond excited to try out this new MarsHydro LED for our latest grow, the SP-3000 is INCREDIBLY bright!! ..I have never seen a light more appropriate for a 4x2 tent in my life, we (happily) replaced 3 "600 watt" blurple LEDs with this single rig ( something we've wanted for a very long time). There should be no issue achieving perfect coverage, corner to corner with this light. Its been years since we've flowered under LED ( and never one of this quality), we're a little bias towards HID/CMH, especially my hubby but I think this might just be the LED that changes our mind! We'll be growing Gelat OG Auto by Seedsman (we've heard amazing things) for our first grow under the SP-3000, all plants in 5gl fabric pots, Promix-B (25% perlite) on a 20/4hr cycle. We're starting with 4 plants but if they become unmanageable, we'll move one or 2 of the plants to another tent. We use a glass of water and a paper towel as our germination method. We soak seeds roughly 24hrs and then in a wet paper towel for another 12-24hrs, we average roughly a 90% success rate doing it this way... She's ready for the chop! What an incredible strain. Super easy to grow, the purples look stunning, she smells of gas, cream and fruit . Gna dry her at 20°C at 50-55 RH for about 7-10 days before weighing her up and updating here. Highly recommended! Thank you @Fast_Buds !

Had to do a root wash, had root rot due to the roots not following the stream and growing in a circle, the angle was not high enough and the water inlet probably to close to the Netcup. Also ORP was really low the last couple weeks, probably didn't help either. My grows are always experiments and I am trying to improve my setups again and again to maximize more and more but out of 10 new things only 1 or 2 work. June 1: May was a cool month and she has been slow to recover since the topping five days ago. This week should be better and the week after is perfect cannabis weather. Did foliar spray of Extreme Blend this morning. June 2: watered with molasses. June 3: rained all day. June 6: starting manual LST to gently keep the two stems from growing close together. June 7: brought back inside because it will be too cold for the next two days. Daytime high of only 8 C and the overnight low will be 1 C. That’s pretty cold for early June.

Day 66 : Lady is fattening. I increased nitrogen (bio-grow) in order to fix some deficiencies. Also i removed Calcium this week. She is a bit behind, maybe 4 weeks, i don't know. Trichomes production just started. Edit Day 70 : She takes weight but not so fast, trichomes develop is slow, and i assume that she is stressed because of air flow on her for much time. I hope she pass this situation. I increased Biogrow to 5.4 ml / L. The other doses remain the same.

Just shy of 3 pounds, love the density on these nugs- definitely running this strain back.

// Day 91 She is getting there. The buds ware not fattening up as much as I wanted to but her trichomes are almost all cloudy and a very low minority is amber. So I guess I give her 2-3 more days and cut her down on friday or saturday. This time I try out the bro science: Befor cutting, I'll let her stay in the dark for 48h. So maybe I turn off the lights tomorrow until friday and chop her down. The bro science hypothesis is that the not ending darkness will give her a last stress which boosts trichome production. || Edit: I‘m not here for bro science, so I am not doing that shit // Day 94 I chopped her down today. Since I need to do a bud wash (spider mites, outdoor grow), I can't hang the plant whole. So I cut the stems into as big pieces as possible and washed them with deluted hydrogenperoxide. I hanged them into the tent and try to dry them as long as possible.
