Spider Mite infestation. I put the story in the pictures. Long story short, the infestation focused on the lower (ticker) branches of AK2 and this explains the undergrowth compared to her sisters. The trichomes are half-cloudy / milky and she will be ready for harvest within a maximum of 2 weeks. I defoliated her by removing nearly all leaves and put her aside in the grow room. Open to any other suggestions. I also confess that I neglected the plants and did not check the source of the white point. I also used some of the soils I used in other outdoor plants which I believe the source of the infestation. Seed Formations AK2, again produces seeds in lower branches. I did not pollinate this one and there is no other source that she is pollinated. I didn't see any Bananas, too. I am thinking it might be because of the stress from the Spider Mites. Open to any suggestions on that too. Other Two Girls I spotted some mites on them too, but it was not alarming. I defoliated the infested few leaves and they will be okay. Jack Herer needs two and White47 might need another 3 weeks and that is it. I think they all will be okay until then. I will keep a close eye on them. Sorry for not good news this week.

My nine Week 7 flowers are thriving under the new GrowPro Solutions under-canopy lights. The lights have really brought out some amazing colors in the buds. It's so cool to see how much they've changed in just a day! I'm excited to see how they develop even more in the coming weeks

Everything seems to be going slow still. Did one last heavy defoliation to get good airflow going. I added the Ts1000w from Mars Hydro. I’m still feeding the usual 3.0EC from Floraflex. Smell is more on a minty side I can’t really describe it. Other than that nothing else. See you all next week.

Day 78 - The exciting weeks begins! The smell is nice and fruity and more pistils are browning by the day. Also happy to report that no height was gained on the main colas in the last 10 days. This is a good thing, as my lights are as height as it gets for my tent. I've had to keep the tent pretty wrapped up lately to let the carbon filter do it's thing. The smell is amazing, but creeping down my stairwell if I don't keep an eye on it. 🍊🌲 Day 79 - She's taking up less water these days. Could be influenced by the high humidity in the area and defoliation. Everything looks good and some of the satellite buds are starting to really brown their hairs. Day 80 - Trichomes on some of the satellite buds are turning cloudy! The rest are all still very clear. We've made it into the 80's, not long now! 🌲 Day 81 - Rolling into the 80's! All seems good today. Day 82 - Water uptake is reducing. Pistils are turning brown on the lower ends on the colas now. Day 83 - Starting to see cloudy trichomes on some bud, but most are still clear. Looking really frosty. 🍊🌲 Day 84 - The end of the week! I'm thinking she'll be close to 100 days before the harvest. Everything went well this week - if only the humidity in my area would drop a bit that would help out. Onto the final weeks!

Switched to flower nutes too early. Back to full strength terp tea grow 711. Atleast for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. 5/1/24 Plant is stretching now. FYI just to clarify, I switched lights to 12/12 on 4/20 but I am considering her being in veg still until I see more pistils. Probably the end of this week. After a 2 week transition period 5/3 2 days later and I need to get my damn camera in the tent! This stretch is starting to look like nursery explained. She’s supposed to triple in size. I thought I tied her down too much and she would stay short. I swear she’s grown an inch over night. Starting to dominate the tent. Literally 2 days ago, I said that I didn’t consider this week to be flower and still the transition phase. Now she looks like she’s fully in the flowering phase. She’s beautiful and I’ve been impressed since veg. Since I chose her as a clone I liked the way she was. Hoping she follows through🌱💚

Yesterday was the end of their eighth week, the pictures are also from yesterday. Last night I sprayed them with SMC for prevention, but none of those pests can harm the plant outside as well as inside..first of all, the plants are much bigger, and therefore have much more leaf mass, and secondly, it is nature, there are many of them in nature, the only thing that can destroy them all are caterpillars during flowering and mold when the humidity is too high or when there are frequent rains, everything else does not worry me at all. Tomorrow I will move them somewhere where there is a lot less grass because now they have already filled this space and they can't expand any further, so in order for them not to get too long and to go wider I have to move them where the grass and other plants won't bother them. Hey guys and welcome to start of Week 8! 🌻 Today is day 21 of flower so i went ahead and cut most of the plats Fanleaves off. It took a while but now the Airmovement is improved and the humidity should also be lower. I also hope I didn‘t stress them too much.
