Some of the basics are coming together. Lights have been gradually raised by 5-10% every day except the last 2 days. By the end of week 2 flower they will be 100% and will stay there until last week of flower. Temp is 80 degrees, humidity is 60% and will also stay that way until the last 10 days of flower. I will go another week of tucking branches under the net to try and let the last plant reach the net. It’s just not stretching like the others. I need at least a week of stretch with vertical growth, so my smallest plant needs to catch up. There has to be 300+ tops in this 4x12 area. Every single node was topped 7-10 days before flower. Each branch has multiple nodes now. Between day 14-25 everything under the net will be removed. Clones were taken of every plant for a hopeful keeper pheno. Gonna try the whole “mother plant full clone run” for the next grow. By the end of week 2 parameters will be 1500ppm co2 1200-1500 ppfd 80 degrees 60% humidity Thanks for all the support and see you next week.

1/5 - Day 51 / Day 23 flower - Feeding Day Pots were mostly dry on this day, last time they were fed was a little over a week ago on day 43 (12/28). I've done two small waterings since last feed, about a half gallon of water for each of my 5 gallons and about 8oz of water for my bonsais. My plants are drying out within about 48 hours of each small watering. For today's feeding I went to full strength on my nutes. My solution consisted of: - 1 gallon distilled water - 3ml CalMag - 3 tsp of FF Big Bloom (full dose)) - 2 tsp of FF Tiger Bloom (full dose) - pH: 6.9 - TDS: 342ppm - EC: .7 I gave each of my 5 gallons about a half gallon of the fertigated water each which wasn't enough to produce runoff. I gave them each about another 1/4 gallon distilled water to generate enough runoff to test. I tested the runoff of my Z52 which gave me readings of: - pH: 6.3 -TDS: 1600ppm -EC: 3.2 I gave about 12oz of fertigated water to each of my bonsais. My ZB2 runoff posted readings of: - pH: 7.2 - TDS: 594ppm - EC: 1.2 My TDS readings are definitely low compared to the FF Soil Feeding Schedule. The suggested readings for week 7 are an EC of 2.8 - 3.0 and 1960-2100ppm. Not stressing too much over the reading as the girls are looking healthy and happy. Will add another feeding in between waterings if I start to see any nutrient deficiencies but I don't see any cause to do so at the moment. As you can see from the picture on 1/3, the super cropping I did on 1/2 didn't hurt my girls one bit. By the following day, the tops were already bending back toward the lights. This was a big relief. **************************************************** 1/7 - Day 53 / Day 25 Flower Light watering in the morning today using pH'd dechlorinated tap water w/ 4ml of cal mag. Gave about about a 1/4 gallon to each for my 5 gallons and another 8oz each for my bonsais. **************************************************** 1/8 - Day 54 / Day 26 Flower Noticing signs of nutrient issue on the Z51. Surprisingly, no signs of nutrient issues on the Z52 despite using the same solution and roughly the same amount of water during the feeding day on 1/5. Decided to do a heavier watering tonight, using about 3/4 gallon of pH'd dechlorinated tap water. Hoping that dilutes the soil a little bit and pushes the salts toward the bottom. **************************************************** 1/9 - Day 55 / Day 27 Flower Nutrient issues did not appear to get any worse overnight so that is encouraging. Did some minor defoliation on my 5 gallons this morning to remove any of the smaller branches on the lower 3rd of the plant. Haven't completely removed any branches that are below the trellis. Will start pruning more regularly every other day so I don't shock the plants too much.

This strain grew easily. Good quality weed. Strong smell and sugar buds.

I think im at the end of the stretch now. Lets see these ladies do their thing! 25 percent increase on bloom nutes and increased the cal mag and floralicious this week. Removed floragrow. I hope to see some serious flower development this week.

Week 6 of flower, starting to get some orange in there, probably about 10% now. Still not too much more swelling yet, hoping that will happen over the next couple of weeks!

So, here we are in the final week. I think it’s been a laborious but pleasant journey. In retrospect, I believe things went well, even with some mistakes I made along the way: 1-At first, I thought the Gorilla Z seeds were actually Gorilla Cookies (yeah, I know—big mistake from a small detail). So I planned a 12-week cycle for those plants, only to later realize they were actually 10-week strain. I don’t think that was the right decision either, because while 12 weeks might have been a bit too long, 10 weeks definitely wouldn’t have been enough to fully develop their genetic potential. 2-Following the same logic with the Gorilla Z, the Atlas F1—originally a 10-week strain—would probably have benefited from an extra week, making it 11 weeks total (at least with my setup and nutrients). 3-I think I may have put too much stress on the plants during the LST process, which reduced the final height of most of them. I think all three genetics are very resilient and strong—especially Gorilla Z, Afghan Pearl stands out as a particularly stable and resistant strain. As for Atlas F1, even though it was the one I neglected the most (sorry about that), it still showed impressive overall stability and resilience. tomorrow morning gonna cut them.

12/28 Week 7 Wow well looking around there are a lot of plants not sure how we will reconcile space issues with so many of them recovering but glad to have the problem. More than likely convert the veg tent but still damn In Flower Pussy Galore (FF7) is showing their classic stretch to the ceiling, working on it. Octopussy(LSD) and Plenty (GC) doing very well look great really In veg - big girl feed 24ml/g grow + occasional Kangaroots Solitaire (CC) and Chew Mee (FF2) moving towards size to flower couple more inches needed to compete with the big girls. FF7 is just a stretchy girl, this was expected and did what we could with gentle bend and secure within a cage to keep things manageable. Octopussy is a perfect lady, growing very well, no cage for her. Plenty required a little discipline so she got a cage. Three more plants headed this way within a week or two, FF2 FF6 Gold Leaf 12/30 Three FFT-7 clones have rooted very well. Transplanted into solo cups to begin the contest for the coveted two F7 slots in the grow. Other clones still no roots but its way early 12/31 Late night staff meeting on how to proceed. Clones - ... are on their own in the small tent, will use the small tent and seedling station to bring them along but will veg in the small. Just do the best we can here should be fine. No more clones will be taken that would only make the space issues worse. Flowering tent... I can take two more plants but they will have to be flipped small-ish (13") and grow more vertical than wide so no topping on Dink and Bambi which will flower in this tent. Medicinals... should have been flipped smaller I reckon, hard to get that right but they are large and healthy so keeping them smaller is easier than making them bigger. Not really higher than we wanted just not sure when the stretch will end and the stretch is always out and up. Pussy is the largest so far but Octo is catching up at least in height. Plenty doing great love how she is growing. Solitaire and Chew Mee outstanding looking plants. Wish I had space for their clones. Veg tent... Dink and Bambi moving toward departure in a few days Rest of them flower here, will flip on the smallish side no real choice have to assume they will get larger than planned. Just have to decide when, will put up the divider for the seedling area so they wont interfere with each other. Thats it doing well

Spent the whole week wondering if I was over or under watering. I was waiting about 3 days between waterings and only watering until I saw a few drops come out the bottom of the cup. I've been nervous because I keep seeing the most common mistake new growers make is overwatering. Ended the week with a poorly executed transplant into a 1 gallon smart pot (it's all I have atm). The root ball held together for the most part but after I got it into the new pot it kept falling over. Its standing up now. Hopefully it's not too mad at me.

Week 7 let's go ! Day 152 - 04/11 : The plant symptoms have seemed to slow down. The soil is also starting to dry out a bit more which might have been a problem. Day 155 - 07/11 : She was flushed in the morning with about 4L of water and 2L of a 30% strength microbial+trichoderma tea to innocculate the soil in case the microlife took a hit. The run off was 1L. I also switched the 400W MH for a 400W HPS to finish off with a little extra boost of light + different spectrum and see if it makes any differences. The light were moved up by approximately 20-30cm. They are now at about 70cm from the plant. I wondered if the light were maybe too close and caused all those strange symptoms. Let's see if there is any change in their behaviour. Day 156 - 08/11 : It seems the plant is a lot happier. It has only been a day but I feel like she is fattening up faster suddenly. Or it could be that she has recovered from the slight chock from a few days ago. Day 158 - 10/11 : Yep she is definitely happy again. I am convinced it was the light or at least it was part of the problem, I am seeing a lot of growth all of a sudden, on all plants and not just this one. Trichome are up, pistilles are up, calyxes swelling, everything is running smooth again. She is looking ready already, from a bud general appearance I could almost harvest now, but the trichomes are still mostly clear and I have a feeling she has a little more in her. I suspect the reason for such large amount of already brown trichomes might have been the light excess they went through.
