Start of Week 4 begins tomorrow, unfortunately I'll be out of town. I've been removing branches, but in the last 3 or so days I've stopped removal. It's time for these girls to really start stacking. ran out of potassium silicate. Will be continuing with out it for the rest of the grow. Started to notice a slight smell when leaving the door open and returning after a few minutes. This started in the last couple days

8/12/2023 - Day 39 Veg: she seemed to be handling the topping well. I'm also seeing more signs of the lower branches starting to grow, which tells me the topping has helped. Other than her slow growth, she looks healthy. 8/16/2023: watered again today using water at about 6 ph. Mixed in Jay Plantspeaker Quillaja, Silica, Calmag, BuildASoil Big 6, Pure Protein Dry, Rootwise Mycrobe omplete, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and some Dr. Zymes Eliminator. The plant is finally getting big enough to start bottom watering soon, so this will likely be on of the last top watering until flower. Also, I defoliated a couple leaves that were blocking the lower branches, and super cropped the top, to promote more growth in the lower branches. 8/18/2023: Installed the first layer of trellis netting today

Helloooo Bros&Sis! Ciao! Something new for the lady! I've put the net on her and switch the light timer to 12/12 for make her bloom! 😍 As you can see, I've also adjust the nutrients uptake, following the schedule on Canna's site, and the plants really love it! She drink 600/650ml a day, with a good runoff, and slowly but certainly, she's filling the net. She's currently in her 11th weeks of life, mates I've made a video, so we can admire how nicely she's growing through the week😉 Ok guys, as usual, thanks for stopping by and Ciao! 10-15 days to go, depending on plant. Some of them starting to show mature trichomes. Going full dose of all nutrients this week. After 2 aply of neem, there is no more black flys!!

Hello. This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of veg. Got the girls out to the greenhouse this weekend. And the guys too. Repotted the 6 females into the big pots. And training has started already with the metal rods to hold down the long branches. For each pot I mixed 4 gallons of soilless soil and 2 gallons of compost and 1 gallon of perlite/vermiculite. That filled each pot about 3/4 full. After transplanting I filled up the top 1/4 with the soilless soil. All the pots got about the same amount of soil within 1 Liter +/- The plants did well being bent into place. I broke 1/2 of plant #6's mainline. Wrapped twine around the brake and bent the branch over the bar and held it in place with a metal rod. That will work for me. You can see in the picture. I'll give a bit more water later today but with the compost the plants will have enough food for a while, so I won't have to feed for a while. I'm still planning to start flowering around June 1st to Aug 15 or so, to take advantage of the strong summer sun. These plants should take off once they get a taste of the compost. Ok. Be Great. These girls are just days away from harvest! I will closely monitor their pistils, calyxes & trichomes throughout the week so I can determine exactly when to give these girls their two days darkness before chop! They are all starting to fade out really nice and the smell just keeps getting stronger each and every day! After this last feed/flush I will only give these girls R/O-Distilled Water with nothing added whatsoever. Please enjoy the videos I posted of the girls! Update: 9/7 The pistils and trichomes are about right where I want them. I’d say I have about 90% Cloudy, 7% Clear & 3% Amber Trichomes. A majority of pistils have gone from white to amber and have retracted. The girls have stopped drinking water so I transferred them to my darkroom to finish off for two days. After the two days I will chop and hang at 67°F @ 55%RH for 8-10 days until the stems begin to snap.

This girl is looking Amazing! I am so excited to see what this plant produces. Does anyone have any tips on what I should do with this plant as far as should I defoliate or "lollipop" it? I've never gone this far before in a grow of photoperiod!?

Compared to other diaries looks like this guy is growing a little slow. I ts been 7 days since I placed him in water to germinate. March 4th Raised humidity level to above 50%

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed. Still on the hunt for those cosmic snacks, it'll be awhile until I see some fruits but here we are end of week 1.. There's only one but she's popping! Took a bit longer than the other strains to sprout from soil but as soon as she did you could see some nice strong dark green leaves. I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy Growing!😃 🌱 🌿 🌲

I believe that this 11L pot is of the right size and the right breathability for this girl who is going very strong so far .... appropriate .. .
