We have reached the second week of flowering for our beautiful photoperiod ladies of Zamnesia. Born 1 September now at day 45 amazing. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, there is always a little too much heat from next week we should have just for the resin a sharp drop in temperatures that could also give us beautiful foliage for this period. --- Our 2 Karen Kush deserve a slightly different discussion. They had a bit of difficulty in the final vegetative phase, I saw them not being very good and here is where different decisions must be made for the two plants. —— Plant 1 is still in vegetative stage in another growbox dedicated to emergencies and due to space problems. I topped the center x8 tops and I'm letting them grow. Under the center I cleaned everything except two lateral branches that I elegantly worked with a symmetrical LST that director Wes Anderson would really like. It's a plant that could easily be dedicated to Grand Budapest Hotel. Also these lateral tops were growing too much compared to the center. In fact, by taking the center's food first, whoever is at the internode below eats first, there is nothing to do and therefore these lateral underlying branches were becoming much taller and more powerful than the center. Solution? Repeated fimming to keep the lateral branches low, which are indeed widening and strengthening, but the center is reaching them to be better aligned. In my opinion it will be wonderful in the end. —— Plant 2 was cleaned of many branches that would have given useless holes and we simply sent it into flowering straight like the others, we need to photograph the main cola of the plants and making them grow straight is more or less the only way. --- Fertilization program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the chosen substrate. Create your own sheet and follow it, never be presumptuous my friend as I have been in the past, follow the sheet and look at the plants, not all need the same amount of fertilizer. We have reached the point of giving a good dose of iron in the first weeks of flowering on the advice of Plagron directly foliar and I am at the end of the second week of flowering. The stretch is finally over and now she is starting to stack. The bud formation is beautiful and there are so many bud sites. The colas are ging to be huge

Day 63 - 28 of Flower Changes this week include adding a 4th Maxibright 315w lamp and Agro bulb. I wanted to run 4 but originally could only afford to buy 3. These retail at £250 each per kit so theres now £1000 just in lighting. A huge improvement to overall light spread around the plants and more light penetrating the canopy to the lower bud sights. I've also spent the weekend insulating my space for 2 reasons. Obviously temperature fluctuations being one. I found the temps were anywhere between 17 and 31 degrees throughout a 24 hour cycle and wanted to get a more consistent day and night temperature. With the extra light it needs to be cooler too. 2nd reason was humidity. With the great British weather being as damp as it is the night time humidity has been over 75% some days which now we are deep into flower could quickly lead to bud rot. Insulating the space and running my exterior AC unit has now got that figure to below 56% at all times. I'm very happy with that. Feeding ratio remains unchanged this week. I'm going to continue running the PK13/14 for at least another 7 days or untill the buds finish fattening out. Still feeding 6 litres every other day. No further training at this point just pulling a few colas out of the way of the fan and one main cola from directly under a lamp as it was burning. Also stretch has now finished which is a massive relief as I've no headspace left in the tent at all. I didn't have time to take many photos of the buds in the dark but the ones I have put on show just how frosty these stardawgs get! Really living up to their name considering they are only half way through predicted flower time. The only further upgrade I would like at this point is a proper co2 with digital regulator. I have however read that they dont benefit much from extra co2 from this point onwards?? What is everyone's thoughts on that? Obviously I have my natural co2 generator and will leave it in untill the end of the grow. I realise I really underestimated the size of these plants and 6 sativa dominant species is a stupid idea. The tent is just too packed so on the next run I'll opt for less and go with a scrog. Thanks for checking in! I cant wait to see how the next week plays out.

She has a lot more room now to spread out, she is doing well! Second net going up in the next few days to help speed her out more.

She’s got some of the most unique bud structure I’ve ever seen, along with the most beautiful colors! Fading and thickening up very quickly as the grow winds down. Going to chop very soon.

Ok had a lot going on this week with various issues affecting plants in flower tent but managed to take few pics and keep u guys updated on this grow feel free to comment or give me any advise I'm a newby out of his debth

Into week 5 of flower and it's time for a change out of the Nutrients and add some Fresh RO water and Power To Bloom followed 4 days later with some UMP. She is bouncing back just nicely and now takes on more feedings so running the RO water has been a daily task. She looks good and producing well.

Pound cake is hopefully full height now, not much vertical space left. No issues, happy plant, super easy to grow. No change on Nutrients this week. Half gallon daily seems sufficient.

This was a beautiful strain to grow. With her flowers getting big towards the end of harvest as well as the purple colours! I would definitely recommend that you try grow this strain. The buds are super dense and very well formed. An absolute treat to smoke and look at.

Got ac hehe now We r talking !!!! So since some of my girls are not stretching as much as the others, i decided to upgrade them a few inches up so that they get more light ! As for the rest, they are looking amazing and they all seem happy !!! One of my SG Clones turn out to be an Alasken Purple, and i think it's great lol Glad my friend make this mistake wen gave me clones :) Height : SG number 6 - 93cm SG numbers 2 and 3 - 52cm SG numbers 4 and 5 - 80 cm SG number 7 - 80 cm Starting to test the aptus all in one on this girl and see if i can find any diferences Alaskan Purple lol - 57cm PG - 59cm HK - 43cm WM LA1- 68cm BB- 46cm So a friend as been teling me wonders of this Aptus all in one liquid base, it's suppose to b full Bio so i decided to givit a try, i know i should wait for a new grow and test it from scracth, but again , all i grow is for myself so its ok to play like this, and if i like the results on the Super Glue lucky number 7, i'l givit a try for my next grow. let's see how it goes :) Peace Out !!! Everything is going smooth. Starting to see some stretching. I have removed a few leaves on the top to help get light deeper into the plants. I am going to start them on some maxibloom when they start popping pistils.
